Burger King

Bought poutine around 12: 05 am today. The person at the drive through put an absolute small amount of gravy and spoiled the whole taste. I hope manager will take action.

Terrible service, the lady on the cash today had no listening skills at all ordered 3 milk shakes got 2 had to go through and order one again when they gave me the one that I ordered it was the wrong type, they charged for a poutine and I never got it, They gave me fries instead. They even repeated the order back to me and couldn’t get it right Very disappointed with the quality of service they provide

Bought some Mozzarella sticks and Jalapeno cheesy bites. The oil was stale and was tasting so bitter. We have to throw out the entire order. Management definitely need to work on the procedures. Service was okay, staff is too occupied with drive through orders and walk ins are not very welcomed. Overall, I don't care much about the service but using stale oil is an absolute worst thing ever.

Absolutely awful. Was my turn to order and the guy at the counter just points he has to go away and just disappears for minutes as I, along with others behind me are left waiting. I just left from receiving that unprofessional display of customer service. A/C was also not working and was very hot and muggy environment inside. Not worth bothering going to this place.

Went to this store few days ago and was satisfied with my food but i ordered 2 fries, when i got them 1 was cold and one was nice and hot.the chicken sandwich i ordered was nice and fresh too.employee was very nice as well.thanks.

Brand new burger King location located in the Victoria terrace plaza. Nice and big with lots of seating available

This location opened (new build) in later summer 2022 and has been an amazing addition to the neighbourhood since! Friendly staff and fresh burgers ️

The service is amazing, they are supper nice and helpful. The place is always clean. The food is also always up to standards and I enjoy it here every time I come!

The restaurant was very clean, the staff were super nice to us, and the food was very good aswell!

Any time I’ve ever ordered from this place they get the order wrong! They should be removed from delivery apps and close down or hire people who can complete simple orders. I will NEVER order from here again.

My first order was missing an entire meal when using a delivery app. Maybe they should have double checked why such a small bag was being sent out. I ordered again and this time, no drink exactly as last time. Maybe remove drinks from your menu if you can't handle preparing them.

Got a 2 original chicken sandwich w 2 small fries deal, plus a 2 can dine whopper w fries meal to feed my family (5 of us in total) during lunch time and they loved it. The people were nice and quick to serve the food.

I'm not happy with my order today, the chicken fries and fries is cold and burned and hard to eat! I Think they don't even change the oil.tsk tsk!

This location is an embarrassment. They should not call it fast food cause I can get my food faster at a restaurant. Literally waited 40 minutes for my meal. Wish I can get that time and money back. Not sure if the employees have any idea what they are doing or just don't care. Or perhaps Burger King don't want to hire more people. Avoid this location at all cost! Deserves 0 stars

I had a great experience at this location. All the staff were kind and friendly upon entering the store. The food was made fast and was fresh. Will definitely visit again!

I came in today and was greatly greeted by the employee. My food was great, not cold just perfect. And they were all nice, made my day a lot better

Staff unable to assist with simple question. Told to contact gift card company which is Burger King. They were not able to provide answer why gift card that has a balance would not work.

The restaurant is new and not very busy.it's worth to take the walk and dine in in a very bright restaurant.

First visit to this new location. The restaurant was quite busy because it was midday but the service was reasonably quick. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with large fries and Coke. Everything was hot and fresh. I will definitely return again when in the area.

Went to dine-in. Knew it was going to be busy because it was Whopper Wednesday. Waited around half an hour before being asked what my order number was, told them, and it was clear that they had forgotten about the order because they couldn't find the ticket on the board (it had fallen). They had started to put food on a tray for us but having been standing there they were just giving us food that had been sitting there for so long and everything was cold. It took them another fifteen minutes to get everything together (the burgers sat there the whole time). Fries were rock hard and cold so I asked for new ones which took more time.

I don't mind waiting when it's busy but if you're waiting 50 minutes for food it should be hot at least but no. But another thing is the lack of "hey sorry we forgot about your order" is another issue. It's basic customer service. I'm not asking for free stuff, but if you make a mistake then I think the decent thing to do is apologize.

Very poor experience. Don't go here on Whopper Wednesdays.

Excellent customer service. The staffs are friendly especially Kath. The drive-thru was fast and they made sure that my order was correct.

Nice BK! I like the decorations. A message to the staff: fix the location on the map, it led people to the Starbucks not to the BK.

The place is absolutely disgusting! They never clean their tables, every time I go in, there is garbage, wrappers and receipts all over the ground and on empty tables, and tables are smeared with ketchup or other nondescript substances. When the staff are informed, they don’t use soap or spray and barely wipe 2/3rds of the tables surface before moving on to the next table with the same dirty towel they hide under the fountain station. The management here need to be fired and replaced.

Not ready for business yet, 15 mins to order and wait for breakfast when it's barely busy. Staff is still struggling with duties. Hopefully it improves.

Updated: Down to one Star, after all that wait, breakfast arrived cold. I don't think we'll be back.

I really loved the way they serve and also the burger was made so fresh i loved the taste and also had many deals in chicken meal. Will always visit when hungry

Was waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes on 10/29/22 at 2: 30 pm. There are two lanes. Christian was disorganized and flustered by how busy they were and didn't realize his mic was on talking to customers at the drive thru on the other side and at the window so people could openly hear his conversations with them that should've been kept quiet. On top, he also failed to realize he took orders 3 times in a row on one lane instead of going back and forth. I decided to drive up and he insisted he couldn't process my order at the window where he insisted I was making this all up as if I don't have anything better to do. So not only is he unintegtral, he is a liar and fails to take accountability for his actions. Never in my life have I had to write such an ill based review and I've managed retail stores for over a decade.

AVOID THIS LOCATION BY ALL MEANS. (At least until Christian is either terminated or goes back to burger King boot camp.)

Best burger king of all time. The staff are the sweetest. Super friendly and accommodating. They’re so sweet and memorize your order if you visit often, and even make it early for you if they see you waiting in line so that you can have it right after you pay! They always do their best to manage my crazy orders. The supervisor Katrina is great

Very slow service. Went through drive thru, they told me to park aside and wait. 30 minutes later they came out with half my order. Missed the drinks, forgot the dipping sauces. I drove away because I couldn’t wait any longer. Bad experience.
