Most orders r done electronically but they simply can't keep up. People r great but they need to manage better. Maybe they need to reclassify themselves as sit-in restaurant given the speed is nowhere close to being "fast-food" lol

I mean, it's fast food, so not a lot of expectations. This location just feels outdated and somewhat dismal when you go.sometimes the burgers are just warm.but I do like that the whoppers are still big and haven't suffered to 'shrinkflation' like other joints.

Food came out hot and the order was correct but it took a while waiting on the fries. Lots of food court seating and wifi. A great BK location

Best BK downtown, they always get my burger order correct, even if I change the toppings after I pay. The food comes relatively quickly. And most important of all, the staff doesn't give you any lip when you're ordering and they understand English very well.

As it's located in an office building food court, there's lots of seating area and it's very clean.

Tried its $5+$0.65 (tax) double mixed special, once with chicken & cheese burgers. The other one is fishbuger, like it better. Both specials are satisfying. But I wouldn't say it's good for you. Definitely will do it again once in awhile when it's available next time. Like the location in the path. It's safe, clean & comfortable. The pre-ordered is effective & the staff is friendly. It's my favorite location

I ordered the new Pesto Chicken Club and it was delicious. I placed the order online and went straight to the location and it was ready by the time I got there, with no wait.
