Burger King

Repeated my order 5 times to be on the safe side, because my order is always wrong or missing stuff. They knew the drinks machine is broken and still sell drinks. I am finally never going back ever again.

My food with cold the tomato taste awful my chicken burger was like robbery my onion ring or cold it was gross I couldn't even eat my food I like my money back I have my receipt

Always a great place to eat. However, sometimes their fries and or their hashbrowns are stale and really not fresh and end up not eating them.

If you’re wondering why Burger King is declining or maybe even disappearing, then visit this location in kanata. I used to really enjoy a Burger King Whopper, flame broiled and topped with simple condiments, like onion, pickles, lettuce mayonnaise etc… but my last two visits have now cured me from going back. Today I stopped to get a quick lunch. It was 11: 30, not busy, when I walked in I noticed they had one burger in the waiting hopper, I took my time then I ordered a whopper meal. There were no other clients. So the server put this burger in the tray along with the fries, I touched it, seemed hard. It was either very dry bread or burnt. Anyway I asked for new one pointing out it was on the hopper too long, they gave another one. I took one bite, then another and realized it wasn’t only really dry, but cold. I went back to the counter and complained. The server supervisor said she would give me a new one. A couple minutes later I got my new burger. Again it was really dry but very hot, seemed like they likely microwaved another old one, definitely not a flame broiled hamburger brand. Well, two bites were enough, I threw everything in the trash can and left. That’s how a business starts to fail, poor service, bad product and very little care about quality. This is the end of Burger King for me.

The place is located in the heart of the technology park. The staff is very friendly and the food is in most cases very fresh and delicious. The seating area is wide enough to accommodate big groups, and the proximity to the offices and businesses of the tech park made it a great Solution to grab a bite. I highly recommend this place to everyone coming on March road.

The menu has been enhanced with amazing items since my latest review, I would like to extend my kudos to a hard working team ensuring positive customer experience. Bashir took care of my order and all the team made a great service.

Waited for full 5 minutes in drive thru without any acknowledgement and the place was not even busy. I yelled hello into the telecom several times. Finally I got fed up went inside spoke to a very nice rep. He promptly took my order and I left still upset. I cannot believe that this happened at a drive thru. Just acknowledge the customer, don't mind waiting but this was ridiculous. Other customer came in right after me with similar experience. Definitely on my not ever going back list of they can't be bothered being respectful. The drive thru person needs training.

Always like the Whopper with cheese and the flame broiled taste.

Best Burger King in Ottawa and area by far. The staff are friendly and provide hot fresh food and when it’s not to your liking, they’ll make it right every time. The general manager is the only gm who actually cares about her products and clients and has made me a customer for life.
Much better than any other fast food. If only she could teach the other locations how to make it right.

I used to like this BK more but lately they're slipping. Every time I go now I find the wait is long - to order, and then to get my food. And they messed up my order a bit (they forgot the sauce for chicken fries, and the soft drinks had no taste - like they needed to refill the soft drink syrup or whatever). Hope they get their act together again because I like BK burgers, but won't be going back for a while.

I been to this restaurant for delivery orders pickup but many times return without foods as always long delay. Just wasting time. I try not to accept orders as much as I can even once in a while I go always frustration nothing else workers doesn’t know how to properly address customer & couriers, I see day by day thing’s getting worse

Walked in, 20 minute wait. Wouldn’t take everyone’s orders, just made everyone wait as they prepared each order individually. Disabled guy waited 30 minutes while the whole line was served and they realized they never even made his order.terribly managed

The line is like 15 people, there is one guy working on the orders and two of them are just chilling in the back

On May 7th, 2023. The customer service at this location is rude. I called and spoke to floor manager asked what right do you have or your drive through staff has the right to shout at customer when we were at drive through for almost 10 min with not even a car in front of us. The drive through staff shouted at us. ”I asked you to wait! ”. I don’t recommend this location to anyone simply because of poor customer service.

The slowest Burger King in Ottawa. If you have spare time and want cold food, look no further.

Been waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes and it is still not moving (writing this in the drive thru)

Clean environment, well organized and good service. I use the app to order food for pickup, never had any issues.

Burgers were sloppily put together. For a mushroom burger, literally had 3 in it with everything else mashed in. Service slow as hell. No one paying attention to the area where drinks and lids are, lids were disgusting. Unimpressed.

Whopper buns were hard and stale. The Burger was blah. French fries were lousy.

No ketchup out. When I asked for some, for our party of three, the rather bored looking worker handed me one packet

Bathrooms are disgusting. Horrible service. People waiting for 10 minutes to be served. Staff just ignores walk ins. Had 2 people walk out in front of me. Didn’t take me long to do the same. I used to enjoy Whopper Wednesday. Oh well, it is what it is.

The service was really slow and many people were waiting for the orders and the place and the kitchen didn't look clean enough. Staff need to take care of food safety.they never change their gloves!

Horrible customer service. The amount of time it would take for me to verbally express all the issues I have with this restaurant, I’d be writing this survey for the next three days. Needless to say they don’t answer their phone. They do not cater to customers. When there was a mistake on your order it is not their fault and they will not fix it.

I went in at 7pm on March 4th 2023. The staff were very rude and made the customers infront of me feel stupid because they didn’t know the full name of the item. They took over 30 minutes to make my food. We didn’t order a lot. Just 2 meals. They got mad at me for standing at the counter and waiting.

Visited with the family for a quick bite. We had the whoppers meals and crispy chicken sandwich. The crispy chicken sandwich was the best we have had at a burger king this far. It was fresh, crunchy, hot and done just right.
