Burger King

By far the slowest in fast food take out I’ve ever experienced in my life. Shouldn’t be a 20 minute wait for two combos.

I have been posting reviews for over seven years and Google follows me wherever I travel.
This Burger King location is one of the most disgusting food outlets I have ever seen.
How come they are still in business, where are the bylaws inspectors?
This place should not be authorized to run business at all.
Not to repeat all the reviews already on line and I agree %.
Hopefully management will seriously consider to read all the reviews and take action asap.
I always take pictures and post them with my reviews but not for this visit, so sticking!

I should have listened to my instinct and turned right around and left. Filthy establishment, flies everywhere, understaffed. Staff clearly don’t have any work ethic as the place was a mess. Food on the floors, garbage still on tables. It took 20 minutes for one trio. The iced coffee wasn’t even coffee. We took a few bites and couldn’t actually fathom continuing and tossed it. I am shocked that Burger King allows its name to be associated with this kind of environment. DONT GO HERE! If I could give it 0 stars I would. DONT GO HERE.

I don't want to write a mean message. I'll stick with facts: I went there tonight, 2023-06-25 at 8h40. The staff refused to served us because they had no whoppers anymore and their grill was closed. In this case, why stay open at all. Please keep in mind that the name of the restaurant is Burger King, if you are not selling burgers maybe that is not appropriate.

Extremely slow (30 mins to get one meal with only 4 people ahead of me in line), dirty (flies everywhere), they were completely out of napkins

This burger kind is very dirty I'm surprised that health Ontario didn't closed it. The burger are dry and very small amount of condiments, product quality is below standard clearly. Portions size are smaller than usual. Employees are nice and helpful.

Full of flies, everything is extremely dirty and the service is horrible, I lost my appetite waiting for the food. I don’t understand how this place is open and didn’t get a health inspection. Avoid at all cost.

Just don’t go to this burger king. There are flies everywhere. Our experience:

1) We wanted an English muffin breakfast. We were told there are only croissants. Attached are the pictures of the “croissant” breads.
2) We specifically asked for no cheese. Request NOT respected; we returned the sandwich.
3) The second sandwich came with bread that was rock solid hard. Not edible at all.

Terrible.

What you might expect from a roadside BK, slow service from unmotivated employees, understaffed.

Food is same as any other Burger King fries nice n hot, however the place was disgusting tables were dirty and sticky, thank god I had sanitizer with me, had to clean the area where we were going to sit at, and the woman at cash was standing watching me doing so, with her hand on one hip and the other dangling do nothing just waiting for customers to arrive, but it’s no wonder this place isn’t busy like other fast food place, and they should be seeing there isn’t many other places to go to in St Isidore.

If I could give this a 0 star I would, did mobile order, 31$, and i get here place is closed due to their freezer not working. Not only does it not say anywhere that their closed, their online ordering is still available and they love taking your money. Talked to the guy at the counter and he called them and no refund has been issued. Not impressed at all.

I went there at 7: 30pm and they closed everything early and they have nothing to served. But closing time is 9pm for them. And crew was standing there till 9pm.just to say - sorry we have nothing to served.

The past 3 times we have been to this location after our sons hockey game, they have been out of bacon, onion rings, lettuce, impossible burgers (2 out of 5 are vegetarians) staff are not trained fully. They close early because they are put of food. No Manager in site nor do they answer calls from employees.

Love BK and hope this location improves how they manage this restaurant.

For the past few months we have been going there a few times a month hoping it would get better but no.

Let's review like the ratings.

1-FOOD: Well it's a fast food place so. My family has some vegetarians and some not. There is always a issue with impossible burger. Either they are out or the "machine" is off because they are closing soon. (Whatever that means) or out of bacon or out of onion rings. NEVER ORDER ONLINE because there will always be something wrong.

2-SERVICE: Well it's not the kids fault but they are trying. I have never seen a manager there.

3-ATMOSPHERE: In a run down gas station, next to a Mr. Sub that's never open you will find this little restaurant who usually refuses you to eat inside if they are about to close (1 hour before or less). This truck stop which I am sure was wonderful 10 years ago could use some attention by the owners. If you are looking to feel welcome this is not the place.

We want to support local but they really need to step it up.
