Burger King

Woman at drive thru managed to not say a word and hand my order before immediately closing the window on me. Felt unsettled from the encounter, and when checking my order, the poutine and fries seem half filled and was cold. Check your order before driving off if you're going through drive-thru.

I ordered value bundle for 3 and extra 8 nuggets. Apple turnover and Hershey pie. Through drive through. No apple turnover no pie and the oil for nuggets and fries had not been changed in soo long everything fried in it tasted bitter. Including fries. Never had a more horrible Burger King than this. I have been to others with no such complaint. This is my first review about Burger King food ever. It was that bad.

Everytime I go there it's a problem with the long wait and customer service.
Today Dec 23 I waited in the drivethru for 10mins to get to the cashier to tell me they don't accept $100 bill
There are no sign in the drivethru to inform customer of this then on top of that the cashier and Manager was extremely rude.

Worst customer service.they charged me for extra for 2 large fries when i requested for one.then they proceeded to argue with me over my order and denied the fact that they over charged me, they also proceeded to talk about me in hindi thinking i didn’t understand.i don’t recommend this location

Last 3 times I ordered ketchup nuggets I got plain nuggets.

If you aren't offering them, don't sell them on your site.

My understanding is a whopper comes with tomato, lettuce, and onions, that's what a whopper contains, when they promote special toppings such as jalapeno etc and suffix them as whoppers, I expect the basics plus the xtras. I do not expect to pay a $1 more for the xtras, then be charged Xtra for onion, lettuce and tomato the basics. I removed cheese and could not see a credit, hmmm. I have attached my receipt for location and proof of purchase. When I called and challenged this the manager proudly tells me Burger king corporate office told them to go this and the computers are set up for this. So I was told that complaining to Burger king would not make any difference. Thus I will make an effort to educate us the public, in efforts for us to be treated with respect and the ability to have brains in our heads and not stupid.

I was very disappointed with the food, and service.
Also, I went through the drive-through and I was waiting for at least 20 minutes, on top the person that served me was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Very slow service, food arrived cold (the processed cheese wasn’t even melted), staff gave me a look like I was putting them out when I asked for the food to be reheated. Worst BK I’ve ever been to.

Disgusting very long hair in the Crispy chicken sandwich right in the middle of it. Terrible experience. Definitely it is a no go for future. Irresponsible and non-hygienic.

The staff was great under difficult circumstances. Pop machines had no ice and if you wanted to pay cash they didn't have any change to give.

Highly unethical franchise. On drive through order the coupon was produced during payments. The cashiers takes the coupon does not apply it and does not mention the total or produce receipt for cashless transaction. When asked for receipt the coupon is not applied and the cashier states you need to mention it before ordering and points to the small print. On checking the small print there is no mention of the same and has been accepted at other locations. The cashier still has the coupon, does not return it and on been questioned asks whether you want the coupon back? ! They create unnecessary rules to not honor BK coupons and further take the coupon without using it.

Staff took long to respond in the drive thru. Two cars ahead of me. Waited for my order and my burger was cold. Poutine was ok, mozzarella sticks were cold

On August 6,2023, the guy with the Turban that speaks Punjabi at the drive through window made a racist comment towards my religion. He also ignored me for 3 full minutes when I arrived at the window. He threw the food at me and gave me angry looks. I had to repeat a simple order 7 times and I politely asked him for the root cause of the problem but he responded angrily and told me to be quiet. This guy goes against all standards of customer service. If the owner or manager is reading this, please address this issue as this guy with his anger issues can get your restraunt in legal trouble.

If you're looking for a burger late at night then this is one of the only locations available. The staff was helpful and food tasted good.

Burger King is great and you can't beat the price. Got a whopper combo didn't get the cheese or bacon on it and it was under 10 bucks. The portions are good. No complaints.

Service wasn’t good, the person working there didn’t understand anything and kept rushing our order. The food was ok but kind of disappointing, we also asked for ketchup in the bag but didn’t get any. Do not recommend!

Missing items from the order. Long time waiting. I ordered two combo but got only one combo and one sandwich

I made a review twice about this place where I witness the employee using their hands to touching the pickles and lettus and everything with their hands even the drive thru people who touch money u seen them go behind pick up a patty and put it on the bun to make it without washing their hands. So I went there to pick up a order as a uber driver I will never buy food from that place and I was shocked they were using gloves. I'm assuming my review has got to them. I blame the Manger and supervisor not the employees. But I am happy to see them wearing gloves it a start

Not my favourite burger place but enjoy a good deal with coupons every once in a while. Breakfast is good. Hate the fact that they charge for veggie burger toppings. How is it build you way if you charge for everything now. Then you are the same as every other place. They need to change their slogan.

Drive thru employee was really nice, food was ok as late night food is limited choices. Inflation is having an impact.
