Quick response for quote, went in for service and the service was amazing. Very personable and prices were well worth the stop. Must say I am very satisfied and will be going back for any future issues with my families electronics.

What a wonderful gem to find. The owner was very friendly and helpful.we were lost without our phone. Were older so we were unaware of what we were doing and somehow deleted and factory reset our phone, it was unusable. He reinstalled our apps and got it fully working, he took the time to walk us through everything and didn't make us feel stupid. Thank you for the time u spent on us untechy people. We will definitely return if we need help or repairs.once u come here you will never go anywhere else again.

Wonderful cellphone repair shop, the owner was magnificent in helping me get everything fixed with my iPhone when it took a bit of a fall on the concrete. The screen repair was seamless and he even cleaned out my charging port for me from all the dust and debris.

I love this place. They really know what they are doing - I've used them multiple times now with wonderful service. They are reasonable, fast and meticulous with their work. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! My phone repaired same day, on a Sunday no less, after I dropped it in water. The chap didn’t even laugh when I told him how it came to be dropped in water. Part needed was in stock and I got it back a couple hours later. Very friendly and excellent service. I’ve found my repair place for the next time I need one. Thank you!

This shop has helped us out a few times and done a fantastic job. When my husband went in to get his phone’s speaker fixed or replaced, they were very honest and told him about the water damage in the phone and explained that the repair would not likely be worth it. Didn’t try to sell him anything or do unnecessary work. This shop has been quick doing repairs and are very reasonably priced. I recommend them.

Was quoted a price to fix a broken screen on a s8 of $190.git to the store and they said $260.was also going to buy a s10+ that they advertised on facebook for $465.in the store they said $530.best to avoid IMO

I had the screen replaced on my iPhone 7+ here about a year ago and the service was excellent and honest. I went with the more expensive screen option (OEM screen I think?) and after the first time it was done I started having screen problems. I took it back two weeks later after making sure it wasn't just me and the screen was replaced again with no questions asked. It has been working perfectly now for about a year.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Burlington Cell Phone Repairs. I called ahead, asking if they can replace the charging port on my phone as it isn't a very common model. I was told that they had never worked on my phone but that they could definitely do the job, they had the part in stock and to bring it in. I took my phone in and was told they would call tomorrow when it was ready.

After not hearing anything all day, I called to check on progress. At this point, I was told that 'the boss' didn't realize it was a certain type of port and couldn't do the work. They didn't want to order a part and I was told to pick up my phone.

When I arrived at the store, the employee, not the boss, told me that they refused the work because they had never worked on that phone before and they wouldn't even look at the inside to see if they could do anything. Further, when I was handed my phone, the backing was half popped off. I asked why the backing was off if they wouldn't even look inside and was told "I don't know, I didn't do the work". At my request as I didn't want my phone in pieces, the employee attempted to super glue the backing on, with no luck. Now I am left with a backing that has two corners popped out, super glue all over and the damaged charging port.

It is very frustrating to not be able to speak to the person who 'did the work', to get mixed responses as to why they couldn't do anything, and be left with a damaged phone that was in PERFECT condition when it was handed to them. BEWARE!

These guys finished my S10 repair in a short time frame to help me get back to work. The service is great and I highly recommend using them. Thanks again guys.

After inquiring on Facebook I went in today to get my laptop battery replaced (wasn't able to hold a charge longer than an hour). He also showed me my previous battery (damaged). The person I dealt with through the computer and in person was really nice and knowledgable! Responses were fast and I plan on going back to this place if I happen to have any electronic issues in the future! The pricing is really fair too:)

The gentleman who fixed my smartphone was friendly, honest and provided excellent service. I'd go back if something happened to one of my other electronics and I highly recommend this place to others. The price is also fair.

Sketchy. I broke my screen and called a variety of shops to figure out my options and get some pricing. This shop, tried to scare me into a $300+ job. I asked about solutions other shops had given me, and was told that everything besides paying the price he was quoting would cause my phone to get worse and then he would have to charge me even more. Steer clear, the rest of the shops were honest, clear and didn't try to scare me into spending with them.

Update: I was able to take my phone into another shop in Burlington, they were able to place tempered glass on top of the cracked screen to stop it from getting worse and it only cost me $15 (and magically, no air bubbles)

I broke my phone twice and both times they fixed it in under an hour. My phone works like new. These guys are the best. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!
