Working tonight plowing snow in a loader which I can't take through the drive through, walked up to the window like I always do at other restaurants but I just waited outside for 10 minutes in the rain for customers to pass in cars to be told they won't serve me. Thanks a lot

Friendly and excellent service. Employees went out of their way to provide great experience. Would give 10 stars out of 5 if possible.

Love the whoppers here. Atmosphere gets hectic during Wednesday’s but it’s great prices for most of their food

Renovated BK with the huge play place featuring high tunnel slides are gone probably due to covid restrictions. Modernized look, lots of seating available. Hard to pass up the deal for 2 whoppers for $11 for a quick snack.

Food was really good and stuff is friendly.running up one big store.we have to respect the workers who work there.

Order #54 @05: 33P. Check your order! We ordered 3 whoppers, 3 fries, the lady on the microphone repeated me order correctly. When we made it home through the traffic and rain, we found only 2 whoppers and 3 fries. That means one if us is not having dinner tonight. When it is busy, and the service is slow, the least they could do is get the order right. There is more, I tried calling them several times, no answer, then somebody puts me on hold and no answer, then the third time they still do not answer the phone. Shame on you guys!

Been over a year - boy did I miss my Whopper with cheese - they ran out of chicken fries unfortunately

Drive Thru couldn't be any slower. Definitely not fast food. Can go buy groceries and cook the burger at home before i get my order from the drive thru

Can't believe how long it took to even try to order when there was still no ordering getting done they're absolutely slow do not come here unless you want to wait 20 million years

After the recent renovations, this has become one of the nicest looking fast food restaurants I've ever been to. Good food and service too.

Order via mobile app and have a couple issue with the app and food quality.

1) this location has Drive Thur but in the mobile app I can’t choose drive thru for some reason. I have to choose “pick up” and then the app let the order go thru

2) all the outside garbage bins are full

3) order a wopper with less pickles but I have 3 large slices of pickles. It feels like “standard” instead of “light”

4) the regular popcorn chicken is super spicy. Not sure if they have mixed up my order

The only good thing was there’s no line up.

The drive-thru is kind of slow but I can't complain about the food. I used to hate their chicken nuggets because they used to be like cardboard but now, they're much better than McDonald's.the sauces could use some work but overall a pretty decent place.

After not having been to burger king in a long time, I was impressed by the prices and quality of food. Their hashbrowns and nuggets are delicious. Breakfast sandwiches are ok I think the egg could taste better. Overall very satisfied

Mobile order pickup. Easy and tidy. The Garlic Burger was too dry however because it lacked lettuces and tomatoes.

Efficient drive through available at this location. Staff are quick and nice. Lots of parking if you want to dine-in too. Don’t forget whopper wednesdays because I got a whopper combo on a Thursday and it was much more expensive than I had expected. I haven’t had Burger King I’m a while but their burgers are much bigger than the standard ones you’d get at from, say, McDonald’s.

Bought 2 Roasted Garlic King, patties in both burgers were burnt! Very dry and bitter! Bacon under cooked! Taste awful! How can you serve burnt burgers? No quality control at all! Very disappointed!

Drive-thru and parking are kind of a pain, but service and food are good so I keep going so that says something.

Go to this Burger King somewhat regularly, almost always via mobile order. Really good deals, also most burger toppings are free on the app at this location which is amazing, so I usually try to go here over other Burger Kings.
Never had any issues, it's fast, have never had any order errors. Would recommend

Unfortunately, the evening crew is slow, unorganized & rude. I hope the morning crew does a better job.

This location can be very busy for drive thru during the pandemic. This location does not park cars for big orders and serves one car at a time. So if your unlucky you can be sitting awhile in drive thru. However 5 stars for the friendly staff that are working as fast as they can to keep the line moving.

Watch out for food poisoning. They make there burgers and let them sit for way too long before serving them.

4 stars only because the parking lot is terrible. The road needs major repairs and it's tight to drive around. The food here is consistently good and comes out hot and fresh. Great customer service too.

After a long day of work went to the drive thru! Half way home decided to randomly check my bag @ a red light! Only to realize they had missed half the order! 2 burgers missing plus a side! Drove back since they were not meant for me! Very disappointed in the transaction! You pay for a service and you do not receive the service you pay for just is very bad customer service!

Fat black woman in the drive thru with twists in her hair. Very rude unmannerly and forgot half of my order.food was terrible and service was worse. Go elsewhere for you food.

I just went to this bk store this morning to grabbed something to eat for breakfast. I ordered 2 OCS and make it a combo for 1 sandwich with fries and drink. But when ate the chicken (I actually finished them so i can't show it or return it and I also DIDN'T take any photosof my vomit because it is so yucky eww.) anyway yeah my stomach turns up side down and keep vomiting.did not eat anything only that chicken sandwiches. I don't need anything free. My onlyconcern is please tripple checkoods u handling to the customer make sure u are wearing gloves. And don't served raw product.

Very good prices, especially when using coupons. The fries aren't as good as McDonalds though, but the Whopper is very good.

24 hours? Not really, they manage their own times. Sometimes 24 hours is what they should change it to. Additionally they get my order wrong 5/10 times. They need a change of management or just learn English all over again.

Edit: 2020, still not opening till they are supposed to, 2am, states opens till 3am.well, they are closed.

Always love this location. Never have any big complaints or anything like that. Food is good and cheap.

The seating area is bigger than Kanye West's ego, this means other human beings are well out of my sight. In terms of raw mass, it's a lot more than what you'd get from McDonald's for the same price. In terms of quality however, you really shouldn't care considering this is fast food. If you do care for some weird reason, I think McDonald's is slightly better overall but the beef texture here is better (again, not that it matters). The service is quick, the workers have a good vibe which is nice considering everyone looks dead most places I go (it might just be the fact their fed up with me though). Anyway, I think 4 stars is fair.

Better food and prices than McDonald's. I don't often think of Burger King for dinner, but I do recommend it.

This is our second time here after the renovations. The place looks way way better. Good service and the burgers are great. We got the family combo both times and it was delicious. Both our kids liked their food, my wife was just not happy with the salad but everything else was tasty.

Their website says Drive-Through for this location closes at 3: 00 a.m, but we got there Friday night (Saturday a.m.) and they closed at 1: 00 a.m. Inconsiderate! Should post this on their website!

This was an amazing Burger King! I used to go here for over 10 years. They had the best staff, a little birdy told me the staff at night working there would just make the food and not actually punch it in and pocket the money, if you could imagine how many drunk high people come late nights not a bad side hustle. However they're not 24/7 anymore hopfully the low sales didnt reflect why they close early just cause there employees couldnt keep their hands out the cookie jar

I went to Burger King after 10yrs and the whopper tasted the same, the BK fish was the same. Enjoyed every bite. To be honest me and my kiddo went there because of the great deals they have at the moment. All the deals are worth it, they actually are deals. Loved it.

Great food for a great price. Even though this place did got a face lift however at the expense that there is no kids area.

This burger king location has recently renovated, there used to be a children's slide inside this location, but now the entire structure is nowhere to be found. Instead you get to enjoy the more upscale look, which is nice and chic.
Please be aware of the opening hour of this place, the walk in closes at 11 and drive thru closes at 1am.

The dining space is only open until 10 p.m and the drive thru is open only until 12 a.m.
It's written that it'll be open till 3 a.m but it's not!

Its suppose to be open till 1. I came at 12.20, two employees are already cleaning up and locked the door. Even after seeing me at the door, one just ignored it.

It's a shame that Burger King spent so much money on the renovations, the money would have been better served replacing the manager. I would have placed her name in this review however her name tag said CGI. If only this were true. Anyways let me get back to what happened. I approach the counter to place my order but no one is there. I was fortunate enough that the person working the drive thru window called CGI and let her know that she had a customer waiting to place an order. She came to the front and took my order, she was short with me but I didn't hold that against her. The real drama began when an Uber eats order came through and the order wasn't ready. CGI began yelling at the very helpful drive thru window attendant. She began yelling saying, " what is this order mean". The drive thru attendant tried to defend herself by saying, " I can't do everything". Long story short she kept going until she finally gave up, when the other employees began to tune her out.

I'm not trying to get CGI fired but I'm trying to make BK aware of the learning opportunity that exists at this location. No manager in any industry should talk to their employees that way. I'd also like to recognize the drive thru attendant for her patience during this entire ordeal. She was professional through and through. I couldn't see her name but this crew worked during the hours of 8: 30 pm to atleast 9: 30 pm on January 11,2020.

Great location for a bite to eat. The portions are decent, and the service is quick. The coupons are a better deal than other fast food chains. This is the only burger king left in Markham, it looks nicer ever since it was renovated.

I love Burger King have been a steady customer for many many years they always have great burgers and you can have it the way you like which I like other fries are good are they better than McDonald's well that's kind of debatable but I do like their choice of soft drinks and it's self service and they have ketchup which is also self service and the quality is quite good so overall I do like it.

Great food, clean.but pls inform the costumers if children’s play room is not open due to A/C problem.

Looking back at all the times I've visited, I was never disappointed in food or service. I like to come here because the promos are usually a better deal than other fast food chains. The line is usually short. Even during lunch hour when there is a longer line up, my food comes very fast. In my most recent visit I asked them to tell me about the king meal deal (because I can't read menus in small font), and the cashier was patient enough to list out all the items offered in it, that was surprisingly nice of them. Can't comment on the bathrooms, drive through or playplace as I've never been in them.

The kids playground is shut down. My daughter was looking forward to playing in it. This location will also be doing some Reno soon. Not sure how long it will last. Excellent price for the food you get.

Subpar experience tonight. We tried Burger King after years of not having it. Thought it would be a good change up since we usually get late night McDonalds. Guess we should have gone to maccie's.

The cashier and probably shift manager, Cici, was demonstrating what not to do as a manager. Take incorrect orders, berate staff making the sandwiches, and mix up packing to-go bags for both drive thru and eat in.

We ordered the bacon and cheese whopper, at first glance, it looked nothing like the picture displayed on the menu. Understandably as the staff were rushed to make it after Cici's onslaught.

When we opened the wrapper to our whoppers, there was no bacon to be seen, and it looks like a completely regular whopper. I brought them back to Cici, and told her that I believe they were made incorrectly.

She brought them back to the staff and.you guessed it, told them off again. Then after they inspected it, it turned out there was bacon on it.two 3 inch long strips of the most paper thin bacon known to mankind. She made a point to slam the burger on the countertop for me to see the miniature impersonators of the bacon promised on the menu.

Upon eating the whoppers, they were good, tasted like a normal whopper, so next time, I'll get a normal whopper.from a different location.

The second picture attached is the new popcorn chicken. It's not good at all. It's like a processed mixture of pureed soy-chicken, formed into small balls, and breaded.

Very few staff and they have to take care of everything so it makes the preparation time very slow. Fries weren't fresh too. Something serious needs to be done here in this branch!

Nice food but:
1-Play place most of the time is closed.
2- there is no lock in the bathroom.
3- the dryer is not working.
4-bathroom is not that clean.
4- the big Disaster is i found the delivery man was in the washroom doing his business and put the delivery bag on the floor beside the urinal.
