This is my go-to restaurant for high-quality, delicious, Mexican cuisine! The staff delivers exceptional customer service at each visit. I definitely recommend people to come here for a great meal!

It is an updated review of the food i got before. I must say they take their feedback quite seriously. They contacted me for the issue i had with the food and i got my burritos remade without any cost. Thank you for taking care of the feedback of the customers. They really made my burritos worth this time.

It was the worst burrito i have ever had from this place.we did not even get half of the quantity of actual thing and packaging was disgusting. The food, we have to trash it, it was not in edible condition at all. Seriously guys, you guys need to work on your quality standards. So much disappointed.

Best burrito option around. They have everything down pat. I love subbing cheese for guac as a compromise from having to pay for guac like most places.

I had a wonderful experience at the Cambridge location. The service was fantastic. Having a gluten allergy it's not easy finding good establishments to eat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Fast, friendly great food. A great place to grab a quick meal!

The Food is disgusting and bland.

The service is bad and the cold is dripping out of her nose and probably onto the food. They are also rude.

The Atmosphere is dirty, sticky floor and tables.

Walked in, ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl.
Consistent with the other reviews, it took about 20 minutes and I watched my food being left on a shelf for 10 minutes while they tended to online orders (the drivers weren't anywhere to be seen).
Boyz, if you're going to have an open concept kitchen, I don't want to see dirty floors, extremely slow service, lack of cohesion and care between employees and more! Just close it up and have the food come out of a little window. That way I don't have to get frustrated as I wait there in an empty restaurant and those working pretend not to see me.
Honestly could say so much more but I'll just say the food was decent 5/10 quality-wise, ratio of ingredients was bad (mostly filled the bowl with rice and lettuce), and getting the burrito was the most disappointing and lack luster burrito experience of my life.
Going to stick with Quesada on Jaimeson Parkway - 1 million times better.

Love the food and environment. I come here 2-3 times a week for lunch and they always greet with smile. I order over phone and my food is always ready when I go pick it up. Thank you guys!

All the food here that I've tried has been great, love the portions they give out I feel like I get extra food Everytime, the mango salsa is totally bomb. Recently I've really enjoyed the naked burrito bowls. You guys rock, compliments to the chefs.

Bit of a language barrier ordering but everything came out okay.

Be careful when ordering gluten free if you have an allergy, not because of cross contamination but because they sometimes give the wrong tortilla.

Also. The food has become rather sub par as of late. Very small meat portions, not what burrito Boyz was known for.

Was disappointed the last couple times I’ve been to this particular location, hard to justify $50 for two burritos and a quesadilla when the portions have become so small.

I visited Burrito Boyz first time. And had no idea about the menu. But the guy Darshan and Jainy Patel gave awesome suggestions and excellent service. Also, the taste of the burrito was so good. I will visit this store again for sure.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Burrito Boys on Hespeler. I was told my husband's online order was not available when I arrived at the store, so I placed a new order and paid for it. However, they later said that they have my husband's order. I asked immediately to cancel mine as it made no sense to keep both orders which were $60 each but they refused to cancel mine and stated he could cancel his through the phone number on the website. There was no such number, so I told them and ask to just fill his order for the sake of time (mine was already filled). They made me wait for almost an hour while speaking in a language I couldn't understand, and serving other customers before me, despite having both our payments already. Their lack of apology and disregard for my time was truly disheartening. $120 for bad service and having half the meal cold. There are so many simple and free ways this could have and should have been handled in order to keep a customer since a refund from them wasn't an option. I will never return there due to their poor organization and lack of professionalism.

I can't say enough great things about them. The service and food keeping me coming back time and time again. Keep doing what you do. YOU ARE AWESOME! 10 stars!

Wow the customer service was awesome everyone was super nice and the burrito I got was delicious. Their burrito sauce is my favourite in town and I’ll definitely be back soon. Everything tasted nice and fresh plus the service was quick. If your looking for a tasty burrito this is the spot.

This place use to be a lot better. The price and wait time is totally ridiculous. Im writing this review while waiting cause im bored outta my mind at this point. 30 mins for a family meal now.the music was so loud we couldn't hear the persons questions as she took our order and she was far from patient. Hopefully the food will be worth the hassle and ridiculous price

Best place to have a quick snacks. Jain no onion no garlic options also available.

Online ordered was promptly ready when arrived. Staff where very friendly and welcoming. Pricing was in line with other establishments.

I had an Incredible experience at this burrito boyz. The food was better than any burrito boyz I have been too (and I have been to a lot!) The staff were amazing and extremely nice. Will be making this my go to spot for as long as I am In Cambridge

Had the steak nachos and they were excellent. Piled high with TONS of meat and toppings. The staff was super friendly too. I’ll definitely order these again when I wake up from the incoming food coma!
