Burrito Boyz

Staff were extremely helpful since it was my first time. I ordered a chicken taco.
The taco shell had zero taste.at one point, I mistakenly bit into the paper wrapper and couldn't tell.
The chicken filling and vegetables were delicious but
It was almost impossible to eat because it kept falling apart.

Ordered a couple of small burritos and had to wait almost half an hour. The burritos are also very small in comparison to other locations I've ordered from. Seems like not all Burrito Boyz are created equal.

Always misses customer comments and add ons (even though I’ve paid for them), very rude staff, inconsistent food quality and presentation.

This place is ok but it’s nothing special and I guess it’s fair for the price point. They don’t really have that many halal options so I am kinda forced to buy their only halal option, chicken. When I was eating my burrito I noticed that it was pretty cold so I was a little disappointed. The service was good though everyone was nice to me. I just wish they had more halal options so it’s more inclusive to people with dietary restrictions. Overall the experience was just ok.

Not only did they not pay enough attention twice in a row & burned it and only made it right the third time, they (one woman specifically) gave attitude the whole time doing it as if she’s miserable at her job (or in life)

Got a Naked burrito bowl with extra steak serving and WOW.i’m no stranger to burritos or bowls and this place is the best i’ve ever had. Definitely some new strategies cause i don’t remember them being this amazing! From the Rice to amazing portion of protein, everything tasted AMAZING! SO DELICIOUS.

Staff here are amazing and quick. I have never heard anyone complain. It's nice they text you when food is ready

What's the point of asking what toppings you want at the register if their just going to forget to put half of them on. My biggest pet peeve is being hungry and my food not being how I ordered it so I probably won't buy from there again. Bar burrito is much better in my opinion

I will give minus 5 star, today we ordered bean burrito bowl, and had asked to add all the sauce along with all the toppings but there was no sauce at all. They forgot to add sauce. Rice was so dry and so tastelesssssss, there was no spice even when ordered medium spice.my husband had ordered burrito wrap that too was so cold and not well done. It's not worth it. It's was a flop dinner!

Pretty good Burrtio Boyz location. The staff is always friendly, and the food is usually good also.

X +2 experience: Oct 22,2022 - ordered 3 pulled pork burrito bowls for my family during lunch time. They were terrible. The pulled pork consistency was too pulled and thin - horrible texture and mouth feel. My entire family agreed. Also, the pulled pork portions were so thin on the box. It didn't fill a section, it was just a thin layer on top of the beans. It tasted terrible and the portion size was underwhelming. Please fix your pulled pork quality control and quantity control at this location. Terrible customer experience.

Excellent service, fresh ingredients. I usually order the chicken, pulled pork, or steak burrito bowls.

X +1th experience: Hadn't grabbed Burrito Boyz in a long time. Got 2 x pulled pork burrito bowls for my family, and 1 x steak burrito bowl for myself. All with guac. Ratios were great, not too much lettuce. But my steak was dry, and had no flavours. Tried SK's Pulled Pork and it was great. In the future, consider getting my bowl as Pulled Pork instead of Steak.

EDIT: Could you go back to the cardboard burrito bowls? The new plastic burrito bowls are worse for the environment and lead to a worse customer experience

Doesn’t change gloves after cleaning then touches food, missing toppings, rude staff; ironically still following covid protocols. Go to taps next door instead.

An atrocity of food. Steak is what I ordered. I got ground beef. Extremely slow. I would have ordered and ate my meal already at chipotle. I don’t know how this place has won awards. The critics must have damaged taste buds. Never again!

Food was so bad that we had to throw entire burrito bowl into the bin, thanks for providing us with “value” for our money.

Staff was super friendly and the food was fresh and tasted great. Really enjoyed my burrito bowl.

First time trying burrito boyz and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and tastiness of the food. Would recommend if you enjoy mexican food.

Ohhhhh baby, if your into a steaming hot burrito filled with cold refried beans very little veggies, it is what it is, once you taste it, that's all there is and ever will be.

It's like going on a bad roller-coaster, fun, once.
