First the food became noticeable different, then in recent years the employees seem more interested in having their own conversations in their own language which isnt even spanish. The overall vibe is dead, no music. The culture of the restaurant is lost….

I was so impressed with dinner which i ate at burrito boyz. I tried burrito bowl and my girlfriend got the bean quesadilla with jarritos. We both finished our whole bowl and were so impressed with the quality and quantity as well as of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. Customer service was sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Terrible experience. I went hwre because the reviews are good on the gluten free app I use and regret it. They think that scraping the flat top is sufficient to protect from gluten. They also touched the grill surface then touched the burrito with the same glove several times. When I asked for a refund they tried to say it's fine. Then they tried to give me back 14.95 after I paid 15$ just to spite me and hand me a handful of change. Incredible rude and terrible sanitary standards. They should be shut down.

If you can, please go to some shawarma place. You will save money and the portion size will be enough.

It was my first time trying burrito boyz Im happy with the food. Good portioning enough for one person.

I have visited many burrito boyz but i went to the Winston Churchill location on Saturday around 10-11pm to try their food for the first time and when I entered the store the aura of the workers there was very charming and happy. The lady who took my cash was very polite and humble and prepared my food with proper hygiene and sanitation. My overall experience was really good and boys were also preparing food gently and rolled the burrito perfectly. They also add a good quantity of toppings and protein. So I recommend trying this place.

Bought naked bean and cheese burritos and got almost 90% lettuce and very little black beans or refried beans. This is the first time it has happened and hope they correct it. Taste was not good.

I go to Burrito Boyz, on Winston Churchill, pretty much every day. Sometimes, twice a day.

This location has the best service and food by far. I know it’s a franchise but the food and customer service at the locations excels the others. It’s worth the drive! Rabia, Anmol, and Daman are excellent! They are polite, get the order perfectly right every time and make it a pleasure to have Burrito Boyz!

As mentioned in other customer reviews, the portions were so bad compared to other locations. I ordered a chicken and shrimp bowl.got 2 shrimps and I'm not even sure they added chicken. I use to grab from the queensway location, as I lived closer. Sucks I'm now near this burritoboyz. Will be looking for another store.

I never leave reviews on businesses, but this place has become so cheap lately its ridiclous. I have had to call them back multiple times, as they NEVER put enough meat on these portions anymore! After going here since it opened up, I refuse to give any business to these people. Couple years ago, the service was amazing 10/10, however now, if I could leave a review, I would give it a 1/10.

I will never ever go back to this location. I pre ordered for pick up 40 mins in advance. The food was NOT ready and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Didn’t even get one apology and the staff there does not care about their customers. I got home which is 10 minutes away and the food was ICE cold.

The piece of fish was the size of two small thumbs put together. The meat was dry because they didn’t put any sauce on it. They put the sauce under the meat and over the rice. Everyone at this location needs to be re trained on customer service and also how to make a burrito. They didn’t even need to wrap this one since it was a naked burrito. But apparently this is too much for this location to handle.

You’re honestly better off making your own or going to the Streetsville location because the Meadowvale one also equally sucks.

They also completely messed up the order and put toppings we did not ask for and left out other ones instead.

I’m used to the Burrito Boyz in Meadowvale, so I guess in comparison this place was really disappointing. I got a burrito bowl.the portions were much smaller… and the toppings, they just kind of sprinkled on top. Lol.like I feel like I could count the pieces of cheese sprinkles, there were so few. And lettuce… why be cheap with lettuce? The store itself was dingy and dirty looking and the menu was very confusing, like half of it was missing… if I didn’t already have a regular order memorized, I wouldn’t even know it was available there.

Employees need some training in food safety. Watched an employee use her gloved hand to scoop rice, lettuce, corn, cheese etc into my burrito. Talk about CROSS CONTAMINATION. The spoons and scoops were RIGHT THERE.
What's even more disgusting is we often order uber eats from this location. NO MORE.

I really like the food in this restaurant. I tried burrito for the first time, it literally good in taste and flavours danced across my taste buds and perfectly grilled.

I don't know what's happened in the last few months, but this place has completely gone downhill. This used to be my favorite location with friendly and efficient staff, and I can understand if the team has an off day here and there, but our past few experiences here have been an absolute chaotic mess.

1) Our food is never ready when we get the notification saying that our order is ready for pickup. In fact, the staff actually don't even start making our food until we arrive and ask them where our order is.

2) Because they only fire up our orders when we arrive, our food ends up being a rushed, overcooked or undercooked, slapped-together mess that barely holds together.

3) They messed up our order to the extent that we legitimately thought we'd been mistakenly given someone else's, if not for the receipt that confirmed it was ours. We paid extra for guacamole but they got the dipping sauces wrong on every order - and not a single one had guacamole in it. They got the protein wrong (beef instead of chicken) on another and also mixed up the toppings between two orders. We ordered chips and dip, which they neglected to give us. Luckily we noticed right before we left and had to go back in to ask for it - and then we got home and realized they didn't give us guacamole on that either.

4) The staff members don't seem to work well together. Constantly yelling over each other, lack of organization, poor maintenance (dirty tables, overflowing garbage, etc.), and an overall atmosphere of filth/chaos in the restaurant no matter how busy or empty it is - it's no surprise that this translates directly into poor customer service and disappointing food.

After having multiple last minute and messed up orders, we've finally given up on this location. I really hope that it goes back to the way it was but there is no point in putting up with such terrible service when there are a million other burrito options and other Burrito Boyz in the area.

I genuinely may have just had the worst experience of my life in respects to food. The lady who prepared my naked burrito, scooped everything into my bowl with her hands while wearing no gloves. She also scooped about half of everything, and when I asked for more she would proceed to add very little. (I asked for extra rice and she quite literally picked up 10 grains of rice with her finger tips) ? I’ve been going to burrito boyz since around 2013, and I’ve been frequently visiting both the Winston Churchill and port credit locations, and this was quite the awful experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
