I love the food in burrito boyz in North York. Taste is amazing and the staff is soo co operating as well.

Hate the new hours. This location was literally one of the best ones for taste. Super friendly staff. If you know the difference btw a soaky burrito and a juicy burrito, you know what i mean. With my work hours, i don’t think i can ever dine at this location again. I wonder how many others like me are out there…

I recently visited this location in Feb 13th and it was a horrible experience. The girl on the table with glasses was so rude and it clearly seemed she didn't want to be there. She was not interested or cared to add veggies to my chicken bowl and the queso Everytime I would ask her if she could add some more veggies she would give me an angry look as if I am asking for food without payment. Usually all locations ensure to add more veggies if you are not getting everything. I love Burrito boyz but this was a horrible experience. I would appreciate if the manager or someone can train this particular girl at this location to be a little polite and friendly. The guys were super polite and helpful but clearly she was unhappy at the job.

Best place in town to have a naked burrito/burrito bowl. The food is tasty, affordable, and worth the price. I've never seen them out of any veges. I go there from time to time and never had any complaints.

Its decent, but talking to staff isn't easy. Might be the English barrier or the masks that made it hard to understand what the staff was saying unfortunately.

Food tasted pretty good, but their mild option was very spicy. Idk if it was the pulled pork or a specific sauce but it was definitely not mild. They didn’t give any napkins with the burrito, which obviously lead to a mess on the table. Once I asked for napkins they gave me brown paper towel which spread the mess more. You have to leave your name and phone number to order. So probably expect them to sell your information.

Its so incredibly delicious. I love burrito bowls and i had been craving a good one for so so long. Had ch*potle and it was absolutely garbage. Burrito boyz never lets me down. For $15ish its absolutely delicious

Love their Burritos here in general but sometimes it seems they come a bit short on the meat unfortunately. The flavour is usually very good but when there is very little meat it kinda dampers the experience.

Update to my previous review. My last 2 visits to this location I have noticed less filling in the Burritos and an increase in price. I have also ordered and paid for guocomole which never seems to find its way into my burrito. My son had the naked pulled pork burrito and there was more of a side salad than lettuce with the rest of the toppings sparingly included. I do understand that businesses have had a hard go of it during Covid but cheating your customers is not a smart way of improving your bottom line. Think its time to spend my money at other vendors in the area.

Clean location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Have been there 3 times now and the burritos are fantastic. The toppings are always fresh and the staff apply proper portions. The only thing I've found is the Chicken in the Chicken Burrito is dry. Other than that, a wonderful place to get a burrito.

I usually dont like to leave negative reviews, but this location failed a very basic concept of first come, first served.
I placed an order online, paid online, and showed up at the requested time for my food.
After I entered the restaurant, I saw around 10 to 15 people waiting in line to place an order, after i told them i had already paid for my order, they told me it would be an additional 5 minutes.

"No worries, you are busy I understand"

I then waited in my car for another 15 minutes, and when I finally went back in to complain about the wait time, I entered the restaurant to see an empty store.

These people decided that it would make more sense to just leave my order to the side and help everyone else in the line before they give me my food. If I hadn't already paid and went inside prior to ask for my food, I wouldnt be so dissatisfied, but the fact that they thought my easy going attitude meant they could simply ignore my order until last is the reason behind this review.

For the record, I couldn't even eat my food because my work break was already over by the time i got back.

Extremely unprofessional service.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Unfortunate. This place used to be great. Within the last 6 months it's been down hill. The new staff makes mistakes every other order, food is burnt and quality and quantity of toppings vary every order.
They lie about giving refunds when they messed up orders and give "credit".
Horrible experience.
Used to buy here regularly. Never again.

Don't walk in. Currently waiting for a quesadilla, 25 min wait soo far. I guess their target market is executives with 2 hr lunches. Never coming back. Still don't have my food btw

Both burrito bowl and wraps were prepared deliciously, I wish Burrito Boyz is in Durham region too.

My wife and I went to this location and ordered a large steak burrito and a small shrimp burrito.
Here is what was wrong with our order:

1. Instead of a shrimp burrito, we found out when we got home that they gave us chicken. We called the location as soon as we found out and they told us "not to worry because they charged us for chicken and not the shrimp" after first trying to blame us saying we ordered the chicken. My wife is pregnant and hungry, and was craving the shrimp burrito after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. When I said we weren't calling because the issue was the money, and that we didn't get the shrimp we ordered, their response was, "oh ok" followed by silence. When I asked how this is going to be rectified, all I heard was mumbling. It was clear that none of the five employees we saw there was capable or even cared to fix the situation. At that point my wife couldn't take the hunger any longer and opted to eat the chicken burrito.

2. The chicken and beef were cooked to oblivion - dry and tasteless. Actually, the chicken had a bitter aftertaste that was not pleasant, probably from charring.

3. We always get a lot of the sauce options on our burritos. Myself, I got the xxx hot sauce. The burritos were dry and tasteless and we could only taste the rice and the lettuce. No flavour whatsoever. It was so bad we could barely get through half of it.

4. The size between small and large is negligible, - when I saw how similar in size they were, I weighed them and the large was only ~70g more. And that was all rice, not beef.

We've been to burrito boyz at different locations for many years and we've always had a good experience. It's sad that the last few, both in-person and through Uber Eats have been abmissmal. Perhaps better training staff and upholding the original quality that many people love might fix this as we're definitely not going back anytime soon, which is truly disappointing to us.

The steak is actually ground beef. My first bite into the burrito I bit down on something hard which turned out to be old dry ground beef. If I hadn't ordered it myself I'd assume the food was from a taco bell. Not worth the price at all.

Understandably prices have gone up but portion sizes have also decreased considerably. The naked burrito was a lot lighter, with a lot more lettuce to make it look full and the calamari bites were a joke with only a handful included. The food still tastes good but is not worth the price. Do not recommend until there are some changes made

Burrito boyz bean burrito have been my go to. I have eaten a lot of these burritos but I still can't get a consistent hang on spiciness. So now I go with mild burrito and hot sauce on side. This model works for me.

Clean, ingredients looked fresh and service was good.
Each member of the team knew thier role and did a fine job at it. E.g The cashier listened and took the order correctly. The "burrito makers" filled the burrito with generous proportions and finally "the burrito folder" folded the large burrito to perfection.
Will be visiting again.

The prices across all Burrito Boyz have increased, but the size/weight of the boxes for the naked burritos at this location have perceptibly decreased compared to another location. I had a naked burrito at the Woodbridge location last week, and I immediately sensed the difference between the two.

Fantastic clean location, fast service, friendly staff. One of the best locations in GTA! Definitely will come back

By far the worst burrito boyz I have ever tried and I gave it a chance several times to see if maybe it was an off day, but no. Portions are not the same as other locations, they skimp on the meat, meat is always dripping in oil cooked and tastes completely different from other locations, burrito sauce tastes literally watered down, guac is always on the verge of expiring, and the vegetables are always soggy. The burritos and quesadillas I have ordered from this location lack flavour and are poorly assembled. Clearly this location has an issue when it comes to its food standards. Very annoying since I have enjoyed burrito boys from other locations. Such a disappointment and waste of money.

Had the haddock bowl, which you won't think that was something they do well, but was really good, fish was perfectly cooked. Will be back again for sure!

The location is very inconvenient to reach and parking too. Very inconvenient to even pick up.
Not to mention that the taste of Burrito wasn't that great anymore.
And yes price went up more than 30% of Bean Burrito in 4 months (post pandemic).

Decent burrito, however, place is hard to get to for pickup, there is nowhere to park. Plus I had to wait outside for 8 minutes in the cold for my food. I get why it in these times, but definitely not a good experience.

Faced really poor customer service and will never recommend to anyone. Person who was making the order put toppings which were not asked and when i requested to fix it firstly she said its mistake made by you while u placed order, then I asked her to double check the toppings i order, instead of being apology she got rude. Like how can you expect this.
Secondly when i asked her to fix it she started taking out the toppings from that burrito, how can you take out each and every small small single piece.
Really disappointed. Sorry to say but at least they should have behaved well so that one can ignore mistakes.

Go to lunch spot around work. Like that they serve tasty and healthy naked burritos. Service is always very quick
