This place used to be really good been going for years as I live close by the staff used to be the friendliest staff now they are alittle confused and some rude they messed up on my order so they put me in the “black book” only when I placed a new order that I assumed would be compensated they tried to say I got a free guacamole only even though that was not the only thing missing from my order the first time these owners have to be careful who they hire your staff can make you or break you. Ended up getting it compensated just for this order to be missing a bunch of things I asked for as well couldn’t be bothered to call back again just probably won’t go back best way to make your voice heard is with your wallet too bad used to think this was the best location in the city. Sad to say my partner didn’t listen and ordered food for the same thing to happen to his order as well.

Their payment processing machine is horrible as it wouldn't allow me to select 'No tip' option on couple occasions. The wait is horribly long especially around lunch hour. And the staff aren't helpful at providing good customer service

Took a while to prepare my burrito. The chicken in it tasted a little funny. Usually pretty good, but this time it seemed off.

I use to love this location because I’m a 20 minutes walk from them. But I’m not sure what happened over the past year, almost every time I place an order (and I order at least once a week) they mess up the order. Whether I order through skip the dishes or in person, they still mess up the order. I understand they are a busy location but that isn’t a reason for forgetting or adding items to people’s orders. They aren’t able to follow simple instructions! It’s really disappointing.

Probably one of the better burritos in the area. Every time I visit this location, though, I have an extraordinary experience. Their walls are matted with awards, and it shows in their quality. Definitely plan on returning multiple times in the future. Thanks burrito Boyz!

This place is pretty bad. Two chances - two fails. First time, ordered a steak burrito ended up with chicken. Had to walk back 10 minutes, not even an apology. Second time, ordered some food after waiting for 10 minutes, inquired about our order as people that came in after us were getting their orders. The guy nonchalantly says somebody else got your order, followed by silence. So my wife asks are you going to make us another order. He replies in 5 minutes. As we were in a rush to pick up our daughter we couldn’t wait for him to start making another order in 5 minutes. Asked for a refund, it took them 10 minutes to issue a refund. Definitely won’t be back.

Consistently great burritos. Nice online ordering system to put in your pickup order. Saves a lot of time. Staff are very friendly

Ordered online on the App for takeout, didn't added any cutlery, napkins & drinks in the bag, had to return two times to get all the things, order was a complete mess with sauces leaking from the box.

Got a pulled pork burrito. The meat was delicious but felt that other toppings ended up being too mushy which made it hard to taste the ingredients. Had to wait 30 minutes for a simple burrito of which almost all ingredients are prepped, no need to take that long more so since it wasn't that busy. I asked for them to cut the burrito in half which they couldn't do, if that's their policy then I can get behind it but overall not a great experience. Would prefer burrito bandidos over this any day.

Restaurant with disrespectful and rude employees.they can make fun of you by making you wait for an hour and then saying "you can cancel your order" after an hour.
I will never go again.

We always go here for takeout. If you’ve ever been to this burrito boyz, you certainly know its the best. Great food, good service, good location.

I had a naked steak burrito bowl and it was delicious. I forgot to take a photo but just know it was delicious.

Great place for a cheap eat with friends in the Port Credit area. Usually get their burritos but recently they added tacos which was a nice new touch. Their tacos come fully loaded and are practically exploding with yum. Even though it's pretty much a shack, their food is always fresh and really good.

Not happy with this visit. Placed online order and they only started making it when I arrived 22 mintues later. Place was empty. What was the point of ordering online?

I like this location, one of the original ones.the staff is nice and everything is well made and cooked to perfect, they don't cheap out on content like the rest of the locations.a bit challenging to park in the area but that's pretty much all the stores.even orders on the phone they are very good with and when you arrive your order is pretty much ready.my favorite is the shrimp

Delicious gluten free burrito, soft and does not fall apart. Tried the sweet potato for the first time it was a great vegetarian alternative. Excellent service, great music playing.

Very small, very good burrito boys location. Definitely plan on taking it to go. Walkable to all the nicest parts of Port Credit.

Food is good and staff are friendly but ordering is always a chaotic experience, no matter if you call ahead. The side door opens right in front of the cash register and people constantly wander in thinking they're at the front of the line. The only way to prevent this is to crowd the person at the front of the line, thereby blocking the entrance entirely, or forcing people to cram into the corner after using it. I would bet that this door has caused a fair share of altercations on weekend nights.

Fresh and super tasty! One of the better location of Burrito Boyz and I think I have tried them all.

Favourite place to eat during high school years along with dominoes pizza. Went back recently and it's still amazing. It is tiny though so don't expect to eat in. However there is a nice park closeby where you can enjoy your burrito

Use to be a fan but it has been getting expensive to go there.for example you pay extra for guacamole all of a sudden. And really it is not even good or tasty guacamole.

And everything just tastes the same.so don’t go there anymore.

Consistency and freshness are hard to maintain as you branch out and get more popular. I've been going to BBz for over a decade and when I went today with my neice and daughter not a piece of rice was left on the plate, delicious from first bite to the last. Keep doing your thing BBz.

LOVE Burrito Boyz. This location is super small but the staff was super nice. The girl making/putting together our food was awesome. She took my order and instructions on how I wanted my stuff made to the T - was generous with the amount of stuff she put on my burrito - and was kind and polite and overall great service. It is a bit pricey for 6 little shrimp in my burrito bowl but now I know not to order that again! LOL.good stuff overall. Tasty food.

I love Burrito Boyz. Good staff, good food and I love there hot sauce. This location is in a great spot with in the middle of Mississauga lakeshore. Best in summer ;)

Glad to have this location close to me, but I can never sell out my fave location on Stavebank and Lakeshore, tho they are probably thankful for the Winston and Dundas location as well, since they're always rammed.

I like this place a lot. Really good and filling. Have to wonder how the heck someone can eat a large burrito from here though. The small was freakin huge. Utterly stuffed after finishing it. Staff was super friendly. Really busy at lunch on the weekdays I went though so budget time. Little pricey for what's supposed to be cheap mexican fast food. Having said that, it's really tasty and very filling so maybe not. Worth trying if you've never been and I intend to keep going (which is I think the best thing you can say for an eatery).

The food is great but the location is too small and wait times are very long. Many more food option available in the area that dont take as long to serve you. Sorry guys, as much as I love your food, my time is much more valuable.

My son's favorite place. He said this is the only Burrito place he wants to come back again and again.

The burrito that you can find in Toronto. Better then mucho burrito. Service sometimes might get a little bad but food has always been amazing.

Great food! Absolute best burritos in Mississauga! Only issue is the inside has only 2-4 seats and it's on a small counter as a table - good for takeout

Great Burrito. I had had so many of them I need to take a break but will be back. Sometimes the employees can seem a little standoffish and impersonal but I think it’s just the the vibe of the place, kinda like getting a cheese streak at those places in Philly. Really I recommend getting the small size, there is just too many calories in the regular, unless you want to pack on some pounds!

I come to your location almost weekly and it has always been such a pleasure, I always swear by your burritos! I just wanted to point out what I experiences last night and I was blown away.of course all of your employess are very cheerful as always, but i saw one of your employees in a cast on her finger and her knee. However, she was very enthusiastic at her job.it is amazing to see that you have employess who are still injured but continue to do thier job with charisma and that shows great work ethic and persistence.this is why i love this location! You guys by far have the best employess and atmosphere.this has been and continues to be the best location out of all Burrito Boys! P. S.my burrito was a work of perfection again last night. 5 out of5 stars.

21 mins to complete an order that was ready when I walked in the door, then just before being bagged and handed to me, was taken away to be remade, for reasons that were explained away by a disrespectful juvenile with a blatant and lame lie. If that's the kind of service you're willing to accept in exchange for your hard-earned money, then this is the place for you.
