Went in.ordered had to change it.they were very nice about it.and the service was nice and quick.

The facility is clean. The service was great. The food is good. I do recommend all the other BK start renovating their facility looking like this one.

Always get our order wrong no matter how many times we repeat and confirm it.sadly always at the drive thru. Had a great in store visit.

Staff spend more time socializing then working, been here twice same thing. 20 mins to order and get meal with only one person in front of me. **update, came back again this week to give them a try, still slow service and cold burgers. I am done with this location, terrible food and service

We've been stopping at Play place McDonald's for the past two months.

Since the Impossible Whopper showed up at Burger King restaurants in Canada, we have been going to Burger King once a week. This North Oshawa location is the best I’ve been to. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and our food was made quick with no hiccups. (I usually have to return something because there was mix up)

We used a 4 can dine Whopper offer and they let us substitute in 2 Impossible Whoppers with no problems. We’ve been given a hard time at other locations in the past.

Thanks guys, we look forward to our next visit.

Something is seriously wrong in that restaurant. Their food makes me sick every time. I switched around and started buying from the one on king and no problems. They really need a restaurant inspection done

Two white guys in the front teenagers… very unprofessional.and toooo f***** slow. I mean Ssly they won’t even answer instead they were just simply laughing. I was so disappointed.waited for almost 35 to 40 min to pick up just a poutine.would never ever come back to this location. PATHETIC STAFF AND EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE.

I gave it four stars because I once ordered a maple barbecue burger and was charged for a combo meal when all I got was a burger. Maybe they put it there by accident. Regardless, I paid for something that I did not obtain.

Made online order, money was taken out and no order was created, store can't do anything, should be illegal to pull money and just be like oops nothing I can do about it

I am not a big Burger King fan as I do not like their food, but the reason I am still giving 4/5 stars is because even though their food is gross, the employees at this location are very nice. The only complaint is that the drive through is sometimes slow.

Its a regular Burger King, nothing special however wait times are decent and they are nicely organized. They never made a mistake about my order and quality is standard solid. What i expect is what i get.

Worst Burger King ever! I’m sitting in my vehicle after going through the drive thru. Cold burger, stale bun, cold soggy fries, and the wrong flavor drink. I will not be returning.

Just went there after it took them forever to take my order i just went to eat my chicken fries and they are the driest thing I've ever eaten never going back ever again

Went in today for a whopper it's Wednesday after all and they had firemen in the kitchen for a grill fire, I'd had already paid for my order online, shout out guy behind the cash 430pm hooked me up with chicken sandwiches instead, everyone has bad days and hard times so this is a thank you to that guy.

Probably not their fault due to shipping problems nation wide. But a burger restaurant that has absolutely no beef to serve is a major problem. They should have signs up before you get trapped in the drive thru lane.

This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. I was in the drive they at 9: 55pm with only one car ahead of me and I didn’t get my food until 13 minutes later. There must have been 6 people working behind the counter. My order was 2 burgers and 2 fries. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Not really FAST food.

Horrible for uber! Ordered $31 worth of food and got barely half of my order. Even when you go into the store they miss items all the time.

Sadly disappointed. Grandkids choice. Wouldn't accept phone order, so picked family choices on line and wrote out specifics. 20% of order unavailable as listed on-line, local social media site: 15% of written order incorrect as to list submitted; credit machine rejected all cards until Manager cleaned it and all cards worked despite attitude that it had to be a customer problem.embarrassing. Food had been crushed in bag. C'mon folks.are you not willing to at least try?

Why should one wait for almost 30mins for a mobile order. This restaurant moves at a snail pace, customers were not pleased at all. Please save yourself the headache and try another location or McDonald's maybe. So much for FAST FOOD

The WORST DRIVE THRU EVER! They talk over you when ordering. Maybe listen to your customers and take their order. If you listened and payed attention maybe you would get people's orders right! My order of dill pickle chicken nuggets were plain nuggets. My spicy chicken sandwich combo DIDN'T come with a chicken sandwich at all. Never will I ever return to such a ridiculous place. This probably why people eat at Wendy's.

A might slow in the drivethrough considering I was the only car. None the less. Service was polite. I had a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Now the bun was very nice and the egg was fine. Cheese almost non existent and the bacon could only be described as a small piece of paper. It is what it is. The way things are going these days. Still a big fan of their whopper

Ordered a Roadhouse Crispy Chicken, cashier looked at me like I'm crazy. Got 2 small sandwiches, one tiny Roadhouse burger and a crispy chicken jr.

I've only had bad experiences with this particular location with either wrong food, missed food, or asking for bacon, getting charged for it, and then not receiving it. You're better off either going down the road to McDonald's or across the street to either Arby's or Harvey's. Not worth it in my opinion.

Generally this location is good. We ordered ahead and had to wait more than 30 mins for our order. Their shake machine was down and they had to refund money to us. They gave us 2 apple pies as a "gift". That gift gave to me for 3 days. Don't eat their apple pies. No idea how old they are. I have never seen anyone order one or eat one.

Part time people on the weekend are something else.it took 5 minutes to order a bacon double cheeseburger with extra pickle, spicy nuggets, and an ice tea.

This particular location always misses items ordered via mobile. Thereby, I always pay way more that what I get, only to realise the items are missing when I reach home from the drive through.

Even though it was busy due to whopper Wednesday the staff was great, the store was clean, and so.ehow they were still very fast.

The service was very poor have to wait in the line in my car for 25 to 30 just to buy 2 whopper combo and a chicken combo. I ask what was the hold up but was told that the walk in and delivery was getting serve first so we sit in a line up to order like a flipping fool poor customer communication.

One day breakfast serve till 11.00 am one day serving for 10.30am, I think depending on the manager mode of the day they changing the time they serving.

Forgot my nuggets in the bag and I paid for them.realized after I drove all the way home. They gave me the sauce but forgot to put in the nuggets.

We useto go to this BK all the time, multiple times a week even got everything from chicken sandwiches to the burger special thats on and barely pass by on a Wednesday for whoppers but lately over the last couple months when we order the wait is rediculusly long even for 2 king deals (that is 2 small burgers, small fries and a drink) takes around 10 mins and then we eat it right away in the car but its already cold. We now go out of our way to go somewhere els. I dont know if they have new managers but they need some serious retraining or rehire.

Very disappointed to see the young lady working drive thru Sunday evening on October 25,2020. Her mask was under her chin, she kept touching her hair to smooth it out and was playing on her phone, seemed like she cared more about meeting a boy at the window then doing her job. Waited over 10 minutes as well to get my order. Very unprofessional and dirty. Also, Indian man walking around cooking area, no mask.

My experience here was annoying. Easy orders. Got home, no cheese or anything on the whoppers with cheese. They were cold, and when I called. I complained. Now, I rated 3 stars because, the owner called back next day, and offered free meals. We didnt get them, as honestly, I know they'd make up for it, but wasnt interested in a burger anyways. So I believe this place has potential, keep doing what your doing owner, because that is great business manners.

Folks I know with the construction business gets difficult at times. This is the 4th time I've waited forever in the drive through and they still manage to screw up my order. Very slow and service is sub par. I go here for convenience but this is really getting old.

They don't even deserve 1 star, they serve cold old food and are so rude when you try and bring it back to get fresh food. So rude will not go to this location again.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff on the speaker and at the window are always very kind and pleasant and the food is always what you would expect and never incorrect.

Very bad experience as we went in the drive through and waited for 15 mins but no one spoke up and no one showed up at the window as well but still they were open.

Extremely long wait at 10am for an Uber pickup order. NONE OF THE STAFF HAD GLOVES ON. I watched the associate put together my burger and everything with no gloves. That’s unacceptable especially with covid. Won’t be returning. Truly disgusting

Says it closes at 1: 00am, got there at 12: 35am, and it was closed! Had to go across town to get my whopper fix. WONT BE COMMING BACK.

False advertising! Completely illegal. The sign says one thing and they charge you 1.50$ extra before tax. What a scam. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau.

Tried the Spicy Chicken Strip deal when ordering through Uber eats! Excellent considering you only need to order food for about 1 person to get your order total up to the needed amount for the deal! Great value, but the chicken could have been a little fresher out of the fryer.

My girlfriend and I ordered these to try as they sounded delicious, and my girlfriend loves spicy food. No amount of preparation in the world could have readied us for what came next. Posiedons gates let loose, the kraken was released, and we ran to separate bathrooms. Signalled by a rancid toot, we knew what was to follow. We both urinated out of our bungholes for about 20 minutes. WHAT ARE IN THOSE CHICKEN STRIPS?

When I'm in the area I always stop at this Burger King like I did just a few days ago. I love the quality of the food that they prepare at this location because the educated senior stuff prepared so well. The place is always clean and tidy and there's always lots of ample parking outside. The stop never rush you and they always take their time to make sure you have a good customer
