The care I received was fine. However, Green Shield does not recognize physiotherapists for orthotics. They were direct billing my care, so my carrier was not unknown to him. I can't accept this was not a known issue, or me the first encounter with GS. I am out $500 for a rejected claim. I could have been referred to their in house chiropractorfor fitting and been fine. I was not. I consider this lack of disclosure a lack of professionalism. A therapist should disclose that they are not covered by certain insurers.

I'll start from the start. The administrative assistant with the nice glasses is absolutely wonderful and she immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable (I am sorry I didn't ask for your name). I walked in limping, thinking that the damage I had caused could never be repaired. And so, in away, I was looking for a way to learn how to live with the pain, or a way to manage the pain. I was connected with Steffi and Steffi is incredible. She is so pleasant and personable and she is excellent at what she does as a Physiotherapist. She was able to quickly identify where the injury was, and what the healing plan would be. Today, after going for sessions with Steffi and doing the at-home treatment stretches, I am back to running. And for context, after my injury I would be in tears if I tried running, let alone if I tried to walk up the stairs. Thank you so much Steffi. If I ever get hurt again, I'll be limping back to you!

We're visiting Burlington for a few weeks and my neck was really sore with minimal mobility, quickly looked up massage places nearby and found Burlington Physio and booked with Emily Desmarais. She is awesome, fixed my neck so I could have a good night's sleep! I visited Emily again a week later for another massage and feel great. Definitely would recommend getting treatment from Emily and will come back again any time I'm in Burlington.

I have been here a handful of times for massage therapy, and highly recommend Tully as a therapist. Super helpful, and effective results.

I have been very happy with my osteopathy visits with Aaron - he conducts each appointment in a professional, thoughtful and friendly manner. And it's working - I'm getting better!

A great team of professionals, obviously dedicated to their work and they take the time to get to know their clients. I also appreciate the fulsome treatment available from the diverse health/wellness prectices.
The downtown location is an added bonus (even if you have to look for parking sometimes.)

Editing my review because I want to add this: I was there yesterday for my initial chiropractic visit. I was so happy that I picked this place for it. Dr. Daniel Adler was very helpful and always ensure that I was comfortable and explained everything in the beginning of the consultation. The receptionist was very pleasant and I love that they the proper health and safety guidelines to make sure their staff are safe and so as their patients. Keep up the good work.

This new fitness place is awesome! I signed up for their 3 weeks unlimited free trial and went to my first class for Kettle Jitsu. Our trainer Steve is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. I learned so much from this first class. I will definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait for my next Kettle Jitsu class with him!

They do offer a lot of classes - and will definitely try yoga and pilates!

I was in a cast for 6.5 weeks because of a fractured wrist. Once the cast was off I had limited movement that was disrupting my regular day to day activities. Chris Chmiel was helpful and easy to work with. I feel so much better and I am back to regular activities. I would recommend Chris to anyone! Also the staff there is extremely friendly and very accommodating.
