Burrito Boyz

We ordered 4 burritos. Steak, shrimp, sweet potatoe, and chicken.
We got ground beef for the chicken, and ground beef instead of steak. We ordered limes.and got a side of rice? We wanted to taste a few of the burritos, because we wanted to give some as a birthday gift next week. How do we trust that what we order will be what we get?
In fairness, what we got, tasted great.but we spent almost $100, and still don't know if we want to give this as a birthday gift.

We used to order here a few times a month. The last two times we ordered the order has been wrong. The last time we went in, I saw them making the order wrong and approached them to correct it. The staff member kept telling me, “I’ve already made the order”. After asking her 2 times to correct it she ignored me and wouldn’t acknowledge me. This place has really gone down hill. So disappointing!

It’s been a few years since we have been there so we decided to try it again we ordered a pulled
Pork burrito and a.cheese one, we ended up paying for a large pork and they made a small. They were stingy with the toppings.it unfortunately Didn’t sit well with me, in turn the bathroom became my friend! It use to be really good, it has gone down! Will not return!

This place used to be good. It is much more expensive and the quality is much worse than a frw years ago. The chicken and cheese was not tasty and I will not be returning in the future. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’m a regular costumer and out an order through skip, was told they were closed at 8 pm but I’ve ordered many times. Th girl I spoke to was very rude. I ended up ordering from another place

Used to be one of our favourite BBs in London but the quality seems to be dropping a bit. They mixed up our last order as well but we were already home before realizing so there was no point to return. Will give them a chance or two before deciding if this is worth it or not at all.

Had food from this franchise years ago. Decided to try again at this location and the quality of food has definitely gone to the floor. Sour cream was water down to start with. The meat from the burrito was dry and tasteless and the quesadilla did not have flavor either. Will not be back to this location and probably never have food from this franchise.

For a long while now this location is consistently the worst BB.
The quality of food dropped significantly. We stayed away for about a year
and last night we tried it again, and again we left disappointed, we called ahead
and after we picked up our burritos there were no sauces only half of the ingredients,
the chicken was slightly burnt and just like before it was flavorless.
Too bad up to about 2 years ago it was very good location

My partner eating his burrito and he found a rock in his burrito. I don’t know how a rock gets their but I am very disappointed in the service.
