Lovely venue. Great layout. Staff were awesome and work fast to assemble and disassemble the event equipment. Hard workers and strategic with tasks to respect guests.

I met flora in the service she is not only amazing person she is perfect I really appreciate her understanding fasting during the event and accommodating this was really passionate, we are diversified and respecting all cultures makes us stronger.

Have been a patron of this place for many years now. The staff are amazing. The service is outstanding and the food has always been great. The best part is that these folks work around your budget and will always go above and beyond.

Was there for a holiday party. Food was great place was very clean and friendly. Tables were cleared a little slow and drinks were expensive. Over all well done!

By far the best staff I’ve encountered in a while. Tanner was an amazing employee that was professional, dedicated and well-versed in his position. He deserves a promotion due to his calm and collective approach to everything.

Just had our wedding at the Burlington Convention centre and we couldn't be happier! Everyone was so accommodating in regard to COVID postponements and they made sure that when our big day finally came everything would be perfect! Eating area was elevated and not accessible fir me. When I asked for help from a server, he said he didn't know what I wanted. Food was good, but BCC staff, not so much, in this case.

We recently hosted a celebration at the Burlington Convention Centre and were delighted with the venue, the food and the service. Julie made it easy to arrange everything, and Astor oversaw the details that day and evening with attentiveness, care and humour. The dinner was delicious and beautifully served. There is not enough words to describe the amazing service we got at our event. The staff was amazing. If we needed something to get done, it was done within 5 mins. Goran and Sonia worked so hard that night to make our night to be perfect. Big shout to them and Astor for working hard to make everything perfect. Would highly recommend this hall for your events. You will not regret it. I come from where food is very important at any event and Burlington convention center outdid themselves with everything. No regrets. Cheers!

Very organized and easy to find the room of the venue we were attending. Staff friendly and attentive; all wore masks. A very clean event centre.

Good place for weddings venue is good but, no high chair or baby change areas in bathrooms. For adults very nice place beautiful for pictures. Leave all your babies home.

Attended for son's graduation ceremony, place wad clean and pleasant ambiance. Lobby can take lot of people but gets congested at times. Outside lighting could be little better, and that super bright display flashing electronic sign board was super annoying as interferes with photos when outside and flashes into your eyes. Get it changed to a better SEMB type screen so less intrusive when guests are outside gathered or taking photos etc. Over flow traffic can park across in another lot. Overall good experience.

This is a great place to celebrate. We had our daughter's first communion party 10 days ago, with 150 guests. Our story was different. We had to cancel our agreement with another venue one week before the event date. Then we found Burlington Convention Centre and we spoke to Julie about our need to book a party room as soon as possible. She was very helpful, and very professional. She made all the arrangements to make this stressful last-minute party arrangements go smoothly. The food was great. Goran was also great, managing the fine details with the bar. Overall we were very happy with this venue and we highly recommend it.

We had our wedding reception here, and were really excited but our experience was so horrible. We don't recommend this place to anyone for many reasons.

1) We paid a lot for our sit down steak & chicken dinner, and even paid for 20 extra people as well, just in case extra people show up. Our guests told us that the waiters refused to give people steak or chicken, saying to some people "we already served you! " Can you believe that? Some of our guests went home hungry even though fewer guests showed up than we paid for! We were so embarrassed to hear that after. It was just unbelievable that they would refuse guests a main course and claim that they had already given it to them!

2) The lady who booked us was racist. She told us to our face "your people are always late. " So rude! We are paying you for a service, and choosing you as a venue. Treat us with respect.

3) We booked the hall itself because we liked the glass windows and "outdoor" feel of it, while being indoor. However, the ceilings were very low and in the end, the decor didn't work out well at all with the way the hall is designed. I would choose a hall with a higher ceiling in the future.

Overall, horrible, horrible experience. I am so sad to have wasted thousands of dollars on this venue, and I hope no one has this experience! Please be very careful and specific if you do make the mistake of choosing this venue. I recommend Mississauga Convention Centre to people now, because my brother had his wedding there, also with a sit-down steak dinner, and the service was just exceptional!

Special thanks to Sonia, Julie and all the staff at Burlington Convention Centre that went above and beyond to make our wedding day a huge success. Our guests were so impressed with everything, we got so many compliments about the hall, the service, the decor, the food, and so on. They even had connecting hotel accommodations, which was super convenient. Our maid of honour, who helped plan our wedding, is an event planner and she even commented that of all the event planning she's done over the years, no other venue compared to Burlington Convention Centre, especially when it came down to price, quality of service and style. They fully delivered on every request meticulously, with things like the hall and table set-up (as you can see in the photo), right down every little detail. Outstanding, better than we could've imagined. Thank you again for all your amazing efforts and professionalism, sincerely, Ravi and Anji Shah.

Impressive.very nice banquet hall, food was amazing and friendly staff. Great location, easy to find, right off the highway.and plenty of parking (didn't have to drive around to find parking like other banquet halls we've been to), there's also a connecting hotel (which worked out perfectly cause we were tired and didn't feel like driving). Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

Nicely maintained place. The staff is friendly. They try their best to arrange what you want. The furniture is also very dood selection. I would say a very good place for meetings.

Just had a Driver Meeting with a lunch and an Employee Appreciation Dinner for 4 of our offices combined. Both events were held at BCC and both were handled with the utmost care and professionalism by the Burlington Convention Team. From the food to service to décor just simply an outstanding job. We are still receiving compliments from our staff and everyone is very eager for the next event. Thank you BCC and we will see you again next year!

Ps I was not looking forward to going and I spent over 5 hours at the party and it seemed like a few hours.

My wife and I had our wedding reception here. The food was amazing the venue was perfect and created an atmosphere. We received nothing but compliments from our guests. And to top it all off it made it really easy for family members to arrive from either east or west of the GTA.

This should read 4.5 stars out of 5. My wife and I were married on October 27,2018 in the Rosewood Room, which comfortably held 130 guests as well as a band. Overall, we were very happy with the experience. Particularly, we had a wonderful coordinator (Sonia) who was very proactive in making the event a wonderful memory. Sonia was very happy to answer any questions or concerns that we had throughout the planning phase and her experience was evident with some of her wonderful suggestions re: choosing an upgraded meal package/food choices as well as room set-up. To maximize the experience, my wife and I would suggest bringing in a decorator particularly for the head table backdrop (Sonia provided the referral) as well as bringing in your own items (table numbers/receiving line table items) for personal touches. Booking early allowed us to secure our bridal suite/private washroom, which helped a lot. It is worth noting that the food was delicious particularly the anti-pasto buffet and the dessert (creme brulee). We deducted a half star due to the fact that some of our guests weren't given the right meal (we asked for our guests to choose their meal prior to the wedding). GIven our numbers, this might not be the venue's fault necessarily as some of our guests may have claimed the wrong meal to be their own. With 130 guests, there is bound to be error. Honourable mention needs to be given to one of the front line staff (Astor) who went above and beyond with her hardwork to make our experience truly special. Overall, I highly recommend the Burlington Convention Centre as a venue for your wedding. In terms, of 'bang for your buck", it is definitely worth it. Thank-you for making our special day an experience that we will never forget.

Visited for our company holiday party. Food was very good and the venue is very elegant and well looked after.

Went for a company party. Place was great for the venue. Food was great too, but one thing that stood out was the coffee I got. Some of the best coffee I have had in a long time. Was not expecting that!

Was at a wedding reception last night. The servers were AMAZING and VERY ACCOMODATING. From the smallest requests of ketchup to getting chicken fingers and fries for my son, they were super efficient and kind. Not very often do you see servers smiling all evening. The food was excellent and served in a timely and efficient manner. Hola to our server from Ecuador.

We had the wedding reception for our nephew organised at the Burlington Convention Center on November 23rd, 2018. The facilities and the organisation of the centre were fabulous. The management staff especially Sonia and the floor manager Astor, assisting us in the evening were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sonia especially for her kind help, assistance and guidance throughout the organisation on this event. We had a great time and the function was a tremendous success. I would recommend Burlington Convention Center with my eyes closed to anyone who is looking to do a function in Burlington.

We had our wedding this past August at the BCC in the Emerald Room. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and owe a lot of that too the BCC and their staff. From the booking to the food tasting, to planning the layout and all the details to the actual day of, the Julie and the staff were so supportive and accommodating to what we wanted out of our day. They made the planning stress-free and easy. The staff setting up the venue did a beautiful job! We heard nothing but great things from our guests on the bar and wait staff during our wedding, they were friendly, attentive and always had what we needed! The food is also amazing - especially the antipasto, veal and deserts! Would highly recommend this venue for a beautiful, hassle-free wedding!

The Burlington Convention Centre went over and above! The food was great, everyone of my guest had great things to say about the food, it was hot, tasty and there was LOTS of it.

We dealt a lot with Julie and was she outstanding always prompt to answer emails and suggest ideas. The decor they provided was beautiful, they have nice overlays for the head table and their in house backdrop is very professional looking.

The service of the staff was over the top, they went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed, and that I never had to wait to get a drink, they already knew I needed one.

If you are thinking of having a wedding in Burlington, have it at the convention centre! They truly made my wedding into the grand event I was seeking.

On Saturday November 10,2018 IBEW Local 105 held our Appreciation Night at the Burlington Convention Centre with approximately 600 guests in attendance. We are still receiving many compliments about our fantastic evening and how impressed everyone was with the venue, the atmosphere, the wonderful food and the fantastic staff who worked diligently to ensure we had a successful night.

The evening turned out exactly as we envisioned and the Burlington Convention Centre added the sophistication and elegance we were hoping to achieve. The IBEW Local 105 Appreciation Committee extends their gratitude to the staff at the Burlington Convention Centre for all their efforts on our behalf. Their professionalism, expertise and dedication to their profession was exceptional.

As the Director of the Fall BMFA Stampeders Tackle Football Program we Strive to make the Experience an Incredible one for the Players, and also the Parents, Coaches and Support Staff. Today, the Burlington Convention Centre went above and beyond the call of duty to make this day, an Incredible one. Absolutely beautiful. The venue, the staff and the food was terrific. I was there for the first time for a corporate Christmas party and I can't wait to have a reason to go back. This place definitely takes pride in what they do.

Most racist owner I have ever witnessed. Going on a power trip on a gentlemen that was just trying to do his job. The owner kept going on about how he owns this place, and he will call the police to remove any patron that objects to his viewings. I have never seen a host speak to anyone in that tone. I would highly recommend anyone doing an event to think twice before hosting it at this venue. You wouldn't want your guest or your self to become a victim to this man's racial abuse and power trip.
