The store on centennial was amazing all around.the staff and the food. The store downtown on king and John wasn't as good.the food was good but cold when it was supposed to be hot and the staff weren't as outgoing as the staff on centennial
Problem making online orders to downtown location. You cannot avoid the STUPID BICYCLE GUYS who take 40 minutes to deliver something that is 5 minutes away.
Fresh food for a reasonable price. I got a naked steak burrito. All toppings. Add guac because you have to! Overall good and I get two meals out of it.
Also got a side box of chips which are crunchy and salty. Comes with choice of dipping sauce.
Restaurant feels dead, I always have takeout. I've never eaten in at the restaurant.
Worst food ever. You don’t get the food quantity as per you pay. Also the employees there doesn’t even greet you. Very low service. Cleanliness I would give them zero
Burrito boys is easily my go to burrito place in the city. They are always consistent so you can count on a good meal, and they have the widest variety of fillings and toppings, so the menu is never boring.
Amazing restaurant. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who wants to experience good taste. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Highly recommend.
I used to love this place. Was my go to everytime I wanted to order food. Lately every time me or my family ordered taste wasn't there as it was before. Size they still the same but the quality isn't. It is sad to see this once great place to eat fall. Today ordered some food for my family, the order was very soggy my burrito fell completely apart meet had no flavor I ordered spicy tasted like they didn't put any hot sauce. Very disappointed. It was like this the last couple of times always thinking it was a one-off, but I think this is the last time I'll be ordering from Burrito Boyz. Sorry not sorry.
It isn’t as good as it was when it opened but still the best burrito place around IMO. I wish they woke bring back whole black beans they were my favorite.
You can a massive burrito here for less than 10 dollars and you will DEFINITELY be full and satisfied. I haven't actually tried too much of their other food other than their burritos but if a big ol burrito is what you are shooting for hungerwise than this place will not disappoint. It had been my burrito go to for years now.
Food was good and you get alot. I ordered a large shrimp burrito. It was the 1ST time I had got one and ill definitely will be getting it again. Like I said I find the burritos huge and its a good price for what you get
Always a fan but did not like what they did to my order today. Filled the box with lettuce and tiny haddock pieces. Please don’t do this to repeat clients
Good place to eat spicy meals, good staff, welcoming atmosphere. I’d issues with the online or takeout order they frequently made mistakes in my burrito, But when they make burrito in front of you it’s totally awesome.
Very disappointed in my nachos today. No beans and my cheese is not melted. Who serves cold nachos like this? I called and requested an explanation and they said I didn’t ask for queso so thats how its made. Unacceptable!
Eaten here before and it’s been good, but today’s burrito was a soupy grose mess that was impossible to eat without a bowl and spoon. It’ll be a while before I visit this location again.
Used to love ordering from here- especially for the large portions. My last order was less than half the size, just a snack for 12$. Wont be ordering again.
It’s fine - it’s a boatload of food that tastes okay served by people who are skirting by on reputation. If you get it delivered you will get something, it will be alright, it may not be spicy if you asked for spicy, or they might add rice if you said don’t add rice. It may not be what you wanted, however it will reek of the stench of your uncle who never cared about anything. No one dislikes a ton of food, and it’s hard to admit that a place can start to suck after a while, so here we are.
This place is very rude to me and told me they are going to report me and they did and also gave me a bad review.claimed I messed up but they are the ones that packed the food and what not but I guess it’s always the drivers fault.
Please do not order from this location. Bought a Burrito from here and ended up in the hospital for food poisoning. Extremely unclean and very unhygienic. Please avoid this place at all cost. Eating here will harm your health.
Normally they're really good, but I'm disappointed in my quesadilla today- it's burnt and all fell apart from lack of cheese, like half of the normal amount. I really hope it was just a bad day and they're not getting skimpy on the toppings!: (
I have a love hate relationship with this place. A naked burrito counts as a salad right? Thier ordering app is the bane of my existence. BUT it gets me ahead in line!
Pretty solid option. I tend to be more adventurous in my selections but the squid is a touch overdone making it rubbery. The other meats are fabulous and the customer service is top notch. A good place to check out for quick serve Mexican. Everything seems pretty high quality for the shop.
Food was terrible. Maybe I'm spoiled because I have eaten both Mexican food from mexico and Tex-mex from Texas. The rice was dry, the chicken was dry. It tasted like a mixed of Arabic food and Mexican food.
Everything was great we got chicken nachos and two steak burritos.except there was no meat at all in mine. I hope whoever got the one I was meant to get wasn't a vegetarian.
Not as good as the Mesa super burrito, but an easier lunch/ to go option. When I worked downtown Toronto the Burrito Boys was lined up out the door every day so we're lucky to have it be less in demand.
I paid 37$ for two burritos and two pops. They were absolutely terrible! The fish tasted 3 weeks old and there was so much sauce out on the burrito it just bust open and was soggy and disgusting. There was no flavour at all it’s like I had soup made from guacamole salsa and old fish it was so gross and I usually love burritos boyz! Please save your money and avoid this location! The ones in Toronto are far better. Even when I said thank you when they handed me my burrito they were so incredibly rude! If you’re in Hamilton and want a good burrito with all in house made sauces go to ole gourmet! It’s 10$ a burrito and just on a different level when it comes to flavours, textures and freshness! I could barely understand the person working at the desk! Being an Indian immigrant I understand it’s important to give everyone a chance but up front should be your person with the best communication skills not someone who is afraid to speak. Such a terrible experience I feel like I got robbed of 37$ I could’ve got 4 actually good burritos at that price at ole gourmet! Shame on you for expecting people to pay for this garbage! Never again. Disgusting
Food is fantastic & staff are wonderful & ALWAYS cheerful plus reasonable prices. I make a trip downtown often to go to Burrito Boys from Dundas, ON to downtown King St East in Hamilton because everything about this restaurant is great.
Fresh high quality 'fast' food. Ordered via skip the dishes. The order arrived wrong and I called the restaurant. The guy was so apologetic and sweet. They credited me with a replacement. All good.:)
Always a good choice, love their hours as well. Can be a pain to find parking near them though, but exercise never hurt anyone. Top quality excellent food and ingredients!
Best burritos, with the best toppings. I recommend you get the small, the large burrito basically identical to the small yet your paying more. It can take awhile for you to get your food, but they make it fresh in front of you.
This place is mediocre. The food is good about 75% of the time. Do not order the steak burrito, it looks like mystery meat. My boyfriend ordered it and spit out a chunk of stringy, tough, fatty "meat". I also had the same experience. It felt and tasted nasty. Totally turned us off burrito boysz for a long time. Also, when you order they call your name and you can barely hear them because they have super loud music playing and the employees have to shout (like you would in a club) to call your number. Most of the time you cant hear them over the music so they just skip you and move onto the next person if you dont hear them right away, so you have to wait again to get your order. Oh and the calamari was so greasy the oil burned my mouth when I bit into it because the oil practically poured into my mouth.
The food was good- I had a GF sweet potato burrito and my husband had a steak quesadilla. Good portions and the flavor was good. The only draw back is finding parking.
Service was friendly and professional and the product was consistent with other Burrito Boyz locations. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating of my dietary restrictions (vegan). Washrooms were clean and spacious, as well as the rest of the restaurant. What I particularly liked about this location is that they have benches across from the cashiers where you can sit down while you wait for your order.
