I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Vanteen and the office manager, Karima. Their customer service was top-notch, and the dental work was excellent. Dr. Vanteen's expertise put me at ease, and Karima's efficiency made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this dental practice!

I had a great experience with Dr. Shamoun at Burloak Centre Dentistry. She was attentive, thorough, and patient throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly and calmly. She made me feel comfortable and confident in her skills and expertise. The dentist office experience just doesn't get any better. I (like many) have always disliked (and even avoided) the dentist, but here I actually enjoy it. They performed a completely painless difficult extraction of 2 teeth inside of 1 hour - unbelievable. I could go on and on (because they promised me a free cleaning if I gave them 5 stars - joking) raving about their professionalism and will update this recommendation when I have time. Karima is an excellent treatment coordinator but I have yet to receive treatment from any staff member who wasn't a delight. Just go an see for yourself.

There are many dentists to work with - but only ONE Dr. Aly! In searching for a new dentist after mine retired, I was recommended to him. I arrived with sudden multiple issues in my mouth, and Dr. Aly took control of the situation right away. He astutely identified the options and recommended and explained every step of a complex double bridge spanning 7 plus teeth. He did a temporary bridge for me to travel in, and the final finished product is perfection in every way. He gave the most comfortable, stable and new lease of life to my entire bottom jaw, with minimal pain during and after the work was complete. Dr Aly is the ultimate professional with a personality that seeks to help - he assesses your entire mouth as a single functioning unit - only a rare dentist can do this. His understanding and hands-on nature, combined with a skill level gained in different countries and some tough circumstances means he is a dentist, surgeon and specialist all in one. He works with you and inspires confidence in his patients and is so happy when it all turns out the usual 100! Dr. Aly thank you - you have another patient for life!

No need to fear going to the dentist anymore! Burloak Dentistry is beyond one of the best dentist I have ever been to. I have been going for 7 years and the professionalism hasn’t changed. Caitlin, Karima, and Dr. Tuli are absolutely amazing. Warm atmosphere, caring, gentle hygienists, easy insurance submission upon leaving. Highly highly recommended!

I saw Dr. Aly today for the second time in the past two weeks! Both times I’ve had amazing results and a super comfortable process! The first time he opened up a very last minute appointment for me for an emergency tooth repair, and the second time for a cosmetic fix. Both experiences left me super pleased with the work he did!

I have been with Burloak Centre Dentistry for close to 3 years. All my past experience have been pleasant and efficient (I had routine cleanings, dental x-rays, and two dental fillings done here).

My most recent visit involved removing three (3) wisdom teeth - two impacted - with Dr. Mohamed Tohamy (Dr. Aly) and his assistant Ruby.

I made the terrible mistake of watching videos of the extraction procedure on Youtube ahead of time. I was a nervous nelly heading into the procedure.

Nonetheless, Dr. Aly gave me the "VIP" treatment by testing my sensations of discomfort and pain in my gums. He gave me extra anesthetics in my gums where I felt discomfort. As a result, I felt no pain, soreness, or discomfort during the whole procedure.

My wisdom teeth extraction was also not an easy procedure. My wisdom teeth had grown awkwardly inward close to the nerves, two were slanted at an odd angle. Each had deep roots. One was stuck/locked behind my second molar on my lower jaw.

Dr. Aly and Ruby skillfully sectioned off my stuck wisdom tooth, removed it, along with my other two awkwardly-positioned wisdom teeth. They were tremendously gentle and only did what was necessary to remove the teeth to accelerate the healing process.

Overall, I strongly recommend Dr. Aly and Ruby for their patience, skills, and experience. I want to thank Dr. Aly and Ruby for their hard work and dedication to dentistry. 11/10 I would recommend having your wisdom teeth removed at Burloak Centre Dentistry. You are in good hands here.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Aly and Jessica and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I was so nervous and it went so seamlessly and he spent time to make sure I understood the process and what to expect after.

If I could give over a 5 star review I would! When you initially enter the office you are greeted by hard working and dedicated receptionists who care very much for each and every patient. These ladies are very busy every moment they are in the office, making sure every patient is satisfied and greatly cared for!
I am absolutely terrified of the dentist office, and of having any type of dental procedure. The office was made well aware of this when I became a patient about 1.5 years ago. These ladies at the front desk have worked effortlessly to make my time in the office as comfortable as possible.
About 3 weeks ago I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, and as you can imagine (being terrified and all) I walked into the office with tears in my eyes. The entire staff was by my side the entire time making me feel calm and safe in their hands. Both my dentist and his assistant were aware of my fears and carefully listened to all my requests and answered every single question I had. They were kind and extremely patient. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so safe!
This being said.for 5 days AFTER my procedure these LOVELY ladies called me to check up on me and make sure I was as comfortable as possible at home knowing that I has been so nervous going in.
For all my check ups, my dentist listed to all my irrational fears about healing etc.and found ways to ease my mind and again answer all of my questions. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and patience when it comes to me!
Thank you Burloak Centre Dentistry for making me feel so comfortable and safe in an environment that Is terrifying to me!
P. S. A: I do not name anyone in specific because the office as a WHOLE is amazing. And EVERYONE deserves recognition for their work.

I visited Dr. Aly based on a recommendation from my sister who had recently had a tooth extracted. I was dealing with a bad absessed tooth and went into the office thinking I would need the tooth removed. I deal with dental fear and once Dr. Aly and Angela knew I was anxious, they did their best to calm my nerves and talk me through the entire process. My tooth was saved via root canal. It was my first root canal and I was comfortable for most of the procedure and they kept me calm and collected. I know my teeth need work but thanks to Dr. Aly, I'm confident I'm in good hands.

I don’t usually rate services, but I made this account specifically for rating the clinic and doctor Aly. Excellent.

First time visiting Burloak Centre Dentistry (June 2021). This review is specifically for a sports mouth guard for my 7 year old. Total cost $275 (completely fine with the cost). When I shared my experience with our Pediatric Dentist, he commented he would've referred me to an Orthodontist who would not have taken advantage of overcharging (knowing kids would be returning for a new mouth guard more frequently.it is actually a fraction of what I paid). I got taken, I accept that, in the end I just wanted to ensure my son had a mouth guard for sports camps.

That being said, in preparation for our appointment I was upfront and open about my son's current Pediatric Dentist including history (no cavities) and the monitoring of his incoming albeit crooked teeth. Everything was noted prior to our appointment. Despite having the patient info in advance, it's as though the Dentist at Burloak Centre Dentistry didn't even read why we were coming. I had to patiently listen for approx. 15 min on how their practice has an in-house orthodontist and how their healthy smiles program would be a good fit for my son. I actually had to interrupt the "sales pitch" and explain that we are only visiting to have a Proform sports mouth guard made and are quite aware of my son's current overcrowding as we're monitoring it with our Pediatric Dentist. Impression was finally completed and we were on our way.

What's worse, when we were notified to come pick up the mouth guard we were told a fitting would take place (should take 10 min max). However, upon arrival reception informed me my son didn't need to see anyone to ensure it fit properly. They handed the custom sports mouth guard to me in a zip lock bag with a blue post-it note inside. We didn't even receive a protective case to go with the mouth guard (there's professionalism for you!). I thought that was strange and asked if I could use their washroom to confirm if it does indeed fit my son well. I was told it's not current policy to let patients use restrooms, but the receptionist agreed so long as I cleaned the areas I used with gloves and sanitization wipes. I take my son to the bathroom and guess what.the sanitization wipes container is empty. I politely asked for a new container which was provided. Finally, back inside the bathroom, I removed the mouth guard from the impression mould inside the zip lock bag and have my son place it in his mouth (because the bathroom is the most sanitary place to try on a mouth guard right? !). It fit well. I then put on the rubber gloves provided by reception and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom for Burloak Centre Dentistry and we left.

I'm being kind leaving two stars for the overall experience I received for such a simple appointment/experience. I'm still considering if I should post a photo of the zip lock bag containing our $275 mouth guard and a photo of our invoice (which didn't spell my son's name correctly either).

Would I recommend Burloak Centre Dentistry. No.

The team at Burloak Centre Dentistry is 5 Star+. As illustrated in my recent appointments. We recently had a dental emergency, my son had a horrific accident at the skate park, he severed one of his front teeth, significantly chipped the other one, and loosened other teeth. When I called the office at 9: 00am, Caitlin arranged to have him seen immediately by Dr. Ali. Dr. Ali prioritized his treatment and calmly & confidently worked to stabilize his teeth, reattached the severed tooth and tried his best to do anything he could to save the injured teeth. The team and Dr. Ali’s excellent bedside manner kept everyone calm, especially my 13 year old son. The follow-up appointment revealed that Dr. Ali’s treatment plan was successful; none of the damaged teeth died, chipped teeth were repaired, severed tooth has been reinforced. You wouldn’t be able to tell how badly the teeth were damaged by looking at my son today. The team is always great, but in this instance they went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was taken care of. Dr. Ali thank you and the team for saving his smile!

Dr. Tuli and her team works hard to ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service. I have been a client for the last few years and recently completed Invisalign treatment during COVID. The team was great in keeping everyone safe during multiple visits. Thank you Dr. Tuli and team.

I have been going to this dental clinic for about 6 years now. Dr. Tuli and her staff are amazing. I always feel comfortable and secure in their environment. Last August (2020) I had Invisalign installed to help straighten my teeth. I am 68 years old and never thought i needed to have my teeth straightened but was I ever mistaken. My teeth look amazing now and the process was utterly painless and very convenient. Unlike braces, Invisalign can be removed to eat so it does not limit your choices. They are easy to remove, put back in and to keep clean and also and most importantly as the name implies, they are pretty much invisible. To Dr. Tuli and her entire staff.you know who you are, thank you for everything you do and have done to help me keep my dental health an easy and convenient process. Jackie Hughes

I started coming to this dental office last year and I have nothing but good things to say. They take great care of their patients, and everyone here is super friendly!

My family and I are new to Burloak Centre Dentristry and our experience with everyone there is amazing. All the ladies at the front desk are very professional, organized and friendly. Dr. Pahwa made us all feel comfortable and has been exceptional in the care he has provided us, along with the other dental staff.

Everyone is so nice and I felt very well taken care of. They are also quick, efficient and thorough. Makes the whole dentist experience very comfortable.

This is by far the best dental office I had ever encountered, I havent been to the dentist for a couple of years after my old dentistry in Brampton. This is by far the best and most professional dentistry to date. If you get the chance in visiting, please please ask for Karima Fahmy, she is so understanding and helpful. For the first time I'm looking to have my braces done, and they took their time with me and gave me options, which a lot of dental office does not do (based on my own past experience). You will not regret joining up with this dentistry.

I went to Burloak Centre Dentistry few weeks ago with my son for his ortho treatment I met the manger Karima she’s very rude and unprofessional she was gossiping with other co-workers and I overheard her also I could smell a stinky breath as if she just smoked and walked into the consult room while she was discussing the payment with me dental offices are suppose to be an clean environment it is highly recommended that Dr. Tuli and Dr. Haroun shall replace the manger my experience was not so great I do not recommend this dental office to anyone reading these reviews until the manger is changed she is so disrespectful she has no manners

Karima the Office Manager was so accommodating on the phone and fit me right in within hours not having been a patient of there’s before I was so impressed with there level of care and service. This has lead me to be a loyal patient of there’s coming in for my regular cleanings through Stephanie who I cannot thank enough for all your patience and guiding me to the proper way to take care of my oral health.
