I have been to a couple optometrists in Burlington now and by far Burlington Optical was my favorite. They are so kind and helpful it made my experience great! I dealt mainly with Peter who assisted me with picking frames, dealt with all my insurance papers and helped with the fitting of my glasses. I accidently missed my appointment and they were so kind and understanding and helped me reschedule. I would highly recommend visiting here!

Always get the best service from Michael and Van! They have a great selection of luxury brands for frames and sunglasses. Have been coming here for over 5 years!

My wife and l have been coming to Burlington optical for years. We have always received good service. Jordan and his team are very good people. Any time we have had issues they have always taken care of it. They will do there best to take care of it. Would recommend them to anybody. They are very reasonably priced.

Amazing team of experienced experts that recommend and walk you through the whole process. Getting glasses can be an overwhelming experience but these guys are very thoughtful of the whole process. If you are looking for a professional experience see these guys in Burlington.

Would never give this company any business. They don’t back up there warranty on prescription glasses and give poor service. Our glasses which cost almost six hundred.dollars started breaking apart by the handles. They were less than a year old. Burlington Optical was not helpful in even servicing them, we would never go back again!

Bought two pair of Prada sunglasses from Jordan. We had a great experience, love the new renovations. Service was excellent and they have a really broad selection of sunglasses. We have been here before and will be making the three hour trip to see you again in a few months.

Awesome. Just awesome! I had a wonderful experience with the staff and service. I'm impressed here with both optometrist & opticians as they demonstrated just high level of knowledge and fashion trends (which i'm completely lost in) They were very accommodating - spending time focusing on my needs and I absolutely felt no pressure at anytime which was really comfortable experience for a change. I also have to mention the huge selection on quality frames I got to try on, and great pricing! Pardon the pun, but they've opened my eyes to many things I did not know about how important choosing the right glasses are - which really shows the passion and care they have for their profession. This will be my place from now on.

If you want to be treated right, come to this store. If you want to be treated like another sale on some salespersons metrics, visit a large chain store.

The best! I haven’t had my eyes checked for awhile so I was a bit nervous walking in the day of my appointment. All my nerves were calmed as soon as I sat down. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional but they made me laugh more than once. I was impressed by the selection of high quality glasses and absolutely love the pair that I’m wearing now! I’ll definitely be back and have already told a handful of people they should check out Burlington Optical.

Burlington optical outlet just outfitted my son and my daughter and I All with amazing glasses. It was my sons first pair and the staff was super good making him comfortable and picking out and being happy with his first pair of glasses. We were so impressed with the quality selection in the store and the ease of the whole experience from beginning to end. Prices were very reasonable as well. I am giving 5 star for the overall experience and pricing if good quality glasses and service. We will be back for all of our optical needs.

Amazing service! Best overall value anywhere in the Burlington/Hamilton area. Just picked them up today and they go the extra mile to make sure it's exactly what you want/need and at the best price.

Mistreatment of clients, with a useless threat to call the police once asked where the glasses were manufactured.

The question posed was “are they manufactured in china”, a legitimate question has majority of the world’s glasses come from the same factory in China. They asked this to us after accusing the retailers of my previous pair of glasses of doing this (Warby Parker). When asked if theirs was any different / if they could prove it, they threatened to kick us out of the store. Exact words from the manager “I had enough of this get out of the store”. Very threatening.

The manager attacks the previous company of the glasses being from China? But why do that when yours are too? What’s the point.

One accusatory statement from them lead to one simple question from us, which escalated to the manager being furious, unreasonable & stating “get out or I’ll call the police”.

This is now how you gain customers.

Love these guys! My coworker referred me to this place. I got my eye examination done and glasses done. I could not be happier! The selection is huge. I have never seen an eyeglass store with that many designer frames before. They carry way more Gucci than other stores do. The prescription was a huge improvement from my last one and they even had the Zeiss lenses I wanted. Service was fantastic. I even got cleaner and cloths that came with the purchase. I will be telling everyone to go see Jordan.

This place is great! The different brands allows them ensure they have something for. They have amazing pricing on all brands with the up most highest quality. The service is friendly and quick. I will definitely be back for all my glasses.

Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful when I went to get prescription glasses for my daughter and I in March 2019. He was very patient and attentive answered all questions. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. I recommend this store for your next glasses.

I don't live in Burlington anymore but I still come to this place. My grandparents started coming here first and then they recommended me here since 6 years ago. Have been coming ever since, always great service and really good prices compared to the stores I used to go to so its worth the travel from Toronto. I prefer to deal with people I am comfortable with. Always enjoy the cleaning care package I get, above and beyond service I got anywhere else. Thanks for my Oakleys Jordan!

I've dealt with Jordan for years and every time I go the prices are great and the quality of service is amazing. I have bought Oakley Gucci and even Prada here and the cost is half for a better product. Each time I buy glasses they even include all the cloths and spray cleaners and do all the adjustments for me afterwards
