Worst tire shop. Would not recommend. Awful customer service from worker and owner. Eventually, their horrible customer service will come back and bite them on the proverbial BUTT!

Great place, went in for a tire repair, they were very efficient and the car was ready in no time. They even have you come back to retorque the wheels and make sure everything is OK.
Dave the owner runs a good shop.

I got new tires & also an alignment on my car and within 12 hours of leaving the “shop” my tire sensors were going out… I asked SCOTT the (manager I believe) how long do tire sensors normally last on my car. He said about five years, we’ll that’s good cause mine aren’t even 2 years. Plus they worked just fine until you guys “aligned” my car…. Do not recommend going here for work, many better places on the same street. I’m attaching photos at the bottom, reminder that my car never had any of these issues before bringing it into the shop

Please do not go here unless you want them to scam you and make you feel stupid. I promise you there are better places with better prices. The owner is a joke and so are the people that answer the phone. It’s tough to say but I would prefer Canadian Tire.

Phenomenal experience, been having my tires stored and swapped for many seasons now, price is always reasonable and service is finished very quickly. Made an appointment today to swap my cabin air filter and fix a rattling noise, they fixed the rattling free of charge and found me the best possible price for the filter all within an hour of being there. 10/10 recommend (plus their dog is adorable)

Decided to try this shop as it’s closer to my home compared to the other tire shop that I’ve been going to. Dave (the owner) was the person who dealt with me. It was a great experience. I needed an alignment as my car was pulling to the left and I was destroying tires as a result of the alignment, my car also felt wrong when I drove it. From the time I dropped off the car to the time I picked it up, it was about an hour and a half. But in that time they test drive my car twice (before and after) and did the alignment. My car is driving so much better after they dealt with it and I will be sure to use them for all my tire needs. Including storage in the off season and when I need new rims and winter tires, I will be sure to get them from them.

Recently got a flat tire on the way to a work meeting in Burlington. I frantically called close to 10 nearby shops and all of them could not take me or fit me in. Thankfully the guys at Burlington Tire & Auto were able to get my car in. I dropped it off at lunch and had it back by the end of the day. Scott was great to deal with and the whole process was seamless. Thanks guys!

I have been dealing with this shop for a number of years, for both tires and auto repairs. For tire purchases, they offer good, better, best pricing/ratings for your vehicle. Very happy with my recent purchases of Pirelli PZeros, Pirelli Scorpion, Firestone Firehawk Indy 500. Reasonable pricing with no hidden “after” costs added. Auto repairs:
Always solid advice as they have specialists in all vintages/ genres of vehicles. They do well with imports too: Porsche, BMW, Acura etc. Service is quick, completed well and in a timely manner and the place is “lady friendly”, so you don’t need to worry about being taken advantage of. You can show up but I recommend calling ahead and book an appointment. Great shop, A+.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my tires and rims replaced at this establishment, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the entire process was riddled with incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Firstly, upon arriving at the shop at 7: 30 in the morning, I was disheartened to find that it was already overcrowded and fully booked. While I understand that busy times are to be expected, it still reflects poorly on their management and scheduling abilities. To make matters worse, when I initially parked my car in front of the owner's vehicles, they had an employee move my car to a parallel plaza without my consent. As if that wasn't bad enough, while I was waiting for an Uber to take me home, I noticed my wiper blades working while my car was parked. It became apparent that the person who moved my vehicle had zero regard for the cars in their care.

After enduring the agonizing wait, I finally received a call from the shop in the afternoon, notifying me that my car was ready. The cherry on top of this miserable experience was the exorbitant price they charged me: a whopping $175 for the replacement of 18-inch rims. Considering the abysmal level of service I received, this fee is absolutely unjustifiable.

But the problems didn't end there. Following the tire replacement, it became evident that my alignment was off. Naturally, I contacted the shop to address the issue, only to be told that I would have to pay extra for an alignment service. It's utterly unacceptable that they couldn't perform this basic task correctly in the first place, and then had the audacity to demand more money to fix their own mistake.

To top it all off, the shop failed to follow the recommended PSI for my tires, leading to further inconvenience and potential damage. Additionally, upon closer inspection, I discovered that all of my lug bolts were over-torqued, which could have had severe consequences if left unnoticed.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment for any tire or rim services. The owner's rudeness, terrible attitude, and unprofessional behavior, combined with the subpar workmanship and complete lack of attention to detail, make it abundantly clear that this place is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable and reliable tire shop that genuinely cares about their customers' satisfaction and safety

I cannot thank these guys enough for speedy service after being stranded (out of of town) with a flat tire and a 2 year old. Dave was an absolute rock star and was able to squeeze me in, during a very busy tire change season, when other shops could not guarantee to get the job done.

I had an appointment to replace brake pads and had taken off a day from work only to get turned down cause they were too far behind. Total incompetence

Brought a leaking tire in and feared the worst as it was leaking from the rim: (. Fixed in under 10 minutes and they even carried it out to my car. Fantastic service as usual.

I contacted Burlington tire on December 9,2022 to retrieve some information. I was calling to try to retrieve an odometer reading from one of my past tire changes, as I am currently having issues with tires that I purchased elsewhere that should’ve lasted longer. I am not sure who I spoke to you but the person was quite rude as soon as I spoke to him. He was completely sarcastic and rude the whole conversation and kept referring to “loyal customers” and if I was a “loyal customer” he would help me out. I told him where I purchased tires; that being Costco, and he made a remark about buying toilet paper there and laughed. He said oh I can provide you with information from November 27,2018 but I only provide it to my loyal customers. He said I don’t help people out that haven’t been here in three years. I don’t know why that would seemingly be a joke to this person, but how extremely unprofessional and rude to speak to somebody like this, when I was trying to get information. I think he thought it was funny taunting me and being sarcastic and rude when I don’t tolerate that sort of behaviour. How brutal and disrespectful to treat somebody like that; especially a woman, that is calling for information. A place like this should not be in business if this is how they treat past customers or present customers. At the end of the conversation I said some choice words, as I was not going sit there and take someones rude sarcastic attitude, that was just out to get a rise out of me. If you can’t treat people with respect; no matter who they are or why they are calling, than don’t be in business. If you’re not a “LOYAL CUSTOMER”, good luck!

Fast tire mounring + install & walk- in without appointment. However, they quoted me $130 at first for my job then ended up charging me $150 just because I have fancier aftermarket rims, which they claimed $130 is for steelies. At least the job is done okay, wheels are torqued properly and balanced well with right tire pressure.

I was going to give 15% gratitude due to their technician Scott being very particular and friendly but I was so disappointed to get slapped with additional $20 before I even give a chance of giving gratitude. Probably will not come again but appreciate the walk-in last minute service.

Thank you to Dave and the team for getting our winter tires and wheels. Dave was professional and was able to explain why we needed certain wheels for our car and gave us a great suggestion on going with Bridgestone tires.
The pricing was less than initially quoted which Is always a positive. Furthermore, with our an appt we waited less time than we did with Honda with an appointment. Great team

The owner David is extraordinarily unprofessional and seems to be under the impression that customers work for him. I recently attempted to have my car repaired at this shop, they had my car for a week and half and wrongly diagnosed it not once but twice. Once the car was “completed” I was told I have to drive to Audi reset my codes. I picked my car up, and the issues they “fixed” were still there the same as before the only difference is they took $2100 and offered no remedy to help with fixing the car.

Cannot stress enough after multiple terrible experiences DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE.

We had a nail in the tire. My husband called, Scott was very kind to take us and checked our tire. The technician took out the nail and checked. They are very honest and professional and did not charge anything. We were out in 15 minutes and proud to be part of Burlington. We moved in Burlington recently. We will definitely go back.

First visit to Burlington Tire and they’ll now become the only place I use. Fast, friendly service and their storage fees are a no brainer. They even want you to come back after 50-100kms of driving after a tire swap to adjust to any break in and to see if any tightening is needed. Great service and I’ll be back.

We have been taking our cars to Burlington Tire and Auto for the past couple years. Service is top notch and they stand behind their work. Recently had my wife's car in for a rattling noise, turns out if was a loose clip. 5 minute fix. NO CHARGE. This type of service and trust is not easily found from businesses these days. Great business! They get IT.

Took my car in today (June 16,2020) for an emergency I had on my tire (lump on the sidewall). They took me in right away and had my car ready to go with a new tire in under an hour. Good pricing on new tire and service. I will definitely return for service there.

UPDATED REVIEW: Took my car back here (February 24,2022) to have my rim and tire patched after hitting a pothole. I did not have an appointment and they took me right away. I was in and out within the hour! I won’t go anywhere else for tire service!

Got my tires rotated, cost was 50.00 but the Mgr said it was quick and charged me 20.00 amazing. Not a lot of trust worthy placed let. Ty

Review:

Joe was nice, good customer service but I was over charged just for checking ”Engine check light came on. ” It costed $ 141 after tax“ and the descriptions on the bill are not the same as the services that were served. (See picture).

After checking my car, Joe informed me that the accelerator position sensor has to be replaced, and they would not be able to get it done until next Wednesday sept 1st (I brought my car in on Friday morning Aug 27). I told Joe I move out of town before next Wednesday, so I have to bring my car to different garage

Plus, Joe did not tell me the cost in advance. He was processing the charges and payment while he was chatting with me. I was naive, just made the payment without questioning. When I realized the cost is too high, Joe told me every customer here has been charged the same.

In addition, I was not given the code to see what the problems are and what need to be fixed. They deleted the code without asking me so no one would be able to know what goes wrong with my car to fix it probably
However, they gave me the code when I called to ask for it.

Great team at the service counter, and in the shop. I brought my vehicle in for new wheels and tires - I was after a very specific fitment and look. The staff took their time to ensure everything fit the way I wanted, and made some great recommendations for some components I had overlooked.

Tire puncture isn't something you are preparing or planning for, so when other places turned me away saying that I need an appointment, I felt very frustrated as long business trip was scheduled for tomorrow.
Here they took me right away, the guy who worked on my car- Scott - was very professional and fast, quickly locating the problem and fixing it. Back on the road now!

My first ever visit to Burlington Tire & Auto. The staff were very friendly and courteous, even the one four legged Casey was friendly, would definitely go back. Great work and very good pricing.

This is the only place I will go to and the only place I will recommend -as a single female I feel completely at ease and trust everything they’ve always recommended. They have taken care of me and any friends I have recommended they are the best! I am in the automotive industry myself so I know.

Prices were good but the young guy at the front was horrible and got frustrated when I asked questions, he showed alot of negative body language and his tone was off, the plastic that they had at the front of the counter to protect the spread of covid prevented us from communicating properly because they couldn't hear the questions I was asking and I had to repeat myself, the prices on the tires were good but the service from the young kid at front is why I rated 1 star. My car is a 2017 and they sent someone to check the vin and came back and told me it was a 2015 they also couldn't find any info in there systems for this vehicle so this concerns me that they were not sure of what size to put on my vehicle, I will not recommend any of my friends or family to go to this shop.

Extracted my factory lock nuts right away. The dealer did not have time for me. Great guys, professional and they have a shop dog.

Once again a great experience at Burlington Tire & Auto.a few years ago I had a nail in my tire that everyone said was not fixable. Took it to them and they looked at it and said they could fix and they did! Committed to always take my tire needs to them. Today I had a nail that was bent and partially in the tire and took it in to them, and they took it out, said there was no leak and therefore no repair and NO CHARGE! This is why I keep going back to Burlington Tire & Auto!

Dropped my car off at 8am told them to take the day to do it. Got a call 45 minute later saying it was ready. Amazing service. Thanks again.

I’ve always gotten good service from Burlington Tire & Auto. Ive been three times now with nearly instant service (little to no wait time).

I've been servicing my cars and trucks at Burlington Tire since about 1983 and can attest that Dave and his team always do their best to do an excellent job, are 100% trustworthy, prompt, friendly and reliable. From my experience, it's hard to go wrong here.

Terrible service, I got a flat tire on the highway and caa came to tow my car and put my donut on for the time being. I then decided I should just get a tow to a tire place to get a new tire put on, I called ahead and asked if they had used tires for my car in stock. They said yes. I then got my car towed here, they pulled it in the back I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they did not have any tires for my car in stock and that they could put my donut on my car for $20.00. Which is crazy because I could have gotten caa to put the tire on for free if they hadn't told me they had tires for my car in stock. What a waste of time and money. Would never use their services again!

Had a pleasure dealing with Dave, I came in for basic 4 wheel drive alignment on my BMW. I take extreme care of my vehicle as it’s a highly modded performance track car. I’m very careful of who touches my vehicle at all times and rarely take it to shops. * I was greeted nicely and decided to wait for my vehicle while it had its work performed. My technician was Ahmadi and although I wasn’t able to speak to him about the work on my vehicle preformed Dave made sure to go through it all with me. We talked tire compounds and I felt very welcomed as a first time customer. I will note that as the technician took my vehicle on a pre road test I noted that he was driving pretty fast and left the lot with quite a bit of throttle (my vehicle is straight piped so it’s excessively loud) I didn’t like this and it happened again on the post road test when the work was finished.

All in all I had a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my drivetrain and tire needs:) thanks guys

Excellent, quick, and fairly priced service this morning. Had an issue with my tire that was swiftly attended to and repaired. Unlike some other larger establishments in the area, this shop thankfully did not try and tell me that I needed to replace all my tires, my engine, my doors, my sunroof, my steering wheel, my gas tank, my hitch, and my windshield wipers. Dog in the waiting area was extremely well-mannered, but a facility for coffee would have been nice. I appreciated the candid service and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an effective, fairly priced, and honest service. I certainly will be going back if I need work done on my car.

My Dad introduced to me to Burlington Tire & Auto after experiencing top rated service from Dave and his team for many years. They have an extensive product range for their customers. I was in search of a set of winter tires and like a commodities exchange a fair price was determined and the work went ahead. They happily took a set of old winter tires from a vehicle I no longer owned. Service was quick and easy and always friendly people to deal with at this shop. Who could ask for more?

Burlington Tire is in a league of their own. They have always squeezed me in at the last minute and the service is top notch! I won't go anywhere else.

First come, first served. So get there early because they are usually pretty busy. They must be popular. Edit to add: this is not a bad review, I am happy with the service. They are busy because they are popular.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would stay away from this tire shop and go anywhere else you can.

Just had my winter tires put on and as a repeat customer, the experience was typical Burlington Tire. The prices are very good and the snows I bought were more than $200 cheaper than the next closest quote. For sure, it is a busy shop, especially this time of year and if you are planning on waiting for your winter tires to get installed, just get there early and go with a bit of patience and everything will get done. If you do not want to wait, then drop off your car and they will give you a ride to work, home or the GO Train. I called a few other places looking to make an appointment and the prices were higher and the earliest available appointment I could get was nearly 2 weeks out. I am glad there is a competent and honest shop that offers a "first come first served" policy.
