Worst experience I have ever encountered in a Canadian restaurant. I got free coupon for any whopper or chicken meal from a Burger King restaurant. I ordered impossible whopper meal. When I present my coupon, I was told that I have to pay for the patty despite coupon precisely mentioned all whopper meal free. What a bummer and insult in front of others. Seems to me I was discriminated being a person of colour. Manager was observing from the back but didn’t come forward to resolve the issues. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to any person of colour for sure.
Never. I mean NEVER.eat the ketchup nuggets.those little pieces of death taste like an oppenheimer level of bomb of ketchup flavour explodes in your mouth, making you taste a cursed powdered ketchup flavourful for the next 48 hours until it drives you insane
Went in yesterday for a chocolate milkshake, unfortunately I don't know the name of the person who took my order but I hope they get some sort of praise or credit where due, really friendly and caring service.thank you to the person who took my order:)
We ordered whopper and poutine at this location. The burger was a bit undone but it was still tasty. The poutine was a disaster! I haven’t eaten anything this salty so far! There was no taste but salt! We have always had a good experience with Burger King in different locations. But this one definitely failed us. We are not going back again. P. S. The drive-thru guys were friendly.
Best Burger King in town. Quickest and fastest response time. Keeps they fries warm and the manager. Shoot. Best working manager you could ask for. Always poelite and ready to help solve any problems she might come across. Will be back
The service is usually good at this location. The food though is very rarely hot. That has always been a downfall for years there. Half decent prices for the combos. I'm always surprised at how empty it is for the most part when I go there. Breakfast on a croissant (yummy).
Service is phenomenal. Food is delicious. Employees go above and beyond when it comes to service. The manger working that night was awesome, She was very patient and helpful. If it isn’t a 5 star review then don’t waste your time reading it.
The cashier couldn't understand English and chose whatever she wanted this is happened numerous times with me it's actually ridiculous we live in Canada there should be a French or English-speaking person not somebody that doesn't understand English
Been here a couple time the past month as we were shopping in the area. Pretty good and fresh to be honest, for fast food. The Whopper's were delicious, they got our order right, and the staff were very nice.
Today at lunchtime I decided that I wanted to have 2 of Burger King's chicken sandwiches for lunch. I drove from oshawa to this location pulled up to the Speaker and said that I would like the 2 for $8 mixing match I would like 2 chicken sandwiches.the very nice lady on on the speaker said they are no longer 2 for $8 they are 2 for $9 I said I just saw the advertisement and it said $8 so I understand limited time only but it's still on she said but ours are $9 For 2. I told her to forget it and I drove away without purchasing. The picture that you see is the picture I took of my TV advertising 2 for $8 mix and match match so the sale is not over. I was watching a television program when this advertisement came up at approximately 7 PM so the sale is still on when I talk to the head office.they told me this was false advertising at that particular location. Burger King's head office said they're going to let the owner of that location know and to give me a call I will post an update if they call.up date.no call from owner. He Obviously doesn't care. If you can avoid this location do it. Myself and my friends will not be going there again. Even the head office said he'll be giving me a call he never did.
Food was actually pretty good …the service was a little less then ok. The employee was whiny and was not at all personable.the guest in front of me even tried to get them to smile but to no avail. Food 4/5 guest experience 2/5
This has to be the filthiest BK I've ever been to. Flies in yhe restaurant, amdirty tables, garbage is overflwoing to the extent that people just keep piling up the trays on the waste disposal. Staff hates to smile. Yuck!
This location gets my order wrong every time I go here. Literally every time. If I order a sausage croissant and a bacon croissant. I get two sausage croissants. When I order a whopper and chicken sandwich, only the whopper is in the bag. Other times the bacon/cheese that I pay extra for won't be on the sandwich. Today, I felt cheated! I asked my partner to pick up an order on their way home, and when it arrived, it was made wrong. I'm not even going to complain about the fact the food was hours old, but simply that I did not get what I paid for. By the time I received the order the restaurant had already closed and I couldn't go back for a correction. As a regular customer here (out of convenience), my visits are going to stop because I've had enough. There is no care given by employees, and this is evident over months of inconsistencies.
I have never been to a drive thru window where the person serving me said absolutely nothing…. No hello, thank you, here you go, nothing. She simply pulled the debit machine out the window, left for a few mins and then handed my food over to me with a stone cold look on her face. I understand everyone has bad days but judging by the other reviews I see, it seems to be a regular occurrence. Food was okay but not the greatest. I’ll stick to the Oshawa locations moving forward.
Normally I don’t post reviews, BUT I WILL NOW! I understand mistakes happen but this particular location has ruined my orders more then once! Through the drive thru and through Skip The Dishes. What you pay for is what you should receive. Not missing items yet charge the customer and take their money. Such poor customer service! Maybe management should look into fixing this problem with its employees and stop taking customers money and not fulfilling and completing customers orders correctly!
I am a regular customer at this location yesterday i came from work ordered food the manager took my order and i got the food cold and not fresh at all. My message to the manager Dont do that again if your fries and burgers are cold dont serve them to a customer.
Unfortunately not a great visit. Barely lukewarm food (cheese on burgers remained cold enough to stay unmelted for example). None of the tables that were open for use were cleaned. Which obviously meant not sanitized either. Hand towels were out with no alternative in washrooms. While waiting for order, another customer came back with issues to their order as well. Front counter staff were friendly though.
Their zesty sauce is amazing! Their burgers taste way better than McDonalds and they have a better variety of food items at affordable prices. I get a Jr whopper, onion rings and a 10 pc of spicy chicken popcorn for $8.55 can't go wrong with that price.

Had to change to 1 star from 5 stars. I had to wait while multiple car's ordered and received there food before I could order. Service has now declined drastically with new employees. I walked out without ordering. Will be talking with manger upon next vist.
I am newly employed at Burgerking I was hired at the spot. The managers and the rest of the team are well trained. All though it's a very fast pace environment but workers are very good at helping clients to get the right orders. I as newly employed I'm still learning how to work in a very fast pace environment and make sure you that customers are satisfied and will be back for more. Overall great place for workers and great food for customers.
Assistant manager kept lowering her mask to scratch her face and never washed her hands. Manager ignored a customer who was waiting for his food. Then when another staff member came by the manager yelled at the staff member to take care of his order while thr manager just stood watching!
Very displeased with this location. This store has messed up my order many times in the past and when I have brought it to their attention then would deny it. They weigh their fries so a large is really a medium. The onions are cut about an inch thick and thrown on the burgers, Tomatoes are squishy and almost rotten. I will no longer be returning to this location never had so many issues in a row.
November 25th 12: 14 PM Absolutely the worst meal I have had at this location. My wife's burger bun was burnt charcoal black and my bun had not been toasted. The whole meal was cold and the onion rings were half cooked. Will never buy from this place in Whitby again.
