30 seconds after ordering, my friends burger was snatched rate out of his hands by a seagull on the patio, in front of the manager. The manager then started to laugh as it was pretty funny at first, however when we asked if we could get another burger, it was a hard no and he continued laughing at us. After a couple of strangers and multiple friends who were witnesses of this event complained to the staff, they ended up giving us free fries but no burger? Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and there were way to many birds on there patio with something like this just waiting to happen. 1 star review

Extremely long wait to get food and when I got the food the employees didn’t even care to check the state of the food as I got a bun covered in mold. As someone who works in fast food too I was trained to not let things like that pass.

They have burned the bread, taste like burned wood and very unhealthy!

The employees should at least be aware of what they're selling. Asked for an Oreo chocolate shake and they brought me a regular Oreo shake. When I asked to please make it chocolate they just gave me a chocolate shake. Told them I asked for an Oreo Chocolate Shake again and she started making faces and shaking her head like I was crazy, so I just kept my chocolate shake (overpaid for) and left.
