Burrito Boyz

Ordered through Uber and asked for specifications on my burrito bowl. When it arrived it did was not made how I had asked for it. Having ordered the same basic bowl many times before I know what it looks like. This one was not it. Very dry, little sauce at all and didn’t have most of Etsy I asked for as specifications. When I called BB they said sorry and tried to explain it away instead of compensating me for poor the quality item. I had been treated much better in the past by this store so am disappointed. All they said was call Uber eats to which I said Uber will do nothing. It didn’t matter. Too bad, so sad for me. I recommend management take more care in handling complaints. I will not order here again.
