Burger King

Disappointing experience! Ordered two ice coffees that tasted off, as if the milk was expired. The manager's response was indifferent, claiming the milk wasn't expired. We told her to make a iced coffee for herself and try it, but she was very hesitant and just showing us that their milk wasn’t expired. Very unsatisfactory as we wanted to make her aware! Did not offer to give us our money back or agree with the dissatisfactory drink. Will not be returning or recommending the location or getting coffee from this franchise. Going forward, McDonald’s and Tim Hortons will get my $4. Quality and customer service needs improvement.

Two whoppers for eight dollars, perfect for when you're carpooling and having lunch together. You can combo it taxes in for about 13$ with a drink and fries, enough food have on the go if you are working all day. Plenty of parking available.

Worst worst worst customer service ever. We got inside just before they close dine people were eating and they decide to close the dine in on us knowing the fact that we drive all the way from Brampton to meet with the family member inside Burger King. Out of all the restaurants why did we choose this restaurant and specifically this location. So disappointed with the way the so called manager spoke to us.ended up spending $200 in another Burger King. Your loss

This is probably the worst Burger King I've been to in my life. First, every single time they get our order wrong: something is missing or something is not right. Second, it takes FOREVER to give you the order, especially on the drive through: you are asked to go park and wait for the order. Third, even when using the app and preorder, when you get there, it's always like they haven't even started. Last time I ordered online they charged me just to get to the restaurant and be told they were out of patties (yes you heard it right, Burger King had no burgers) and they didn't bother to tell me until I drove there.

I ordered through their mobile app, says its closing at 10pm. I came there to pick up my order. Nobodys answering at the drive thru.
I drove at the window. The lady said its closed already.

How did the mobile app accepted my order then? Asked for a refund, again the lady said call burger king or cancel my order. I said i can't cancel it, the app says my order is ready. She called another lady. I thought shes going to help but only she have a nastier attitude. Locked the window with.

This was my go to place. I used the drive thru service. I drove about half way and I thought to check the order because I was solo and I was ordering for 5 people. Lone and behold they forgot some of our food items. Fine! I drove back and they knew about it. I get back to the shop and found out. No straws for the drinks. Okay. So they forgot.no biggie. Just drink from the cup. The 4 blueberry pies that we ordered only 1 was correct and the other 3 were mislabelled. Listen I could do without the chicken nuggets that they forgot but.blue berry pie.thats a cardinal sin! Come on guys get your S%&*! In order.

20 minutes to pick up a single combo order. 6 other people also in the same boat. Used to be fast, but super slow the past couple of visits. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or something else.

I ordered through mobile app while i was at work. I ordered @ 8: 45 and i was there at 9 but the order was not ready. I only get 15 mins break, i had to wait 10-12 mins more. I couldn’t even got a chance to eat my food. I came to this restaurant 3rd time and i faced same time problem even if i go for dine In, drive thru or mobile order. The point of ordering before is that we need the food on time. I’m sorry to give such a review but it ruined my whole day. We pay to eat but i went to work empty stomach. Didn’t even received the order i was there till 9: 15 and got late for work.

The food is good, IF THEY’RE OPEN! What fast food restaurant closes its doors at 8: 00 pm on a Sunday?

Order directions followed when I asked for no cheese hot and crispy fries friendly staff what more can you ask for this is one of the good locations I recommend I would post a picture but I ate my food way too fast haha

Worst burger king I’ve ever visited.
I have waited for more than 15 minutes After ordering king meal in drive through. It was a weekday around 2pm

So I ordered a Bacon King today. They gave me a burger with 0 bacon. The disappointment when I opened it up at home

Ordered an Impossible Whopper. The fries were old and stale, my patty was dry and check out the tomato they put in my burger.

Door Dash just canceled my order 2 hours and 45 min after I ordered it. They said that is was not in their control as you guys canceled it, so for failing to make a whopper meal in under 3 hours, you get one star, cheers!

So POOR customer service, I ordered 6 Blueberry Pie on NOV 26@ 2ishPM on this Woodbridge location. I thought it just mistake on one package but ALL of it were Apple Pie and obviously it's a packaging Inconsistency as the package label shows as "B". Wasted my time and money to order on this store. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED and as I was reading the other reviews, this incident frequently happens. Such a Mess as it was not busy during that time. BEWARE to all other customers.

Super slow customer service! Only one lady making food and taking orders. In the industrial area, they should make the foods fast. Waited 30min in line just for the order!

Nothing beats a freshly made whopper, fresh fries and a cold drink. If you love burgers but have been a let down in the pass with restaurants trying to serve you stale burgers just give em 1 more chance and demand it be made fresh you wont regret it, afterall at burger king you are supposed to have it your way remember that.

Great service, my favorite is the roadhouse king combo with onion rings, much better than just a whopper!

I finally tried the "Impossible Burger" I had to look twice to make sure it wasn't meat

New parmesan sandwich was packed so bad all burger bread front and amback was soaked with sauce. Such mass and distcusting. Strait to garbage. What a waste of money. I don't think supervisor of this burger king did train their staff at all.

The Burger King app was timing out my order so I couldn’t take advantage of a promo, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it at this location so I left. Not going to Burger King ever again.

My order number is 96 I ordered whopper meal (drivethu) i told them coke zero 3times as well as no sugar please. The guy told me yes i got the order he gave me regular coke thanks

These guys are super friendly every time I come here. Poojah is so nice. All the staff they are amazing. Best customer service ever:).

I ordered the family bundle meal which includes 2 whopper meals & 2 jr whopper meals. When I got home & was dishing out the meals for my family my son said “where’s the meat”, when I looked his jr whopper was just bread, ketchup & cheese, no meat! The other 3 whoppers were fine but how disappointing was this, that my son couldn’t enjoy his meal with the family & I had to make him something else to eat. You would think the staff wound pay more attention to the orders or at least check the order before bagging it.

Received my food pretty quick, all wearing masks and following protocol especially at night time. Quick and efficient

This place provides awesome service as well as enjoyable menu. The best spot in the city. The food served quick and the prices are economical. Recommended.

Should be able to give zero stars! Orders are made wrong, there are packed sloppy so when you get the food its all over the place! Cold at times when you get the food! Takes zero responsibility for anything!

Over the mic she asked for my order but when I told her I have a coupon she start giving me hard time as why am telling her now I have to give the coupon before. At the end instead of whopper she gave me cheese whopper and I ask for spried as a drink which she gave me soda

Fantastic! It's been a long while since I had BK and toj all have not lost your touch. It was busy at the hwy 7 and waeton location but they were fast and the food was hot and fresh! Thanks to a wonderful, polite, quick staff! Hats off!

I got 8 nuggets instead of 10.i come often and this is honestly ridiculous.this has never happened anywhere.

Terrible location, guy at the drive through said my debit didn't approve so to pay cash. I asked him for a receipt to say that it didn't approve and he started arguing with me insisting that I pay cash because my debit didn't approve i asked again for a receipt to say it was declined and then ill pay cash. Convienetly the pad said 'approved' and he gave me my meal. Total rip off these people.

I order a Whooper combo. They sent me chicken nuggets and a cheese burger instead and no straw with the drink. When I called they insisted it's not their fault and they made it right. The food infront of me says other wise and they refuse to just accept they gave me the wrong food and make me a whopper.

This location has zesty sauce in STOCK! Lol. Its like lysol wipes.hard to come by (at least at markham burger kings.usually for some reason they don't have any)

Unprofessional, they gave me a blank receipt paper when I asked for my receipt, and attitude when I went back to confront them.

Fast food, it's what you would expect. Don't expect something amazing, I would only really go here if I were REALLY hungry or if I just need a quick snack. (My opinion the food isn't that good, especially for a fast food place, but it gets the job done).

What a joke I go to the drive thru and it's 10 minutes to 12am it says they are open until 1 am for the drive thru but instead they are smoking sheesha outside at the front instead of operating a drive thru for another hour. Thanks guys

I celebrated my nomination today in this great restaurant.happy to tell that we passed a incredible evening and the place was absolutely one of the reasons for the successful meeting. The crew cooperated in a sweet style, the cooking was very good and my buddies were extremely happy. We shall no dout come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

First of all the poutine gravy was not in sufficient amount in poutine fries. Secondly They didn't provide any sauce with mozzarella sticks and when I went back to ask for it they kept me waiting for so long. Disappointed with Burger King first time.

Yeah I know this is fast food, but I actually like the taste of Burger King's burgers. Mind you I am not really a huge fan of their fries, their competitors do much better in that area, but like I said, I do like the unique taste of their burgers.

We ordered food for 45+ people for a fun work meal and they did an outstanding job. They had everything ready to go and didn't cheap out. Fries, drinks, three types of burgers, condiments, straws, napkins etc. Friendly staff and great tasting fast food!

Not listening to you if you are ordering. They don't repeat if you have the right order. I end up adding more from my order.
