I ordered chicken burrito bowl, and the quantity of chicken that was put in was less than the veggies like just for name sake. Haven’t had such a bad burrito bowl ever.

Few things. First is portion control. The girls making the burrito have zero sense how much ingredients go inside a tortilla. She literally put 2 huge handfuls of lettuce.how is anything else going to go on? Every single burrito she made was a mountain pile of food. Then they guy wrapping the burritos struggled to wrap every single one. He was not even wrapping them. He was folding them over. That is not even close to how a burrito is suppose to be tightly wrapped.it should be a tight wrapped cylinder.his were all folded rectangles. I knew it was going to be a problem once i saw how he was struggling to close each one. Come home and the entire burrito is loose and leaking everywhere.here you go.a big huge mess because the staff has zero training how to portion control and WRAP not fold burritos.also there is oil everywhere.atleast drain your meat before adding it in. Not drenched in oil. This is the result of undertrained staff.

I have been to this burrito so many times
And I feel so homely environment over there the customer service is top notch and to the par excellence I have ever witness, specifically I would like to mention jasleen, arsh and Sushma they have been my favourite.

The food quality and service of this location has gone down hill. The lettuce and peppers are not cut in small pieces, and burritos are usually broken/ripped. More often than not, my burrito is made incorrectly (I order via their app). The staff (especially the one girl at cash) are unfriendly and when you try to confirm your order, you get attitude.

I ordered a chicken burrito it’s yummy but i feel like the rice needs more seasonings

But i love that they followed the instructions exactly like what i wrote duo to some of my allergies and preference

The veggies were so fresh and delicious!

I normally come here, and my followers of good eats, this location is great, only if one manager isn't working, after a miscommunication, I never received my double meat or double cheese, cause my burrito, should of been hefty, not some like stick in my hand.

But I was still charged it for the price, again, if the little female manager with glasses is working, avoid this location, other locations are better when it comes to customer service and customer expectations from other locations.

I ordered 2 burritos. It took more than 40 mins for them to make the freaking burritos and then I was told they are out of rice, so they will be putting in extra lettuce. I refrain from going into this location and recommend you to go to other burrito place, this one is not worth it!

I just experienced the life changing thrill of a Mucho Burrito queso burrito. The realization I have came to after enjoying this miracle morsel of food is that Burrito Boyz is absolute dog meat. While eating Burrito Boyz, I was confused as to why am I eating this? The rice, beans, over cooked chicken, and old burrito sauce all tastes the same! To those who have a burrito craving, do yourselves a favour and grab the queso burrito from Mucho Burrito for the reasonable price of $11.45 for a regular size. The closest Mucho is 10 minutes drive South on Hurontario, address is 80 Courtneypark Dr E, Mississauga, ON L5T 2Y3.

Pretty decent! They seem to be a little shy in using sauces; the burrito bowl was kinda dry, but overall.it was good enough.

Had an amazing experience ordering from this location. The food is flavourful, healthy and delicious. The staff is really kind, the place is extremely clean and followed the Covid protocols amazingly. Definitely coming again.

I Always order from this place. The staff is so hard working and always makes the best bean bowls. I highly recommend it so worth the drive to come here:)

Tried to place an order, girl left me on hold for over 6 min, I hung up. At least attend to your customers in a timely manner. I'm glad I didn't bother with them, lately their food has been subpar anyway.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The experience is very unwelcoming. The girl who took our order was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Will not be coming here ever.

Had a mistake with the order I placed. Had to go back to the store but they apologized and corrected my order right away. All the young girls and boys are doing their best over there. Love the burrito bowl there. Try it (xxx 3lines) ;)

I would give this restaurant a 0 star if I could. The way the employees were behaving was not okay. They were letting other people in front of us, even though, we had been waiting in the line for about 10-15 minutes before them. I had ordered on the phone, yet, when I got to the restaurant, they said that I would have to wait in the long line to pay; however, when another person had also ordered on the phone, they gave that person their order and let him pay right away which does not make sense at all. How is that even fair and why would I order on the phone, just to wait in a 25 minute line? They should think about opening 2 counters, one for those that order by phone and those that are ordering in store. Not to mention, the attitude of the employees was beyond rude. That is not how you treat customers. To everyone who is reading this, please avoid this location at all costs. You will not have a good experience. Instead, do yourself a favour and go to another location, that way, you do not waste your time. This restaurant should train their employees, as of right now, it seems as if they have receiving no training whatsoever. Who ever is hiring NEEDS to do a better job.

Not impressed at all. Need to train their staff on how to make a proper burrito. Compared to other location, this one was needs work.

Worse place the workers working their they don’t know how to manage orders and they serve me someone’s else meal to me I am vegetarian I order veggie one but they serve me one with meat fortunately after taking one bite i felt that is something different as I didn’t eat

They’ve always been my go to burrito place. They were closed cause of the pandemic, I tried some other burrito place. No one can match their level. I’m really happy they’re back open, burrito is my favourite take out food. Thanks for delivering such good service. ️

The burritos are great. The people working here can sometimes not be the nicest but understandable given the hours and all the people they have to deal with

This place is the worst food place I’ve ever been to. Although food tastes good, but the service of girls at the front is the worst thing one would face. Attitude of girls serving people is very very negative. I would not recommend anybody who wants a great service to come to this place.

Love it.had vegetarian options and could spice it up.just the Indian way. 6-7$ and u r done with ur one time meal.

Clean and spacious burrito boyz. Only downside was they didn't put as much ingredients as the burrito boyz in downtown Toronto. Same taste less of it

Great tasting burritos. Total filling, value for money. As of now, they have the biggest burrito bowl which is a bang for bucks and more than than that they use paper takeout containers instead of plastic one, kudos for that.

Usually I order through Skip and no major issues but today's order was very dissapointing. The guacamole was disgusting, most likely made 1-2 days before, the color and the taste was absolutely terrible. The burrito was supposed to be without any hot peppers and no spice. Well, it was the opposite. The quesadilla was supposed to have little spice and jalapeno, again it was the opposite. This location will be a no, no for future orders.

Worst location! Staff was super busy in gossiping! They do not care! And full of attitude! Like god level of attitude!

One of my favorite burrito restaurants in the Toronto area. Lots of variety in the ingredients. Just have to watch cross-contamination of the veggies.

I have always been a walk-in customer at this Burrito Boyz location. I usually order a small veg.soy burrito. The quality, especially in terms of flavour was good. The biggest disappointment to me was that the employee that's in charge of the grill was not wearing gloves while handling and expediting the burrito. This happened all 3 of the times that I have ordered at this store. Please train your employees about the appropriate and hygienic food-handling practices.

Worst experience at this location staff is rude and they don’t know how to work.
At the first pan i didn’t ask to add lettuce still they were in hurry they put the lettuce and didn’t even apologize for that and then i ask to put more onions which she didn’t even bother to listen and gave my food.

Just got a ground soy veggie burrito and it tastes like real ground beef. Would highly reccomend to anyone who is health conscious. Prices are right and portions are big. Very tasty fresh and filling.

I like this place alot but once they gave me chicken burrito instead of veggie and I am vegetarian.but they did compensated it by giving another burrito that was veggie

First time at this location, looks fairly new. Had a chicken burrito with the works, VERY delicious. None of the burrito boys locations have disappointed me, great franchise!

I went to this location last week. I ordered two bean and cheese buritos. When I ordered at counter. There is a girl name lovelean looks like east Indian girl. She was so rude and didnt gave good service. She didn't ask me any drink just took the money and didnt ask what kind of burito I want whole wheat or white. She was just talking with other guys who gave her tip. I recommend to burritos head office manager dont hire these kind of unprofessional staff.

I've been a longstanding customer with the Burrito Boyz food chain. Today however I was left appalled as I discovered the cheese to be spoiled. I raised my concern with the staff and they asked one of their employees to sample the cheese. He went to the back and make a face of disgust before coming back to me to tell me how I was "wrong". It ruined my appetite and ruined my meal. I will never come back here again.

Horrible experience, cheese tasted rotten. When I told the worker, he tried it made a weird face and said it was fine. No further action was taken by them and I was left with rotten cheese. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Will not get my business again.

This location is always busy but the service and food is great- not to mention they give extra hot sauce without charging

This is my favourite burrito boys! I haven’t been in a while because I am on leave from work but I used to come here every Wednesday night to pick up burritos for my husband and I. The staff was/is friendly and very professional. My only complaint would be that they are fairly often inconsistent. Last month I ordered two large burritos (1 veggie soy and 1 chicken) and they were not the same size. The chicken looked like a very small burrito (smaller then their small) and the veggie soy looked like an extra large burrito. To say the least we were not happy as I was left hungry (chicken burrito) and my husband could barely finish his.

Flavor is always consistent at Burrito Boyz. I have been frequenting Burrito Boyz for over 10 years and regardless of the location service is good and meals are delicious. I was skeptical of the staff as they were all chilling but that is because the place was empty when I picked up my online order. Another excellent burrito experience Burrito Boyz! Please continue to exceed expectations.

Burritos are really good, and always hot, they take your money fast and put your toppings in fast but take forever to get your completed burrito to you. Literally took 17 minutes from payment to getting food, but fast at aall

I have eaten from this location more times than I care to admit. In terms of food, it is the same quality of food you should expect from the Burrito Boyz chain. It's a lot of food for a good price. I've never had any issues with the staff and they're always helpful. The seating in this location is more than I usually find at a Burrito Boyz, so that's good. It's strip mall parking.

Really bad experience here. Black guacamole, stale and old everything else. They were screwing up people's orders. It was brutal. Usually Burrito Boyz is amazing. It will be awhile before i can stomach going back to any of their locations after this though. We threw it out after a few bites
