Burger King

So mad claims they changed cup size to a small and fries to a small when no other burger king has done this charged $30 for two whopper meals and all small sides.
Then tried to order three other things off the menu they stated they didn't have any of them they were out of the stuff to make each of the burgers I asked for then when I asked for two apple pies they said they had to make them fresh would take 6-10 min yet my sister went just before me 20 min before and waited 20 minutes for her two meals and apple pies.
Don't honor coupons at this location and don't have half the menu.

I asked for the food to be hot as the last two times, it has not been hot. So, I got the food home, a five minute drive, and the food was stone cold. Do not go here.

It was first time that we went burger king and i am disappointed. Very poor customer service. I would not be back for sure.

You wait forever for someone to take your order. Burgers & nuggets were dry. Haven’t had Burger King in years and decided to try this new one. Super disappointed. Won’t be going back.

Very disappointed with breakfast option. The french toast was good but the omelette on English muffin was dry and like a rock. What a waste. Should have just got Tim Hortons breakfast sandwich. The whopper at this location is very good.

40 minutes for a mobile order. Food was cold of course. Received refund but a waste of time. Mcdonalds is across the parking lot. Go there.

We preordered our food. Toppings we're right on 1 out of 4 burgers. Table was dirty. Won't be back to that location

Well I do realize my order was free from a previous mistake on a different order, I feel like they should have taken even more care in making this meal as a result. I ordered a whopper combo add mayo. Fries were ice cold and so was my burger and if there is mayo on it, it's not visible in even the slightest. I tried calling as I've done before, and the phone no longer works. I'm extremely disappointed.

Just went to BK for Whopper Wednesday. We had great service!
Only 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru, we ordered and had our food in only a few minutes. We got exactly what we ordered, and it was very tasty!

Ordered three meals and all 3 were stone cold. Definitely not fresh made. Little disappointed after what it cost now a days to eat out. Won’t be ordering again.

First sight it was weird.
But when the disabled little guy call his brother. "costumer" i felt good didnt care the food anymore.

The food was just down right disgusting. I am not a picky eater at all but the Angry cheeseburger and spicy chicken Jr. Had a single piece of wilted lettuce split between them. The jalapenos were brown and the sauce smelled rank.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Nice clean place to go and eat. The staff are amazing. Very pleased and helpful. Food is fresh and tasty.

Absolutely terrible customer service.was not offered any sauce with my nuggets, and not given my nuggets after buying and employees were very rude especially the older lady at the front cash.

Went there with my wife for Wednesday whopper meal dine in great service friendly staff whopper was yammy.
Going back for sure.

Hard to justify 5 star across the board, but it's important to realize it's a fast food place. For what it is, BK is the best. I used to be a McD guy, but now, I realize that BK offers better taste at a better value. The staff at the bayfield location are polite, and the dine in is always spotless. I like the self serve coke machine as well. Fwiw, whopper Wednesday is unbeatable.

Cold fries, order wrong. Just tried this newly opened restaurant, just me in there, ordered a double whopper, they got that wrong, second meal I ordered had no tomato’s, screwed that up as well. Little things but I was the only one there. Sad.

This restaurant probably won't last long. The drive-thru was blocked by a company vehicle because they didn't have the staff to accommodate a drive-thru. There were a total of two employees working here, only one of which I actually laid eyes on in both the kitchen and at the counter, clearly overworked and underpaid.

Four customers walked out without ordering while I waited in line. Whoever owns this place needs to get with the program and staff their restaurant better. Offer a better wage. An extra $2/hr would bring in more help. $2/hr x 8hrs = $16. I guarantee you I watched more than $16 in profits walk out your door in the brief time I spent in line. Who knows how much profit you're bleeding daily. Staff only cost you money if you're overstaffed. Until then, they make you money.

The food wasn't great, but it was the best it possibly could be for a restaurant manned entirely by one young employee.

The owner is an amateur and is doomed to fail. I have never witnessed in my 34 years a drive-thru that is barricaded by a vehicle.

The longer it takes you to realize people won't work for less than $18/hr now, the faster you're going to be out of business. Fight it if you want, it's your economical grave.

**Edit** Dear owner. Try to at least be a tiny bit more creative when making fake accounts to give yourself reviews. They were all obviously done by the same person.

**2nd Edit** Replying defensively isn't doing you any favours. Are you actually unable to see the long line of 1 star reviews bombarding your restaurant? Do you think that everyone here also has standards that are too high, and that you're operating your business correctly? A good business owner would take a step back and ask themselves why this is happening. Hiding behind the BK name won't stop them from dropping you once they see how you run the place.

Horrible service slowest in the city place is a TRAIN WRECK tried it a few times now no change since opened

I've been waiting for my order for 20 minutes now, I'm asking to the employees and they looking each other and the only thing that are saying is coming out in a minute, there are 6 people waiting right now for over 20 minutes.

Had kind employees named Nour and Javar they helped me since I had never been to Burger King. I ordered the crispy chicken and it was so good I 100 percent recommend this location.
