Burger King

Wednesday morning October the 4th the drive thru clerk never mentioned no lemonade so he served me the watermelon syrup and water. After telling him the drink tasted funky they ran out of lemonade. He gave me attitude tells me that’s what I ordered afterwards ask for cherry coke and he watered it down. I’ll be calling head office.

The store was ok, not really inviting need more spice to entice people to come and buy food. Notice that the cashier did not properly ask the right question with people that has disability regarding food options. So, I had to ask her nicely that I would pay for the pop for that person.

One of the worst and lazy service specially drive through might be taking longer half hour to fourth five minutes.

I was in the area and looking for a nice place to eat lunch, as I came inside this store I was greeted and assisted. The whopper melt and peach mango lemonade was a good combination. Good job on this store!

Employees are not customer friendly. Due to some technical issue, thecoupon was not working in their system and they were charging me for some other item which was higher price than the one I was looking for to compensate.when I questioned them for that, they were talking rude and told me that they can only refund otherwise. Not going to this location again.

Every single time I order from here they get it wrong. It is too bad because I like the food but never again.

Some employees are rude which is annoying but can’t beat the price for you what you get. It’s trash though

Ordered (2) burgers, specified NO ketchup. Refunded order due to error. Re-ordered and made wrong AGAIN. Tried to call store but no one answered phone. Voicemail doesn't even identify the business. Absolutely WORST customer experience and no way to remedy. Do better, BK.

The people are very accommodating. I love how they maintain the cleanliness of area. I am loving the apple pie there because it always stays fresh and warm.

I went in this evening, waited at the counter for over 10 minutes, the young man at the counter refused to make any eye contact or approach the register to take my order. I walked out because the staff were clearly not interested in doing their job. I don't make bad reviews often, but when I do they are well deserved
Very disappointed

The indian overnight manager purposly breaks the debit/credit machine so nobody can buy/ purchase food cause most people use debit/credit. Ive complained numerous times to head office that its him doing it so he doesn’t have to work at night. It never happens in the daytime. Only when he is working. From 11pm-7am just so he could do nothing.

I mean it's a burger King but this location always seems to have pretty good food and service, the odd time I go there

Amazing service provided from all the staff including the managers sally, namira, and also the employees Connie, Kes, desire and the people in the kitchen. Amazing food as well definitely recommend this location.

Great foods when you're hungry and you need something to fill the void and I love the daily specials

We ordered 2 Angry Whoppers and 1 large onion rings through Skip the Dishes. We received 2 plain Whoppers and 8 onion rings for large order. Whoppers had a few pieces of Lettuce, one tomato on each, no cheese, no crispy onions, no jalapeño peppers, no bacon. How did they mess up so badly? It wasn't a large order of different burgers. We called and talked with the manager Sally. All she had to say was, talk to Skip the Dishes they will help u. No apology, nothing. I asked her how can u guy's mess up this simple order so badly. Again she said just call StD they will help u. She was very rude. We went on StD app and sent them a message of what happened and I have pictures of our order if they wanted to see them. StD emailed us and refunded just the cost of the burger. We are still out $5 tip, $3 delivery fee and their cost. Approx $10+ total. What really surprised us is how the manager Sally at BK tried to blame StD for their mess up and didn't care at all. We would advise u to stay away from this BK at Metro plaza. Their incompetence is unbelievable. Also u will not get any support from the manager if they mess up ur order.

3rd time their card/debit/credit machines servers are down, its an everyday occurrence now…
