Burrito Boyz

I think I just had the worst burrito of my life. I used to live in Waterloo and the location there is perfect.
The staff were clueless. There was no one else waiting for orders and it took way too long for them to take our orders and make 2 burritos. The proteins in our burritos were reversed. The veg tasted old, everything was dry and it just lacked flavor overall. There was no music or anything playing so the atmosphere wasn’t great either. Definitely never going back to this location.

Real rough experience here on Cinco. I don't entirely blame the crew as they were wildly understaffed for what is arguably the busiest night for burrito's. My order (placed online) was 20 minutes late, the store was full of customers who waited the full 20 minutes with no food coming out of the kitchen. A customer finally just requested a refund because his family was waiting for their dinner.

Our food was undercooked, ill prepared and somehow insanely spicey (despite having asked for the mildest option).

Who ever is managing/overseeing this place, it is really unfair to leave only two staff members to operate on such a busy day.

I used to have fond memories of the Burrito Boyz in Waterloo, but this was really an unfortunate situation.

Would choose another option and suggest others do the same.

Great food, but they are preparing it totally wrong. I have no idea why they are putting burrito sauce and sour cream on the lettuce instead of the chicken LOL fix ASAP. Take notes from the Brampton location

Loved the food at this newly opened location in Guelph. Food was fresh and tasty.
Staff was friendly & welcoming.
Will definitely come back again.
Worth trying if you love Mexican food.

I moved from Brampton 3 years ago and have missed Burrito Boyz more than anything else. The new Guelph location did not disappoint! Hands down, the best burritos in town!

I was so happy to find out that Burrito Boyz opened today. I preordered online and found it to be really easy. My order was made in a timely manner too. The portion was quite large and all of the toppings were fresh. I definitely will be going back and would 100% recommend Burrito Boyz over any other Burrito restaurant in Guelph.

So so happy burrito boys FINALLY opened in Guelph, much needed! I went in tonight with a friend and we ordered dinner right near close. Not only was the staff super friendly, they also offered us their leftovers that they had to throw away anyways. It was such a great interaction and the food was amazing! Big big thank you to Burrito Boys Guelph! We will be back!

Tried this location today. Very friendly staff, quick service and as usual great taste. Highly recommend this location.

1 Shrimp Burito and 1 Chicken Burito bowl with chips and drink. $57 after delivery and 10% tip. Absolutely not worth it. Toppings were lacking, the chicken was dry and the salsa they give you to go with the bag of chips is enough for about 4 or 5 chips. Such a disappointment considering how much we loved the location in Etobicoke.

Was really excited since I heard that BBoyz opening in Guelph. Tried this location today and as usual they never seems to disappoint. Great taste. Will recommend this location to friends and family.

So excited to try this location as I used to eat here all the time when I lived in Hamilton. But Something made me very very sick.

The meat was dry in the taco order, many of the toppings were left out of the order. That was my co-worker's order. He will not come back again.

My order was a large burrito, chicken, lettuce tomato, rice, refried beans and whole wheat wrap. Side of chips with burrito sauce. The chicken was ok, overall the burrito was ok. I think this place needs people who care about what they're doing. The people working here were going around like they didn't really know what they were doing. Especially if they can't read an order and apply toppings. That's simplicity in itself.

I recommend going to a Burrito Boyz that's established and a good track record.

I review places with an honest assessment of the food and quality of service. This is why this place got a 2 star. I've been to other Burrito Boyz and it was much better service and food.

Went for my Driving test and tried burrito boyz takeout for lunch. Pleased to get staff's recommendation and I tried their Bowl with Soy option. Fresh veggies, tasty sauces and friendly staff. Loved their droplets of hot sauce and happy to find vegetarian protein alternative.

Everything about this burrito boys was fantastic. The place was clean and smelled authentic Mexican food. The staff and greeter was very nice. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people.
