Hello, i came there last friday to have a meal, the restaurant was so clean and had a great environment.the staff members were friendly to take the order especially rajpreet sandhu.
Not-so-early morning stop for breakfast, but no food was ready. Had to wait about 15 min for a breakfast sandwich. Needless to say, won't be stopping again.
Ordered through DoorDash, ordered 2 chicken jr sandwiches with cheese on them, one of them was completely fine, the other was missing THE CHICKEN? That’s not even the best part… the chicken I was supposed to have on the sandwich, WAS REPLACED WITH A TOMATO? Blasphemous activities. I called the store and the manager said she remembered the order being placed and that she made them herself so she is confused as to how one of the sandwiches had chicken and the other one didn’t, now I sit here looking at a sad tomato sandwich, listening to Joji, crying myself to sleep.
Service is horrible. They completely ignore you and act like they hate their job. They only acknowledge you if you use the drive through. The employees scream at each other VERY LOUD making dining in uncomfortable. The two young women there obviously hate each other and the manager did nothing to intervene. Even when the few people who were dining in turned around to watch, many, including myself chose to leave. I will go to the other location on Trafalgar Rd.
On 3/31 @ 20: 50, I ordered online through BK APP to pick up my order at the store on 240 Wyecroft road, Oakville. But when I arrived for the pickup, the store staff claimed they didn't receive my order and refused to provide the food. They rudely refused us, shut off the wondow, and just walked away, not offering any assistace at all.
I have been a very loyal BK customer and this service quality and attitude really surprised me! Will never return to this store again.
Avoid this location. The person working the front counter has an attitude and no patience. Burger King also needs to look at their electronic sign menus, they change so fast that you can hardly read them.

I recently had a terrible experience at a local Burger King. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. My order was incorrect and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they were unapologetic and took a long time to fix the mistake. I do not recommend this particular Burger King to anyone.
Yeah I'm so angry at the service I received here. All I did was ask if there was ketchup and the lady rolled her eyes and rudley said its in the bag. Oh so mad.who do you think you are?
I feel sorry for the customer in the last hour wanted to buy or dine in around 7pm and 8pm, they can’t get inside because the employee of burger king close the doors so early it supposed to be 9PM is the closing time. Shame on this burger king they wants to close the door hour advance before 9PM just to go home right away when their shift is done! This branch needs to follow the working time on the restaurant! Because they’re cheating hurry to leave
Multiple visits since September 2022. The Whopper quality is good, poutine an adequate quantity so far. Not a busy location but has its random busy moments. Regardless, service is decent, faster than other locations I've been to. The urinal in the men's washroom is really dirty. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Houseflies scattered inside the urinal.
