Burger King

This is the only Burger King that I have been to that very clean, the staff 3as courteous and that had very good burgers. I have been to other BK locations that were not nearly as clean as this location. I go to BK because of my kids and their burgers are usually average. This location served me a fresh burger that had just the right quantity of seasonings and that didn't have a squished bun. Great burger, clean location and good service.

Last two orders I made in advance were cancelled, once for a limited-time chicken sandwich before the renovation, once after the renovation for a pretty standard burger. The first cancel they didn't even send in until after I arrived.

Not returning. This level of incompetence shouldn't be rewarded.

I thought I'd try Burger King after a decade or so. So I placed the mobile order and went to the store. I was there for like 15 minutes so told one of the girls. She brought a soggy bag that was up there the whole time. Then the other one is asking me for my name a few times. What do you want my passport to release a $7 no longer edible burger?

Decide against my better judgment to try BK again after a few years of staying away. I ordered the king deal and added bacon and lettuce to the burgers. (Something Mcdonalds and Wendy's both have no problem with) I first recieve them without the bacon or lettuce that I paid for. Go back, tell them they didn't put them on it. The lady goes to the back and forgets to tell them about the lettuce despite me saying it several times. Finally she heard me after saying it like 6 time. Finally I recieve my burgers again. Still no lettuce! So I go back extremely frustrated at this point at their astounding incompetency. I Point out that despite repeating it many times, they still didn't get it right. Finally they just give me a container of lettuce so I can put it on myself. Needless to say, I will never be going back to burger king ever again. The quality of food and service is guaranteed to be awful everytime you go. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but Burger King for food. They really are the worst. You'll catch me eating roadkill before you ever catch me eating at a Burger King again. Handsdown the WORST fast food franchise to ever exist. Also, do something about all the fruit flies.

My husband and I went in this location. We ordered whooper meals, nuggets and poutine.
Bread was stale and fries, nuggets and poutine is really salty, you can't even eat it. You will see the lumps of salt. Horrible food. Never coming back in this location again.

Today, my husband and daughter went to BK at this location for breakfast. While we were about to eat, this strange smell came out from nowhere. It smelled like paint remover that the odour is too strong that it makes me puke and nauseous. I asked the front staff and she said someone vandalled in the washroom so the store manager was removing it. At 930am with customers coming in and dining in. I had to ask my family to leave because it is not good for the lungs! Especiallmathat i have a little girl with me! I also ordered a whopper sandwich for work tonight. Whopper sandwich is my favorite BK thing but to my surprise, when I opened my sandwich at work tonight, it was a dismay. It was only the bun, the patty, a few lettuce leaves and the mayonnaise. Where is the tomato? Where is the cheese?

This location is very skimpy on sauces. They refused to give me more than 1 packet of ranch with my order of 2 Hot chicken sandwiches, fries and a large coke. And they gave me exactly 2 packets of ketchup. What's worse is that the server was pretty rude. Bk franchisees need to train their staff better.

Tonight I experience the manager reprimanding the (obvious) new hire in the back making food. The lady making the food seemed older and the manager was a younger girl. I was shocked that in front of a restaurant full of customers, she chose to talk to her new employee in a degrading manner. The managers frustration was obvious and you could tell the lady in the back just needed clarification and assistance.

Tell your friends to go. Help your employees and LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

Food was good but they never have vinegar or zesty cheese dipping sauce.two things I need and use a lot.

Not much different than any other Burger King, it's a chain restaurants so they're all kind of the same. The bathrooms are a little small especially the sinks, and there is no drive thru.

Horrible service, had to wait 15 minutes, even being next in line due to an argument with a customer about charges and change.
It took too long for a very simple order with coffee, the person eithet did not want to make the coffee ir didn't know how to make a simple coffee with 2 cream.
Coffee was cold and had burned taste plus was just warm not hot.
Burgers were cold as well.

After they forgot my order and served 4 customers before me, they don’t even get my order right! Order a double and get a single whopper. Epitome of incompetent. Never go here!

The restaurant is taking care of the clients, are asking for the vaccine card if you want to eat inside and are asking for your data. Only thing they should improve, it’s cleaning the tables and sits as you can find food from previous clients…

Employees are clearly understaffed. Regardless we still received our food in a decent amount of time.

Management are not wiping tables while I am there. If so they dont wipe crumbs from my table. People with take out bags are sitting at the tables. They need to ensure the sit in customer shows vaccinated papers. And must give them a tray. Never should they allow take out bags to sit at tables. Looks as if they are not checking who is sitting at the tables. And need to have a better security checking ones at tables for their papers. So that the non vaccinated can never sit at tables.

I love BK but tonight burger was little weird. Was given big bun for small burger but patty inside was small. Customer care lady is as good….

Any body has experiences diarrhea and stomach ache after having thire Whopper Sandwiches? I already been experienced 3 times within a year. Couldn't report as food poison cause no body else has reported it therefore the food safety investigation dept.from city is holding on any further action. The restaurant should get a food safety penslty ticket.

Food are average BK fast food. Customer service was fine. This restaurant is older style, not updated with new decor as some of the other Burger King locations in the city. Don't ever buy the Chicken Fries or Popcorn Chicken (sometimes stale), total rip-off! It's just pure globs of seasoned starch - thick breading, chicken soo tiny can't even taste it….

Compared to other locations around, the food was served hot and tasted good. Most Burger King's I have been too since the pandemic stated fries always seem cold. This location fries where hot. If you're looking for nostalgic feel. Visit this location. As they have not updated there decor in a long time. It was like I was visiting a burger king from the 80s.

This location is sliding. Ordered a whopper combo w onion rings. Onion rings were chewy and hard, like they’ve been sitting under the warmer way too long to the point they were inedible. Ordered the same whopper I’ve eaten for years.hold the tomatoes. Had to tell the cashier twice and what do I get? A dry, rubbery patty and nothing but tomatoes. Think this will be my last visit.

Good location and the food was tasty. They are my go-to burger joint when I can't get to Fresh Burger. Far better than McDonald's, which has let their food quality slip!

The fries, not to mention the other items on the menu too, from this location are extremely tasty. Very popular in the area as can be seen by the vast number of customers going in.

Burger King has the best app coupons. It's a ridiculously cheap way to feed the kids. The milkshakes are great, made with real soft serve and blended to order. They have the best hash browns too.so crispy, salty and bite size.

We came to this place for lunch.we heard about this place from many people. Well, it was a winning.we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we felt fantastic. The meal was fresh and delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. We recommend this place to all.

Everytime I went here for drive thru, I got my order right away omce I reached the window for picking up my order. Good customer service for people working here!

I upgraded to MEDIUM fries, THE MANAGER gives me small

Very annoying that the Skip The Dishes drivers get priority. I'm physically in the store at the cash register and they serve the driver who comes in after me.

It's a Burger King so you know what you're getting food-wise and service-wise but boy does this location need a facelift and enough staff to keep the restaurant clean when it's busy. Every trash can in and outside of the place was overflowing

There service was polite and fast and the food tasted really good. The only thing was.the tables and floors were not the cleanest. Our shoes found many sticky spots and I had to clean our table myself

Place was very clean especially the table staffs were pleasant and efficient.overall today was excellent and of course my meal was good.

Great place! I really enjoyed my meal & I wanna go back soon. I wish there were more Burger Kings around. I prefer BK over Mc Donald's. BK has good vegetarian options & a better menu. The only down side with my experience was the Pure Leaf ice tea was watered down too much. I'm not a picky person but I would of preferred tasting more of that sweet bolder ice tea flavor with my meal. However that's but a big deal. Overall all BKs are enjoyable but pleaseeeee open up more locations.

This place is the best BK. The employees are adults, they care about doing things properly. The service is perfect. Its like a chef made BK. And the place is safe and clean.the bathrooms clean. We go every week.

This spot offers extraordinary service as well as enjoyable meals. My favourite spot around here. The meals served fast and the prices were fair. Highly recommended.

Complete gong show! Cared more about Uber and Skip The Dishes orders for drivers that weren’t here. I saw my burgers on the warming tray for almost 10mins until they finally served me dispute it not being busy. Got it in a to-go bag as I wasn’t even offered “for here or to go”. Whopper was cold and tasteless. Poutine was by far the grossest I’ve had in all of Toronto. I definitely won’t be back to this location and based on the taste of the food, I probably won’t be back at a BK again.

Terrible. They cared more about servicing their Uber eats tablet then taking orders from actual humans. Waited 10 mins to order with being the first inline. Was ignored till I suggest they take my order before putting in another tablet order. Then waited 15 for my actual meal which they got wrong and had to as for the 2 missing burgers

My favourite fast food franchise. Never an item I didn't like. Chicken nuggets with zesty sauce - can't go wrong.

This restaurant is my favorite site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place.everytime I I need a fair meal, this is the place that comes straight to my head. Great and varied food and a large menu.professional team, and great ambience. Also important, the tariff is fair. I sent my friends to this restaurant with great pleasure.

Usually lots of seating and parking. This locations seems dirty to me though and rather dated. Needs a refresh and to.get.rid of the tiny bathroom sinks.

It was good but there nestea Iced tea and gold peak naturally flavoured lemon Iced tea is extremely sweet like you wont believe how much sugar syrup they have endorsed in there it's like a mad house

Sunday I ordered a Sourdough Chicken Sandwich combo and when I got home saw that I received the Original Chicken Sandwich combo. It was closed by the time i saw it

I find at most locations there is no food left towards the end of the night or 1hour before closing, most stuff as in food is not available to the public. So for say I went order fries with gravy and was told it is late no gravy left. So if you are running late don't worry bye that time you get there, your on your way to another place it just repeats its self. So what your left with is home and straight to bed. The funny part is that it will happen again, until. You the customer finds a job that fits there schedule. Facts are facts. I STILL LOVE BURGER KING. ENJOY YOUR BURGER.

Worst burger king ever. The fries were not fully cooked, chicken in my burger was not fried fresh. It was not even late. It was about lunch time and it was empty for a good reason.
