The best Veterinary office. We have been going there for over 35 years.
Recently we had to put our sweet Olivia to sleep after almost 17.5 years.
While it was one of the hardest moments of our lives they made it so comfortable for all of us. They gave us reassurance, time and patience during the difficult transition. They let us say our long goodbye while we held her as she closed her eyes. There was nothing more comforting in knowing that she was at peace and wasn't suffering anymore. Thank you to all the amazing staff for all off your hard and loving work. You are so greatly appreciated

Hands down the best vet I have ever been too! I came across them 6 years ago in an emergency situation they took me in with no appointments and no hesitation & ended up
saving my Rambo’s life <3 all of my dogs absolutely love every single member of the team! It feels like family when you walk in the door - one of their vets had even driven me home after a taxi refused me in the winter months after my dog had a surgery. Thank you for all you do.

Wonderful clinic! The clinic is clean, nice and located near Squareone. All staffs are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Doctor takes care of my cat well. As long as you book the appointment, you dont need to wait so long.

By far the most caring staff of any vet we've been to. Not only are we happy with the service provided to Luna but she is one happy puppy going to the vet. Runs straight from the car to the door. They have taken care of her even in an emergency situation with no appointment, recurved frequent updates and she was constantly monitored. A bit pricier than other vet clinic but they will definitely give you the quality of care that you pay for. Highly recommend.

All the vets are amazing.special call-out to Dr. M McPhee. But everyone is attentive and kind. They take time to walk you through any questions you have and never rush you.

Dr Kristin was amazing, alongside the staff and the welcome greeter kitties. So informative and personable. Does not try to price gouge!

It's clean, fast and centrally located. Staff are warm + welcoming, I had the best experiences with Dr. Agius. They treat pets like VIPs and do the cutest appointment summaries, but I agree with reviews that it's pricier than surrounding clinics, especially neutering.

Dr. Toner, although great with animals, needs sensitivity training. After emptying my bank account in one appointment, I was crying and she dismissed me by saying SHE lives cheque-to-cheque (a veterinarian saying this to a minimum wage student) She followed me out of the exam room to call me rude and also complained about me loudly to staff in the back. The receptionist was the one to give information regarding my pets new medication.

I prefer vets who at least pretend to have sympathy for their customers. First time a doctor has ever tried to convince me they're broke. I wont be returning due to this experience + the inflated pricing.

1st impression makes a difference and that was what we experienced. The office was clean, the staff and veterinarian doctors were amazing!

All my questions were answered and I was put to ease being a 1st time puppy owner. My little puppy Merlot was well taking care off as she received her 1st needles.

Within days, I received summaries of samples tests and recommendations on how to continue to care for Merlot.

My family has this veterinarian for the family pets.was here on a vacation and my MAS got a tack and I called them and not a worry. They took good care of Leah and made a file. She came out no anxiety and if she had a tail would have been wagging it.

They charged for a cat cone multiple times. I had to bring my cat back becuz of the bladder stone blockage, he kept pushing the tube they inserted and they said it wasn't a emergency. Ended up spending 5k over 4 days! Cuz he kept pushing the tube out and then they finally pushed his surgery to a closer date. But the pain and suffering my cat had to go through, every time I brought him back to the vet. And now i realize they kept swiping me card for things like the cat cone. And they were nice cones 20.00 each. And the vet clinic never gave the cat cones I had already payed for back. I should of asked for them back. But bad experience. Bad vets from 2018. I went back to my original vet thank the lord! My pets are happy and healthy.

Took my bunny to get spayed here. The price was a bit higher but still reasonable. I feel very satisfied with the quality of care. You can tell this place genuinely cares about the animals that come in.
