I don't understand why the doors are closed, if it says that it closes at 12 am apart from that, you have to wait a long time for orders outside

I could not receive my order as I ordered it because there was no meat for an Impossible Whopper. So they change it to a regular Whopper.

Being a vegetarian I don’t have many food options but would definitely recommend Burger King for some good vegetarian food. The shakes are also quite good with good ambience and very helpful staff. Loved the service over all

Definitely recommend. They served us fresh food at 1: 55 am as well on Thursday. Staff is so friendly and professional. They will also help you to choose a food according to your taste.

I have ordered here multiple times giving them chances but every time I order using skip the dishes since i do not drive, they always miss multiple items in my order.and not small items burgers multiple burgers that I'm paying for are missing this is incredibly annoying.how hard is it to read off the order and double or even triple check to make sure everything is in the order? Seriously get your act together.

Worst experience ever. I dont prefer saying or commenting but sorry to say burger King spoiled my precious time with my husband and kids. Drive thru is not busy much but staff remains tired? Even there voice was not much clear my husband asked one question 2 times and they become really rude.but no worries we can understand. We parked our car and planned for dine in because of lazy staff. There was lady with name tag H***** she didnot replied to hello and no smile nothing still it is ok may be she dont like our faces. Then, we waited for 20 minutes and food was literally salty.toooooooooo much salt. Thank you for taking care of our heart. Now question is we didn't complain about your food we didn't complain about your behaviour. Whyyyyyyyy staff was laughing and was so interested in my kids and our reactions regards food? Stop looking at your customers by moving your neck when they are eating.

Ordered two orders of mozzarella sticks. One order fresh, the other stale and dried out. Do better.

I had a very good experience, everytime I went to this bk. There food is always fresh and fast service. Must try this bk

No complaints. Maybe a bit of a delay with the drive through orders when they first opened but now everything is great. The burgers look and taste freshly made and aren't served squished or soggy like at some other chains. Get the Whopper

Someone has to say it. BurgerKing has gone down hill due to a particular staff they are hiring. They can’t get the orders right, communication issues and just dirty conditions. This location and Niagara Falls location are run by a particular staff and they are the worst run burgerkings. It’s sad it’s gotten to this but expect more places to have the same outcome if this continues.

Whopper is good and huge, they have vegetarian whopper. Also, I like their Jalapeno cheesy bites. Yummy

I went to this place because my kids (who are now in their 30s) used to come and I vividly remember how they loved the food. When I was in Australia recently I even looked for it (called Hungry Jacks) and the food tasted as it was 3 decades ago. However in this Glendale branch I noticed that the sauce was different (more like a mayonnaise not the orangey colour) I used to get. The burger was lukewarm, when its advertised as a flaming grilled burgers. Its maybe grilled but left standing and warm up in the microwave. I ran to the washroom literally after 20 mins. The place was not busy (1pm ish) ; but the staff was not very attentive and seemed indifferent, except for one male worker. I was so excited to see the burger king close to my place, but after this experience I don't think i want to come back again at least not in this branch. Maybe i will try the other branch and hope that they will have freshly grilled burger and friendly staff.

This is the most abysmally slow fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Simple order takes 15+ minutes. Asked to park beside drive thru while no other customers are there.

Idk if I'll be back. I live very close and have been excited for a location to open up closer than the Ontario street. I've been maybe 5 times now and no matter whether it's a value menu item, mozzarella sticks alone, or breakfast I've ALWAYS been asked to pull ahead to the side to wait for my order. I can deal with this - it's annoying BUT if it's fresh why would I complain. I wouldn't come in a hurry if I knew but hey, as long as it's fresh right!

So why, at 9am mind you so it's not the end of the breakfast menu time or anything, did I wait KINDA longer than usual for my food - just to find the egg puck literally inedible? One corner is almost black and half of it is too hard to bite through. I waited like 10 minutes almost for fresh food and I got some burned microwaved egg puck. My girlfriends sandwich is the exact same!

OH.and NO receipt with order so I can't even place my complaint quietly to customer service. ‍️

I REALLY wanna come back for burger King but I'm gonna have to go to the only other location in st Catharines cuz this is a little too much.
