Worst burger king I've been too. Cold food. Very poor understanding of English at the drive thru. Won't go here again.

Food was okay, service not bad but the restaurant itself was a SLUDGEHOLE. There were french fries on the floor when walking in, but we took a chance since we were already there. The place was deserted, staff were chatting loudly to one another since they had no orders to take. What they really should have been doing was cleaning because one look behind the counter and I realized that the kitchen was filthy. Stuff on the floor, dirty uniforms, a leaking sink with a plate/bucket under it (something black inside), filthy drains and some suspicious looking pastries that sat out for almost an hour. Looking around the seating area, there was more filth. Floor spills hadn't been mopped up and had dried on the floor, liquid had dripped down the side of a barstool table and dried. What really did it for us were the COBWEBS hanging from one of the ceiling lights for all to see, just wow.
We won't be returning anytime soon, such a shame because we loved this location and its proximity to everything. Please, clean this place up and get your staff to stop chatting away the second no one's ordering, someone should be out there CLEANING and if one of then doesn't do it then I don't know who will.

Probably the worst staff, they are extremely rude, food wasn’t made properly, this is the worst fast food restaurant in all of GTA

managers seriously need to teach the staff manners and how to prepare their own meals with the right toppings

Always truly an awkward experience when going here.poor english, cold food, often missing menu items.last time they had no ice and served a warm pop and cold fries lol.you can also always tell the meat patties have been hanging around for hours.

Dependable product, decent value, competent staff. What's not to like? Have to say, their obvious Canadian burger chain competition is rapidly being outperformed by these guys, despite the more limited offering re toppings.

. OK, that was then. N. O. W.not so much. Maybe not at all. There may have been a change to the franchisee, not sure. There's a "Redberry" logo out front. Large owner of lots of franchise restaurants of many brands. Known for efficiency (they're real cheap!). Burger tasteless except for lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions. Even they couldn't screw those up. Bun at least was not totally crushed. So for a whopper, drink, poutine combo one napkin. One. None in front of the counter. No ketchup. No salt. Sheeat. Had to ask for more napkins - got two. Sheeat. Cheap cheap cheap.
Now, poutine. If which much I know. Really - I'm a food scientist and was once specializing in food service. Fries - typical ok BK fries. BUT very off taste. Either burnt oil (a foodservice sin - it's actually toxic) or cooking nuggets etc. In the fry fryer. Flavour transfer, soft fries, yuk. Poutine smelled like varnish or gummy old oil stuck to a can.
Gravy is insipid, snotty (transparent, shiny, poor cling like a cheap cornstarch gravy) and forgettable. See, I forgot it already. Just a lingering tinny taste of chemical umami.
Cheese curds! OK, former cheesemaker here - I've made curds. I know good curds. I've tasted newly born cheddar curds, salty, squeeky, milky sweet and tangy - best right from the vat at 4 am. And I've suffered the worst you can imagine - old, corky, sour, gritty, dessicated, and on and on. These were maybe 5/10 on a good day. Poor shape, big lumps, dried and translucent outsides - all the signs of pre-portioned frozen curds defrosted too soon and held too long. But they seemed somewhat cheddar-like. Melt was a bit sloppy too. Fits in with this diagnosis. I should have known better - the pictures are sooo pretty. Blew 12 bucks on what we food guys call "gut fill". My world became just a little sadder on that grey winter afternoon. Thanks Burger King. Thanks Redberry.

Worst fast food experience in a couple of decades. Positives? No food poisoning, I guess.

1) Whopper was burnt around the edges and super dry.
2) It was 11: 40 AM but my kid's chicken nuggets and chicken fries were so ridiculously dry I wondered to myself if they were reheated from the previous day?
3) The male manager tried to charge my son $0.49 for another 5ml plum sauce despite having ordered two orders of chicken dishes. Note to manager - if you didn't serve super dry product, the customer might not need more than one dipping sauce for two orders.
4) The drinks (pop and water) were warm because the ice machine was broken. Rather than refund everyone for their drinks until they fix their broken machine, the male manager's solution was to give every customer a couple of ice cubes from a block they purchased from a gas station. The drinks were warm. The next customer also noted that the drinks were flat as well as warm and that she didn't think getting a small "glob" of ice was satisfactory. The manager started arguing with her saying that's how they got the ice from the gas station. Sure - just blame the customer for everything that's substandard. See how far that gets you. After arguing for a couple of minutes with no apology - he kept saying "that's how ice is and how they get the ice", she decided at that point to demand her money back. I wish I had done the same. Just a terrible overall experience.
5) Life is hard - things don't always go your way as a fast food manager. But being rude and disrespectful to your customers is not the way to handle it. A smile, an apology and a promise to make things right for your next visit is how you handle things.

We will not return to this location - unless we see an "Under new management" sign somewhere. This manager should find employment elsewhere. This isn't in his wheelhouse.

Good special on Wednesday with the whopper combo…sometimes the fries can be a little stale and just tossed so they spill in the bag. Staff are usually pretty abrupt and unfriendly

Get great services delivered by staff.food was fresh and best thing we get extra ketchup in bag, which one hard to find out without asking. Must visit this location

My favourite part about this place is when they put all the toppings you that you ask to not be there on your food so you can’t eat the food that you pay for:)

My Family and I went to this location for dinner. Huge Mistake! UNDER COOKED BACON. The I watched the an employee pick up the jalapeño chicken nuggets with her bare hands out of a basket of precooked ones. I took the uncooked bacon back to the ordering area to show them. They argued that the bacon arrives from an outside source precooked. You still must make sure you are serving cooked food that is your responsibility. I asked for nothing from them because we will not be returning to this location. Also I was never provided a proper receipt which is mentioned by others in the reviews. I will be contacting Burger King about my experience. Do Better. You should be ashamed of your lack of safety when serving customers food. Barehands and Under cooked food.

Just went there today around 12: 00 pm and ordered 4 whoppers’ even though it looks like a busy day because of ww I got very well portioned whoppers and well cooked

This place as the worst customer service. I waited at the cash register for 10 mins before just leaving and go elsewhere.

Typical Burger King food/quality. Fast drive through with friendly staff. Open late on weekends for post outing munchies.

Ordered two of their new Whopper Melts. Advertisement photo show them as being toasted golden brown and crispy. What we got was plain white buns, completely untoasted. Might as well have bought a burger patty in two slices of white bread. Super disappointing to say the least. With what prices are these days for takeout, you’d at least be hoping to get what you paid for!

The restaurant part was so filthy. Would not eat inside. Makes me wonder about the kitchen/food prep area when the guest space is such a mess. Will look for another location as I am a jr whopper fan!

She said 3 min wait. We waited over 20 mins for our order. If she was honest, we would have gone else where

It's always a pleasure stopping in especially this particular location, because they seem to get it right from start to finish.

Ordered two Whopper combos for lunch today and the service was quick and the order was accurate. Decent food and the temperature was fine. The staff took the time to offer alternate options for fries which was appreciated.

I can't win with this location. I never go here! I used to - but when their customer service is terrible and they get the simplest orders wrong, or they don't put extra ice in drinks when asked it makes for a terrible experience. Everyone looks angry and they make no eye contact and accuse you of saying something you didn't and that's why the order was wrong. Today, after not going there for months because of their history of horrible service, I thought ok, what can go wrong? I just wanted a large diet coke with ice. And knowing they never get it right at the drive-through, I went in to order it. I went to the fountain to fill my cup with the normal amount of ice (which I never get here if I order through the drive-through), and I go to fill my cup with diet coke and it is all watery. I mention that to them and they get mad at me. They then said they were out and the order is coming today. So they suggested Coke Zero which is a totally different flavour that I cannot actually stand but got anyways but what I really wanted was a refund. They need to put a sign on the fountain saying out of order. That would have completely changed my decision and I would have gone elsewhere. I always go to the McDonald's up the street. They are amazing! Good old fashioned customer service - happy people. Great conversations! A wonderful experience. Here? AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! They don't care. And it shows.
