Burger King

Their is short guy that works there 2nd time i have been there in the evening with a very bad know it all personality attitude
I heard him arguing with middle-aged lady about tomatoes on her burger
Talking to her as if she was dumb
I walked out of the restaurant immediately NO THANK Lawrence and Dufferin
I went to Wendy's instead

When to Burger King location at Lawrence and Dufferin 18th January at 1735 very disappointing
I ordered 2 can dine for 16.99
I told the cashier no salt on my fries and extra lettuce n tomato on both burgers
The cashier put the fries cup on the fries basket which was sitting their when i got there
When the burgers were ready 10 minutes later the cashier was about to put the cold fries into the bag with the burger and so i stopped him he got pissed off and told me its going to be awhile
When i got and was ready to eat the burger was cold the fries salty no extra lettuce no extra tomato
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The only thing I can say is the coffee was leuke warm. For this time of the year it's nice to enjoy a hot cup of coffee.

I ordered a chicken wrap but recieved a whopper with sausage and bacon instead. I don't even eat bacon and sausage so I had to wait for nothing. Very irresponsible store. Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

Pretty friendly & usually pretty quick. Just don’t order the onion rings or the pies, you’ll be paying extra for nothing. Always forget them

The 1st time n ages that I could get the APP to work and was delayed in picking it up. Food looked like it had been microwave. Nuggets were dried out and wringled, bottom bun on my burger was hard on the outside and soggy on the top, French fries were ice cold. Definately NOT A FRESHLY MADE ORDER.

I ordered on SkipTheDishes since I was trying to try something different. First thing is compared to other fast food places Burger King is definitely cheaper if your looking for an affordable option. I got their Strawberry Watermelon lemonade and it was pretty good. Their French Toast sticks were also good and are served all day. The chicken fries were cold and terrible. Wouldn’t recommend and tried their Ghost Pepper nuggets, be warned, it is very spicy. I needed to drink milk right after. Wouldn’t buy again because I don’t like my food that spicy but if you do like spicy food, it’s not bad. Overall their food is okay. Not the best but not the worst

This place has been awarded multiple times and it shows why.
Clean, Organized and the food is phenomenal. I highly
recommend this location.

1st time I've been here, probably the last time too.
2 employees standing out front smoking their cigarettes under the 'No Smoking Within 25 Feet' sign.
It was 11PM, but this location is open 24 hours. I was the only person lined up at the cash & it took 3 minutes to have my order taken.
They have 2 self serv pop machines. One had an out of order sign on it, the other was out of my 1st 3 drink choices, Root Beer, Cream Soda & Diet Coke. I settled for Sprite.

15 min waiting for food in drive thru, I thought is was bad day but second time was the same, never come back.

Really bad service, they're really slow. They don't really care if you make an online order, they prepare your order when you arrive and make you wait for a long time

Hello, always enjoy the management and food here especially on Whopper Wednesdays. The service and food are always typically great and the staff are nice and smile.

Today, I asked for large fries but got half the amount. I tried calling multiple times to let staff know but got no pick up. I come here often so can you please take note of this and reimburse me for free fries next time please? See attached photo. Thank you kindly.

Extremely bad drive thru! 2 extremely rude employee in drive thru (27 August, 7.40 pm, 2023) asked me to wait in left parking lot. After I wait 15 minutes she brought me wrong order. When I say it's wrong she even didn't listen and went back. I asked to another employee and she didn't answer neither! After 40 minutes I received correct order! This 1 star is just a start, will continue.

Most times you'll have to wait in line. Otherwise, cool staff, good food alright environment

I visited this branch last night and I was behaved really bad after I asked if I can change my order just couple of seconds after I made order with the staff who was a young girl. I hope she will learn how to act professionally to service customers.
The burger also was so cold as well.
Not a good experience at all.
