Burger King

Got breakfast and it was okay you can tell the hash browns were super old though because they were dry and crunchy. The sandwich was okay however I ordered a coffee with my meal and OMG the worst coffee I’ve tried in my life. It was so strong I had to add 6 creamers when I usually have 2 in it and it still wasn’t drinkable! I only took three sips and had stomach cramps from the strength of it. Whoever is making your coffee tell them to use less of it. It was disgusting, ended up tossing it.

It’s really a 50/50 chance that your gonna get your food 100% right.other than that I’ve usually had decent experiences here. Foods usually hot, and the staff is nice and not too slow.

Excellent service from Jeanne at the front counter, Got our order sorted out quickly and even replaced our fries when they where found to be wet. Thank you Jeanne!

I went through the drive thru the girl who was at the Window looks absolutely miserable. If your going to work in fast food you need to at least smile.

Whopper Wednesday is a great deal. Even with added cheese, still under 20 bucks. Just went again, staff was really good, everything was great. Good deal, great food

Seriously one of the best fast food experiences I've ver had, the lady at the front desk was awesome. He asked the kitchen about making my bacon crispy and asked about my drink if I liked it.wow blnever had this at a burger joint.thumbs up:)

Drivetru needs some work, not sure, maybe it could use proficiency improvements. INSIDE, well, for just a fast food joint, AMAZING! So glad this one is close to home, BEST BURGERKING IN LONDON! Keep up the great work!

Keep having east Indian people who don't even eat the food they serve work for you and own franchises and your company is going to fail hard. They don't make good food and clearly don't care. Used to be good. Now anywhere that uses this practice is failing. Please stop. I don't hate anyone but people who worship cows and don't eat bacon should not even making bacon cheeseburgers. Sorry but I'm not the only one mad

Burgers were hot an fresh but fries were warm an old so much ice it seemed like no pop drive threw was quick 2.5ztars

We placed the order at drive thru the customer service was so poor. There was a bad communication. Waiting was too long

Absolutely horrible service, I ordered a poutine with my burger combo June 25th through skip, and when it arrived, I just received regular fries, so I called right away to see what they could do about it and I was told they were all out of poutine stuff to make it, so I was fine with that. As someone who work in the food industry I get it, that happens, so she told me next time they would send one free of charge, so I asked her if she needs to take my name or anything and the lady told me no, its on record. I call tonight to ask if they have stuff to make poutine and what had happened last time & the man I was talking to said they couldn't do anything about it and to call skip. Skip wasn't the one who messed up my order, Burger King was! Very unprofessional. Hate being told one thing by one person who works there and another by another person, All your staff needs to get on the same page so this doesn't happen again!

When you run out of fries, you need to make a note outside before ppl get to the drive through. I just spent 10 mins in a line up and no food. Didn't even offer something else. Who runs out of fries on Whopper Wednesday? You need a new manager!

Tried explaining 5 times to the drive through that I wanted a big kind burger, repeatedly kept getting asked do you mean big king jr. Well needless to say the charged me for a big king and I got a jr. Don’t bother going to this location, staff is useless.

This place is filthy. How about cleaning it regularly. Super long wait. And see. An employee touch his mouth twice. With no handwashing. Dirtiest windows in the city

Asked for double cheese and bacon whopper. Accidentally said no pickles told the woman to keep the pickles and no tomatoes while making eye contact she said OK rings it up we pay. While waiting for our order a lady mobile ordered a impossible whopper took em 10 mins to make she was there first and everyone else after her got their food. Now back to our order checking our reciect seen that the drinks were wrong and the sandwichs were wrong tried correcting them but no one was listening to the manager. In the end I didn't get my right sandwich proper toppings but just received a normal whopper because thats what the cashier heard but not what I said.

Alisha was very nice n cooperative telling abt all the deals and she has taken good care for me n my family she is awesome

Slowest service ever. Only person online and they took 15 mins. Never return g to this location at least till they get employees that know how to work. WORST SERVICE EVER. It's a whopper guys not rocket science.

Great value, and you get your the burger the way you want it. Definitely coming back here.

Never seem to be able to get the advertised meals
The tables and floors were pretty dirty and I could hear the manger giving the employees trouble about the state of the restaurant not sure i wanna eat here again
