Doctor looked at me for 15 seconds, barely listened to my breathing, and told me I had seasonal allergies. Seasonal allergies, when I had a fever, and was coughing up dark orange phlegm.

Immediately went to Joseph Brant and was diagnosed with a bacterial infection in my lungs.

Nothing else needs to be said.

Dragged someone sick into your practice and you were closed when it clearly says your open!

Reception was great, friendly, and accommodating. I would give them 5 stars. The 2 stars is for the doctor there that day. He was rude, dismissive, and had zero bedside manner. I went there suspecting my 7 mo had an ear infection. He said she was fine, and nothing is wrong. She was miserable, pulling on ears, discharge coming out of ears, red inside, runny nose, etc. I wanted a second opinion and went to a paediatric walk in, sure enough, she has an ear infection and needs antibiotics. I will never return.

Went there as I had a stomach bug And I have just moved to Burlington and my doctor is all the way in Toronto Doctor did absolutely nothing told me he couldn't take a blood test stool task or any kind of test and told me to go just see my doctor or go to the hospital what a absolute waste of time would never go there again and would never recommend anyone going there doctor was very rude!

Had a great experience today at this walk in. Short wait time, and very friendly doctor (Dr Ridha) who diagnosed my strep quickly through swab and prescribed medication. Would recommend.

Checked reviews prior to going in here. Walked in on a lady crying at front desk due to them giving her a hard time as well. Anyways have a thyroid condition which I have ongoing treatment at the hospital, I was prescribed medication and ran out. Pharmacy doesn’t let me refill due to it being the hospital, they can’t fax it. I came in here for this reason and was told my reception “refills are easy”. Before even having finished explaining the situation the guy (not referring to this man as a doctor) goes no. Can’t help. Very aggressive and rude. Stay away.

I'm not saying this walk-in clinic is completely at fault for what I went through but I at least put some of the blame on them.

I went in for suspected step throat. The doctor was extremely rushed and wouldn't answer a single one of my questions. I understand that but he did it in a rude way where he cut me off before I even finish my question and said go to your family doctor.

Anyway aside from that.

Long story short is. He tested me negative for strep. And was already walking out the door. And I stopped him and said ok it's not strep but what is it? My throat is very sore.

He said just use salt water gargling it'll go away. And then he's got me out the door.

4 days in bed later. Throat keeps getting worse. Feel like I'm dying.

So I go to a different doctor. Test positive for strep and fever

4 days in bed for nothing. Now I have to call in sick for work at least 1 day.

Quick? Sure.
Rude, insensible, rushy doctors? Very much so. Never felt so "shoved aside" in my life. Left crying. Never will go back here again. Both receptionist and doctor need to have empathy training, or basic human empathy would be nice too. How I was treated, left me flabbergasted.

I recently was in urgent need of a doctor. My own could not take me in for a few days so I headed to search for a walk in clinic. I waited aprox. 40 mins good timing for a clinic. Patients were treated fast and efficiently. I needed further testing and Martha the admin was sympathetic and quickly had me booked that day for an ultra sound. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking up Walk In clinics this is the one! Thank you Martha for you professional and empathetic care of me!

Called after been told by telahealth to contact the clinic I see my Dr and the receptionist
was beyond rude and would not let me speak with a Dr as I have been having trouble breathing and she sahung up on me. I waited 2.5 hours. She should not be working in any medical field if especially went someone is looking for a phone consultation.

I came here on a Sunday. Waiting time was 1,5 hrs which is fine for a Sunday. They were the only open clinic nearby. The receptionist and the doctor were nice and professional.

Took my 9ry old son who was experiancing croup like symptoms (covid negative so far) and the physician was very knowledgale, kind, understanding and treated my son fast with approprite medications. In and out fast. Also special mention to the medical clerk working who suggested us to come in and again very pleasant over the phone.

I couldn't hear anything in my left ear so went to this walk-in clinic after calling to check that a doctor was in. The wait time was very short, the receptionist was very pleasant and the doctor also very helpful and respectful. Would definitely use again.

There are a few of good and experienced doctors at this location that patient got diagnosed and treated properly and spent time to explain and answer the patient although it is a walk in clinic. Receptionists, they all have attitude problems, don't know why. I am lucky if they are in a good mood on some days. The location is convenient, but the working hours are not accurately as posted on line. I always have to call to make sure the office is open, but the receptionist does not always pick up the phone.

They've always been good over the years until my last experience.

Called them. They asked me to send picture of my issue. I did that. I wait 4 hours. They call me back and say they overbooked and have to hp me another day. I worked the next 3 days and unavailable. This is urgent issue. They let me down.

Called to fill a prescription and they were so polite helpful and quick. Such a pleasant experience when you are not feeling well.

Their walk-in is closed due to Covid-19. You have to call and make an appointment.

They need to remove “Walk-In” from their name.

How does a walk-in clinic close during a time like this? When people need medical attention now more then ever. Shame on you.

This was my 1st visit to this clinic. I saw doctor Tam that day. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. She has a great bedside manor and I needed that. Thank you Doctor Tam.

I took my daughter in with a fever of 104 (after coming down from 107 over night) and the dr appologized for the 1.5hr wait and said he didn’t move fast. But quickly checked her breathing and pulse and said she was clear. He wouldn’t check her ears or throat and told me “she’s sick and fighting something” umm no kidding. And as he walked out the door he said that my 10 month old will be sick too, and went to his next patient. We were in for 10 minutes. I went home and my daughter kept a fever of 104 -106. So we went to another doctor-double Ear infection, bad ones. I’m glad I went to another for another opinion. What a waste. His bed side manner was poor so that didn’t help either

Daughter had a double case of pink eye and I needed drops. My doctor couldn’t take us in in time so we went to this walk-in. Wait was short, and the doctor was quick to help. I think it took 40 mins from checkin to departure which I felt was fantastic.

Staff was polite and helpful.

My husband and I got to the clinic at 2: 15PM and the receptionist was quite rude in saying “they’re closed” meanwhile it was quite clear that they were open and we got there 45 minutes prior to it closing.

Waste of time. The last two visits there's a sign on the door saying closed until whenever later in the day even though the receptionist is still at the desk. Not a professional business. Fool me thrice, not a chance!

Website said 0 minute wait "updated 5 minutes ago". Wasted 30 minutes driving here, 10+ people waiting before me, lady at the desk was NOT HELPFUL at all and grumpy, when i asked why the website said 0 minutes wait time and complained that i drove for 30 minutes she said the website isn't working and she can't help me, wasn't patient or polite at all, didn't give me information to contact management or offer close-by locations, didn't apologise at all. I know i was frustrated but she didn't even try to help me. Terrible customer service, if you even call that service, please fire her. Aside from her excuses, the website WAS WORKING for other locations in Oakville and nearby cities. It said 1h40min, 2h, whatever. Either she couldn't figure it out or it was her or someone else that was NOT UPDATING THE WAIT TIME PROPERLY.if you're going to have a website like that, DO IT PROPERLY so your customers can actually rely on it! Never returning again. Unreliable, unhelpful, rude and a waste of my time. Deserves less than 2 stars, don't know how it's got 2.6.

Have always had good experiences here, visited a few times over the last few years. Apparently a lot of people dont understand what "must be registered by. " means, as a lot of these reviews seem to be primarily people who think they can show up 5 minutes before close and be seen by a doctor. The clinic might be open until X time, but you have to be checked in by Y. Pretty simple. Walk in clinics aren't for emergencies, either. Dont blame the clinic for not seeing you during an "emergency". Go to emergency.

Doctors have always been kind and respectful, as well as the clinic having an overall understanding of discretion and client privacy. The most recent visit I had, the receptionist was incredibly pleasant and joked around with me. Considering I wasn't looking or feeling too great, it was nice to have an interaction with someone who wasn't treating me like a carrier of the black plague.

Overall I'm as comfortable here as I am at my family doctor, and I visit them about equally depending on if time is a factor. It's a good location, too, as I can swing by Fortino's for soup.

Awful wait time. Was told 20 minutes has now been 1 hour. Was not greeted and reception has an attitude towards all clients walking in

Wait time was horrible even tho there wasn’t many people. The receptionist was away from the desk for most of the time I was there. I saw so many people come in wait and then leave because no one attended to them. Terrible walk in clinic honestly

Not reliable with their hours multiple times I have gone and either isn’t open when it says it should be is opening later than it should be or closes early

I went just as the office opened and was seen within 10 minutes. Everybody was friendly and accommodating. I would go again.

I've been before and check the website hours before leaving.took my unwell 2 year old through the cold to arrive to a locked up and closed clinic! What's the point of having posted hours when you don't obey by them or even post on the website of the change? Ridiculous!

Dr Tom Durcan is the best doctor. I have ever had. Thank God he is still practicing there during his retirement!:) We need.more old.school doctors like this.

I just had a spir of the moment visit to this location due to a terrible swelling in my glands that was causing concern. The doctor saw me almost immediately (yes I understand that may be due to my timing). The doctor was very easy to talk to and made relaying my concerns a very nice and efficient process, providing me with piece of mind and good direction. I would highly recommend anyone that has any concerns visit this clinic. Thanks again!

1 star because there is no 0. My daughter has strepthroat and went 35 min before they close and they didnt receive me. I hate this service they provide.

Wait time wasn't that bad, receptionist was very nice to me and explained everything thoroughly, doctor was good, took me seriously and gave me a prescription for anti inflammation for my back injury. Pharmacy in the place was good, pharmacists were very nice and explained everything well. I think the reason this place receives negative reviews is because people tend to be frustrated when they're sick or injured. All around I would give this place 5 stars, and would go back again if needed.

Visited during lunch break on Friday, receptionist was polite and efficient. I was able to see the doctor right away. Dr. THOMAS was very kind and nice. Overall, very good experience!

Absolutely a waste of your time, unofficial hours- very poorly trained/qualified staff. Never have I not had a waiting issue (ps first come first serve is NOT their policy) and receptionist are always rude. I went in with an ear infection was told by the doctor on duty it was literally stress and to take advil and i was like really even with this stuff leaking out of it? Went back a week later to a nee doctor and infection had gotten so bad i had a tiny hole in my ear drum and needed to buy very expensive antibiotics was told if I had waited longer i would have needed surgery.

I couldn’t believe how quickly I was seen. The doctor was very nice and got me all fixed up. I would definitely use this clinic again.

Wasted my time they don't even know there own policies made me drive from the other side of town for no reason

Absolutely trash.
The wait time is forever even if there's no one there, the don't know what they are doing and you get no medical advise.

Example, I had something on my eye, dumb a** couldn't even see it. She's like "what are you talking about? " and I said "this big pimple like thing RIGHT HERE on my eyelid". She's like "no I don't see anything you're fine". We went back and fourth until she was like "oh this. No you're fine its not cancer". Well I know it's not cancer! Oh my god, I just want to get rid of it! "Is there anything I can take like, antibiotics or cream? " She said "no. I'm not touching it.it's not cancer your fine. " Then I said "I know, but can I still remove it some how? Its very irritating. We were thinking it's just a stye, but it's been here for about four months. " Then she said "no it's a cyst.it can stay there. Not cancer".
You mean to tell me I wait two hours for you to argue with me for three minutes? Useless.

Don't waste your time here, if you need a walk in clinic, go somewhere else.
