Great gym! I go for the BJJ classes. Coach Paul teaches in a very technically sound manner. You are given guidance on how to hammer down on all the specifics of each technique. Additionally, the classes are very friendly and the talent at BTC is very deep which helps your BJJ development immensely.

Comfortable family atmosphere, great cross between fitness and martial arts classes, great gym!
