Burger King

This has to be the worst Burger King in all of the GTA, every time i've been through the drive thru my order has been completely wrong.asked for a whopper and got a chicken sandwich, perhaps put someone on the drive thru that can speak English. Decided to go in for the last chance and my whopper had barely any sauce on it and was cold as if the patty has been sitting there all day. This location should be shut down immediately. I could just imagine if a health inspector came through.

I have been their regular customer since last year. They hired some new staff, who have no manners to talk to the customer. They lost a customer. They must throw them out if they want the branch to sustain. Never going back there.

Burger King was OK, like all fast food spots. Must work on attendees ability to understand English when customers placing orders.

It was great experience. Yesterday i went there as i am vegetarian so i am looking for something in vegg so staff explain me they had two kind of veggie burgers. I ordered impossible whopper and cheese sticks, they made so good and i like impossible buger and atmosphere was so good.

Whopper Wednesday. Best deal in town. And if you can, ask for Polly! Best. Employee. Ever!

Atmosphere is not good for family dine out. Need to be more clean and i felt lack of light.

It was the WORST service I’ve seen from a Burger King location. I waited 5+ minutes to be served and I was the only one in the restaurant, one of the employees came to the front and poured something into the ice cream machine and walked to the back. Still standing there she said nothing to me not a “someone will be with you shortly! ” Or “welcome to Burger King! ”. I had to ask if anyone worked here just to get served, plus the state of the restaurant is a big turn off with all of the garbage on the counter, tables, and floor on both sides of the counter. I will NEVER return to this location, this is the 2nd time I’ve been here and it’s now the last. I really hope upper management does a surprise inspection on this Torbram and Derry location.

Good for what it is! No complaints. Wish they would cut the saltiness from the sour cream though.

I ordered poutine from there. And barely gaved me half of box as you guys can see in the picture. They a really ripping off people. Pls go the any other location and save your money.

Dirtiest Burger King in the world. Before you order your food just watch the people behind the counter for even just a minute and you’ll see at least five things that will gross you out.

Well I took a chicken sandwich combo. I tried their spicy sauce on a sandwich, unfortunately that was not a good choice. Never take a spicy original chicken sandwich, it is so sweet. There was nothing like spicy in it. But the fries were so good 10/10. Their service and atmosphere was excellent. Near the airport gives more beautiful and stunning views. Overall I am happy to be there.

Poor customer service, give me old fries for dine in, and they ask me to leave because they’re close knowing they close at 8pm they ask me 7: 02pm what a joke!

They close one hour early! They’re not following the business hours ridiculous.

Their fries are the worst ever it’s greasy and taste like oil …. They can never hear you at the drive thru, so why even have it right? And they don’t take special instructions such as add cheese or no onions. Customer service is just not the best at this location.

Went to drive thru and i was there for 5 minutes and the store is open but noone working at the window area … got fed up and went in stores i see like 5 people just chatting and not working 1 was eating food and only 1 guest inside? Like really so many people working and noone to take order at drive thru its a disappointment and fried food was so oily its like they didnt even drain the oil at all and just put in the take out bag…

Slow service and neglectful of customers time, pls check your order before leaving. My order came extremely fast today like seconds, so there's that. But I wanted to pay extra to replace my fries with chicken fries. They simply said they can not do that. I said can't or won't. Always upset going here. But I keep coming back out of convince for my large truck to be able to park

The staff is very good especially the asian girls. They have a good service and they always behave good at the time of giving order

I found it a very good place to eat as compared to other burger king branches, it is very clean not from inside but also the outside area is very clean, the punjabi guy there is very good and coprative. I really appreciate it and suggest all to visit there as it is a good place in brampton

The drive thru service there is very quick and the staff there is very gentle all the food they are providing is fresh

All the things there is pretty well settle, the washrooms there are very clean with a pretty odour, they are wearing gloves, hairnet and the staff is very professional

Worst burger king ever seen. Two asian girls standing in the kitchen area making burgers with no hairnet on and then the floor was messed up with tissues and straws and no one bothers to clean it.
Talking in their mother tongue and shows no respect to the customer standing in the front.
Owner should take action otherwise the best option is to close the location because this location’s hospitality ans cleaning is a shame on the name of burger king.
