Hi went to this burger king location place my order i told the person who was serving at the time about a bad experience i had there the last time i was there she told me i will make it up with you today but you have to wait for 5 minutes and just join the que and come back to pick up your order i was really impressed with Navjot her level of service was great i have to go back to get her name navjotthums up.

If the ghost pepper 8 pc nuggets had been any more drier and stiffer, i would have made winter tires out of them. Also, I could smell the 15 day old oil off the nuggets. The staff knew that the nuggets were not fresh but still served them.

When I was on my lunch break, i ordered a wopper combo and it was delicious.the cashier Sonya, she was very friendly and gave good service.

Why you guys give more importance to drive through customers? I waited there for 15 minutes on the counter.it was not even crowded.nobody was taking my order. Lady named SONIA was so slow. I think you should not work at front counter if you are slow.work somewhere at back to avoid these negative reviews about you. I ordered jalapeno bites and she did not give dressing.then I said excuse me.she ignored me and went to drive through area.it seemed like she was making me wait intentionally.she was just ignoring and wasting my time.when she came I reminded her that jalapeno bites come with dressing then she gave it to me in a very rude manner.such a cheap behavior from her.

Best BK location I have visited in Mississauga, it's clean and new inside. There are 3 or 4 others in the area that are just terrible and dated. I stopped going to BK because of that even though it's my favorite fast food joint. This location regained my trust again. Keep it up folks.

This burger king location hits different.
Been coming here for few months almost daily.
Staff are friendly the food is always fresh!

It is 8: 00 PM now and the nobody was there to attend at front
One girl is sitting on the drive thru having headset on and was talking on phone
The other were sitting at the back

Food is ok but service is poor

Very friendly and patient service as always, spicy fish, i.e. Add "angry sauce" but nothing angry about it, lol, not spicy at all, rather sweet

Overall good - usual burger king standard. Drinks machine was out of ice - I politely informed staff. Still out/no sign 25 mins later when checked again.

Don’t order anything different than the menu. You will get the standard order and no receipt to claim your order. The employees look like they hate their lives too.

Good customer service. I bought two sandwich’s one of them had a cold patty and another had a stale patty

Not greatest experience, got order wrong and didn't seem to listen to what I was asking for.

Quick if busy but whats the point if you get back food that you didnt ask the way it was given and with long piece of hair lol. Wasted $15. Couldn't go back as i ate when i got home. Never here again.

Great staff and food at this location have always been perfect every time I go. Great job!

Food was cold. Milkshake had chocolate syrup all over the outside of the cup and no napkins provided. I felt quite I'll after the meal.

Fresh Food with Good Customer Service. Servers were following safety protocols. Clean dine-in location. Thank you.

Cashier too busy on phone to acknowledge customers, wrong sandwich given when returned was given another wrong sandwich fries and other burger ordered cold
