This location has greatly improved since 2021.the new staff has excellent customer service.they greet you immediately as you walk in.the food has also gone back up in quality.just as good as other locations, if not better.

Great place for Maxican food. They got best nachos specially the stake one which I ordered and the calamari bites was tasty and with the great value for food.

Have been coming here for lunch now for a few months and am always greeted by Prabhjot & Kunal who couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

They are great additions to the team and wonderful first point of contacts for the business.

The burritos are made fresh with quality ingredients, perfectly toasted and made with care (every time).

Lots of lunch choices around but I will continue to come and see Prabhjot & Kunal from Dixie Burrito Boyz!

Been going to burrito boys since their port credit location opened up and they have been my favourite burrito place. I've moved to Alberta since 2017 and its the first thing I get when i get off the plane and visit Mississauga. I just had my steak burrito from this location and I was shocked how much it has changed. It was so tiny, like half the size I remember and tasted no where near what it used to. I was super disappointed. Maybe its just this franchise, but ive been to this location multiple times in the past and its always been amazing.

Amazing experience! You should skip several meals before visiting this amazing restaurant. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes.

PS - Jasmine the owner of this Fine Mexican Burritos is completely well trained and knows exactly how to deal with her customers and always makes sure to deliver the best food every time. I would never regret to eat my regular Soy Naked Bowl from this place for next 5 years.

Best service ever, walked in for the last min before closing time, and they were so patient and they gave us a great food

It was my first time at this burrito boyz location and I was very impressed! All the staff yesterday night were very attentive and greeted me promptly as soon as I entered and they directed me right away (nicely) on where to order. I’ve had a lot of issues with the other locations in Mississauga and Brampton due to the poor quality items they’ve served me over the last few years ie.veggies not fresh, too little portions, weird smell on their seafood, everything too mushy…I’ve completely given up on this brand until I had a craving for burritos last night and they were nearby.
I’m so glad this location reminded me of why burrito boyz was my go to place for yummy burritos back in the day. Will definitely return!

The best service by all three of the reps.
They were really professional and friendly and helped me with my issue even though issue was not from their side. I recommend this place for a quality dine in experience.

Great burrito and customer service! These folks really know how to seal a good burrito so the sauce stays within and doesn’t make a mess. Also everyone try their in-house made chips!

The most consistent Burrito Boyz restoraunt I have found so far, never disappoints. Others I tried have been hit or miss.

Regularly order from this location. They're always friendly, professional and prompt with their service.

I had to leave with no food. Couldn't place an order because the woman intentionally kept saying my phone number wrong. Put 3 instead of 8 after four attempts. Very different sounding numbers. The discrimination and hate towards me was strong.

Our closest BBZ location. We always pick up. Orders always ready on time and correct. Sometimes order for a gluten intolerant vegan and no issues. They're always pleasant when I pick up.

Good burrito boyz experience, mind you I’m a bigger fan of a different burrito chain out there that I find the chicken tastes better but this one was a huge location, and very clean. Lots of space for a huge group for sure, and friendly staff.

Update 06-13: The staff contacted me for the mishap below and was very pleased with the customer support. I decided to try my luck and go once more and was happy with the prompt reply, quick (as always) and fresh preparedness of the food. They even remembered my name and ensured we liked the food. The food here never disappoints and I am glad they are back in action. Kudos to Karan (manager) and his team at this location for rectifying the issue and reaching out to their customers to make things right!

05/24 - Placed a 3 item order and had to wait 45 minutes to get it. The staff had zero communication internally and were just scrambling and throwing things into the Tortilla to make it quick. The text message for order is ready, was 2 hours late. Don't waste your time. Go to Chipotle across the street.

Still order was missing extra $10 of charge items. When complained they put $10 on the counter. Asked fot remake and not cash.
When remaking attendant added 90% onions as by now they were about to close. When I asked for burrito to be made properly now attendant tells me they are doing me a favor to make burrito at closing time. After I refuse to accept this replacement they say now they will take out condiments for me. A young 20 year old come to the front and tells me I am being belligerent with cashiers and that he as the owner is not going to serve me. Starts telling me that I am swearing at the staff which is absolutely not true. I began to record interaction and then finally they went ahead and completed my order.

My go to Burrito Boyz location!
Been going here for the past 2 years and the previous employees were decent with preparing my orders, but the new employees have really taken my orders up a notch!

These new employees really give you decent portions and they listen to the instructions (I like my naked burritos extra saucey and they do just that as you can see!).

I love their shrimp burrito and shrimp quesadilla. You won’t be disappointed with the size of the shrimp. Service is fast too. Definitely my go to place for burritos and quesadillas.

I used to come here frequently and the service and food was made top notch, but after my recent visit I know for sure that something has changed. They skimped on all the usual topping (beans, avocado, sauces etc) and the chicken was much too cool for my liking. Portion sizing was much less than every other time I've gone. My go to was the naked chicken, but now I doubt if I'll keep going. I'll give it one more chance and update my review.

I came here while in the area and their burritos were really good. They took the time to prepare it will and asked which toppings I wanted whereas some other places I've been to haven't done that.

This place has gone downhill.new staff doesn't know how to keep food consistent quality.and the online ordering has been down for months.do yourself a favor and go to another location.not worth your time or money.

Love this place. I always call ahead to place my order so it’s ready by the time I get there. I’m not a huge fan of their bowls. Their tacos are horrible. But I LOVE their burritos. Shrimp & Steak is my go to item!

Decent service and good food. This isn’t a popular location, so it’s pretty much empty even during the rush hour. There’s a lot of parking spots, and there are also a ton of different stores at the same plaza in case you need those.

Excellent food.the place offers halal food, a good business strategy to get the business from the muslim community as well.

Honestly when you come here you expect to get fed, what I got was an appetizer portion. I have heard rumours about this place being stingy with ingredients but decided to give them chance. Well those rumours are true. The portions given should be a full scoop of each item but sadly each time it was half full. I normally don't even right reviews but this just made me mad. It wasn't busy, there was more then enough food in each bucket, Its just sad that businesses try and skimp on food just to make more money at the expense of its customers.

Very disappointed with very poor service.  Ordered at approximately 1: 09PM in store.  My number (51) was called relatively quickly and I had the requested toppings added on my large chicken burrito.  At approximately 1: 25PM the staff finally realized that they had lost my order.  They offered to make another one for me, however their service was far too slow and I  had already wasted most or my lunch break.  I requested a refund.  No apology was given until I specifically pointed that out while I was given my money back.  The woman who returned  my payment kept the receipt.  I should have kept it.  I have been to this location many many times.  Today the service was extremely poor.  I will not be returning anytime soon. Had they at least offered an apology or been sincere about the mistake, then I'm sure I would not have left upset.

Made a mobile order for this location. Got their and my food was made and ready for me. Took it to go and got to work to eat it only to find a 3 inch piece of metal in my burrito! Went back and they gave me my money back saying it was apart of what they use for cutting the chicken or something. I almost broke my tooth biting into that. I just don't understand how you can miss something that big in someone's food. Very unhygienic and negligent behaviour.

We went there at 4pm to order take out nobody is in the restaurant. And yet cashier has no patient at all as if he has somewhere important to be. Won’t be going there again.

Past few weeks I've found myself consistently going back to this burrito boyz instead of the other restaurantsv (and there are plenty) in that plaza and every time I go it never disappoints. The food is always great, the staff is fantastic and the price is awesome! Would definitely recommend

This is one of my boyfriend and I's favourite fast food chains! We are regular customers here. This location has great customer service and there food is always fresh and tasty. Hope the service never changes!

This is definitely the worst burrito boyz I’ve ever been to and I love burrito boys took over 20 min to make my order when there was only 4 people ahead of me never coming to this location again

Delicious food and casual ambiance at a good price. This is the only location that serves halal chicken in their menu as well!

My go-to place every time I crave soft shell tacos for lunch. Their portions are filling and the steak is not bland compared to other locations I've been at.

I went two times to these store food is good.
But very bad customer service. Staffs are behaving like we buying food for free.

I went to store on friday and i got very good service from staff but the reason for the one star is the sitting area it was very cold. U guys need to fix the temp. Bcoz it is difficult to sit over there and have food.

HALAL burrito boyz! The chicken at this location is halal! Very good tasting food! The naked burrito bowl is delicious, just wish the servers were a little more generous with their serving. Well kept, clean place and friendly staff. Last time i went there my friend and i ordered extra chicken (and paid extra money for it) but didn’t get any extra chicken. Quite disappointing.

This Burrito Boyz restaurant is pretty big and nice cleanliness and staff is friendly and nice... I would like to say please come here and you can enjoy your time with family or friends or loved ones... Pretty big...

I’ve been eating at burrito boyz for a very long time. This is less a review about the location and more about the menu. The Tacos.they use the gluten free corn tortillas no matter what if you can eat gluten or not. And they double them up because they’re terrible and fall apart the moment you pick them up. Dry as hell and taste terrible. I love the taco idea but it’s ruined by the tortillas.

Prices were very reasonable and the burritos were excellent. Each one seemed to weigh 5 pounds! Watch out for their hot sauce. I love spicy food but this hot sauce is very hot. You were warned.
