Burger King

The girls at Burger King offer terrible customer service and they are rude and racist specially (Sukhjit), they handle the food disgustingly and they don’t wear gloves while making the food and they don’t pack the food properly and if you ask them to package the food properly they turn around and tell us to get out which leads to delay the customer food.

The girls at burger King think they are the owners of that place not only are they rude and lack common sense they also feel that picking their nose or touching their hair while handling the food without gloves is hygienic. Absolutely nasty do not go here don't order from here.

I found this rotten piece of cabbage in my burger. Please pay attention, human beings are eating this food not animals

No good hygiene here, there was something in my aunt's food that could be poisoning (adhesive). The store had no compassion, not speaking English around us which frustrated us more.
My aunt ended up going to the hospital to get checked out due to her throwing up and having side effects from whatever she bit.
The store was reported to Canada Health, hopefully this will not happen to anyone else again.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Being a vegetarian I have a few options of things I can order. I asked the lady who took my order if I could order a burger however substitute the beef Pattie’s for vegetarian ones instead, I also mentioned that I did not mind paying extra. To which they replied, that it could not be done— which I find very interesting, why wouldn’t this employee want to up sell and potentially make more money for the company? In short I order two vegetarian burgers and a few sides. I was asked to park and waited over 15mins for my meal. When I checked my bag I was missing one of my sides (an order of mozzarella sticks) I politely notified the employee that I didn’t receive all of my order, and without any explanation or even an apology this employee went to cook my mozzarella sticks because they forgot to make them. My issue stems from the fact that I understand people make mistakes, it’s the way you handle a situation when you realize a mistake was made, no one offered to make the situation right. And when I spoke to the manager on duty and I explained my displeasure, all she said was they are short staffed. I do not want to go back to this establishment. However if it is your desire to be disappointed this is the place for you. Zero customer service, horrible staff. Do not recommend.

Came here for a few cheeseburgers and some mozzarella sticks, place seemed slow thet pulled me to the side even though nobody was behind me sat here for 20 minutes. Cmon.

… had visited this store couple of times and enjoyed my best dinner with my family… neat and clean with best food quality and services …. Chicken fries with mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets are the best one …. Highly recommend for the. Food lovers

This particular King would do well to abdicate, immediately – living the rest of their days in exile.
Never have I experienced a more pathetic self-loathing burger; a more soul-sucking fast food meal.
Orangeville's Burger King proffers the most flaccid meaningless burgers I've ever had the misfortune to encounter – a putrid beef patty that would require a lifetime of therapy and anti-depressants in order to become even remotely edible.

Recently, I moved to Orangeville. It is the best food place ever. I found in the Orangeville. Superb customer service, excellent food quality, food is always served fresh and hot. I would only recommend this place.if someone wants delicious food and friendly atmosphere. I used to visit at Burger King, frequently.bcz it is my all-time favourite restaurant.

Everytime I visit the restaurant they give me a fresh food All the Sandwiches are prepared very good and fresh and the staff is very nice

Monday 11am, hot whopper and fries, halepeno bites off menu.everything was hot and burger loaded with veg.

2 stars because it's my favorite when done right hahaha! One request this time like last time.no mustard. Just can't seem to spell it out enough for burger king staff!

I went with my family about 10-15 people to celebrate birthday. The service provided by the staff is excellent. I highly recommend everyone to visit this Burger King. I really admire the mozzarella sticks I ate over there.

The service was wonderful. The ambiance was perfect.
Overall, this was an incredible dining experience.

Went for nostalgia food, left happy with an original chicken sandwich. Tasted exactly like it did as a teen. The foods great and the workers are nice

Asked for the 2 Burger special for 10$ and a coke. Burgers were cold. Asked for heavy lettuce heavy pickle and got charged for it. So much for have it your way. If I say no pickles do I get a discount. The bill was $18.50 so I guess i paid $8.50 for 2 slices of cheese some lettuce, pickle and a large coke.
Kind of disappointed
