They need to take off the grease from there burgers and the cashier has to listen to your order. Because when you tell them how you want your burger they do the total opposite of what it should be.
That area is gone down hill, too many crack heads and homeless people sleeping inside Burger King where you sit and eat. Making the experience not pleasant.
Terrible service, when we asked to put in a coupon code she made it into a fuss as if she couldn’t have just made a new order, very rude attitude as well, as if we were stealing or something…some asian chick with glasses
Very unorganized FOH. Took half an hour to take my order because the staff was too busy to even take orders at the counter. There was only 2 people in front of me. I ordered a whopper Jr combo. It came to 9.59, I hand her a $20 she hands me back $10 and walks away. Now I have to flag down an employee to get the rest of my change. Finally after being in the restaurant for 40 min I finally got my food, no napkins or sauce for my onion rings, had to stand there for another 5 minutes trying to flag an employee down to get sauce and napkins. How is this considered fast food? 45 min from getting in line to sitting down with my food with only 2 people ahead of me in line?
Burger King is one of my favorite places to eat, but not any Burger King. I was not a fan of the place, I found it difficult to get attention, there were not many people to help you. Washroom was closed, and you have to ask somebody behind the counter to ring you in. With few people there, I have to wait a while.
There is the girl that worked last night at the drive through around 12am, i don’t know her name but she is sooo nice and has good customer service skills.
I ordered in this location via mobile order everything was smooth until handing me over my order. The Bl*ck lady was very Rude and full of attitude. I didn't know that she was asking me if I need a bigger bag. I would have said Yes If i heard her. Then I ask her nicely for a bigger bag which she gave me an attitude and in a very rude way saying "That's what Im saying! ". Like The heck if you don't want to deal with customers and treat them nicely. You need to quit. Never coming back here AGAIN!
During the day I have no issue with my visits. However when it approaches the end of the day, they close their system 15 minutes before the store is scheduled to close meaning I can’t place my order. It says open until 2 yet I can’t place an order at 1: 45. I’m pretty sure open means open and capable of taking orders not pushing customers away prior to the posted closing time.
It’s Wednesday at lunchtime. Why do you have one trainee cashier working? 3 weeks on Wednesday un a row. Schedule more people. This establishment is a joke. Will drive farther to give my money somewhere else.
Came here for a quick bit to eat. Admittedly messed up a promotional offer which I wanted. The "manager" boy (Name starts with A, ends in Ron) made such a big deal out of it. Swearing under his breath, shaking his head. Wouldn't be surprised if they messed with my food (spit, dropped it on the floor).
Anyways, Super unprofessional. Maybe too young to be in a position like that if he can't control his emotions. I get it, it's fast food, but after all I am a customer, and getting all thug with me doesn't cut it.
I used a drive-through at Burger King today. I've only eaten Burger King hamburgers for years. But today was really unpleasant. I asked them to change it to honey mustard sauce instead of ketchup, but they want me to pay for it. Other stores have always changed it. It was ridiculous, and crucially, she was very unkind and very rude. I'm not going to the store again. Her name is Anna or Hannah. She needs a service education or she needs to be fired
Same as any other Burger King and they sell the same food. The only thing is they have a special going on right now for under $6 that's amazing. Two Whopper Juniors and a small fries. Had a drink and it comes up to six or seven something that's perfect
