I like the old style of the place…But not that unfortunately elderly people working there…It’s good that they work, but they are most of the employees…So everything is very slowly, and the place doesn’t look clean at all (Sundae with strawberry was tasty

Update: Tried it again, paid for cheese on the whoppers did not get it, the mozzarella sticks were cold and hard inside. Where's my cheese burger king I paid for it. Just close this location please it's embarrassing, I'm sad I even give it a chance.

Tried this location a few times as I generally like whoppers. Unfortunately I can't seemingly get a freshly made whopper and warm fries here. Have given up on the location completely. I don't understand why it's so difficult to make fresh food and warm fries. It's literally the only thing you do there.

Incompetent management, their website shows they close at 10pm, I walked all the way there just to hear the dining room closed at 9pm.there was no mention of this online! It’s only the drive thru that was open and of course I can’t order at that window. Fix your website Burger King! Or just close both drive thru and dining at the same time!

Big inside, old 90's style which is nice to see still, food sometimes cold/messy compared to other locations in windsor

The staff always seem to know what is going on despite the chaos that can happen on a Whopper Wednesday. Employees from this location have gone above and beyond if anything has been incorrect.

Absolutely filthy with bad food and bad service. I was working in the neighborhood for few days and being a fan of Burger King I came there several days in a row each time I went to the washroom where there was a condiment packet sitting on the top of the urinal. Thursday I saw the pocket first, than every day after that. The weekend passed and on Monday it was still there. Obviously they never clean the washrooms. On Wednesday I ordered a Italian chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was completely at room temperature, and I feel it's been sitting like that for quite some time since it was taken out of the deep frier. Being a good sport, instead of asking for another one, I said to the teller that it was cold, can you microwave it for me? She took it from me and walked to the back with a total attitude saying "can you microwave this? Apparently it's cold! ".
I am shocked with this particular restaurant. I recommend you stay away if you don't want to get food poisoning, or catch something from the general filth this place is kept in.
