Good food, nice service. Visited tonight got the recommended chicken burrito very delicious and pocket friendly will surely visit again.

Have been visiting this particular store for over 3 months now and the burritos are just getting better lol. The staff is polite & welcoming. My go to fav Burrito place around Etobicoke.

Usually Burrito Boyz are the best not today. I bought a chicken Quesadilla and the amount of toppings and chicken where cheap. On a whole wheat tortilla
was wet and yucky and wasn't even hot.

The vibes weren’t the greatest. The staff were kind of rude. They were stinger with the toppings. The chicken burrito was good but I do wish they didn’t snub toppings on me. I just wouldn’t recommend this location much

Burritos were as expected.

This location is take-out only. No table seating or even public washrooms.

The dude cooking was in shorts which looked a bit dangerous to be standing next to the oven. I don't know if there are actually health + safety rules around that I just thought it was odd in food service. I can't remember the last time I saw someone behind a food counter like that in shorts.

Slowest service ever. The cashier was friendly, the person assembling my burrito was ok but the cook behind was super slow like they didn't want to be there.
I ordered a small burrito, which was good and tasty, and it took forever to be made. Then when I asked it was just sitting on the grill for no reason.

I will try it again, maybe next time the service will be better

Hands down the best Burritos anywhere. Coming here now for over 10 yrs. I have tried several locations, Hwy 27, Hwy 7 and even Essa rd Barrie

Nothing compare to Brownsline

I always place my advance online pickup order here and I have always been impressed. They always put napkins and cutlery with my order. The staff are efficient and on top of their game in acknowledging customers. One time there was an annoying group who just blocked the whole waiting area section so I couldn’t even tell the crew that I was there to pickup. Good thing the staff was so attentive - they actually noticed me enter and asked promptly if I needed to pickup. Keep it up!

I love burritos so much. Today, I ordered a haddock burrito (L/G) for lunch ($12.65). Cashier (with blonde hair tied up) overcharged (paid $16.05) by adding guacamole without even asking me and gave me less change. I'm allergic to avocados, so I shouldn't eat it, but I just ate it without knowing it was added and was taken to the emergency room. At other branches, when ordering, they always ask about adding guacamole, but why did the cashier here add it on their own without asking. Did the owner instruct you to do so? If not, you will need a straight education on this cashier. This could be an very serious health problem for me. I will not go here again.

Worst customer service. Came to pickup a order for uber and order was not even ready and I wanted to order for myself and There was no-one in the line and It was me and everyone on the front was like we can’t take your order. Can you please explain about is there any rule on burrito boyz that you don’t take order at this time.

Ahhhhmazing! Just picked up some chicken tacos. Absolutely delicious as always. Generous portions, customizable, fresh and tasty. Best part when you call and you give them your cell number they ask if you want your usual…never ever stop doing that. Makes it so easy to order!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

You order a $40 meal and what do you get? Rushed, embarrassed, unheard, and unwelcomed! Just because I'm a minority doesn't mean I can be treated with discrimination and disrespect! I have been a customer of Burrito Boyz for 5 years and have NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

I get you're in a fast paced setting but not all customers have only one order to get! YOU CANNOT BE IN A CUSTOMER FACING ROLE IF YOU HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

Management had nothing to say, never stepped in after the 5'0" cashier practically kicked us out while I was paying for my order!

Love this place. My go to for a break from week night dinners. On-line ordering works great as well. Great price.

They make the food as soon as you order. The ingredients are all fresh. Waiting time is not too long. Great sevice.

Nothing like what it used to be, burritos were a mess staff didn't care, ratios are way off.

Spending 45$ on 3 burritos, employees slop toppings on with no care, are rude when you kindly ask for a change so it's not gross. Used to eat here all the time when I lived locally, super disappointing!

This has to do with the delivery of my food from DoorDash. I’m writing a review on here since DoorDash customer service was unable to help me. My food was delivered all spilled and dumped out inside the plastic bag. They told me they couldn’t refund me even though I was unable to eat it since it was all inside the plastic bag. This is the second time it has happened with DoorDash from your establishment.

This is hands down the best burrito place I’ve been able to find in the GTA. I know it’s a chain but THIS specific location has the freshest ingredients. I drive for an extra 15 min just to order here rather than the one in port credit which is right beside my house. This location jam packs their burritos and the toppings are crisp and fresh. Salsas are delicious and bold. They do not skimp on the toppings. We love the food here that it’s become a staple whenever we are looking for takeout.

Also the haddock is AMAZING. It is honestly better fried fish than most fish and chip places. Unreal. Please please never change, you have customers for life.

It is a fast food joint, so you cannot expect too much, but usually it is a decent food for the price. Try to order in the mornings when all the ingredients are still fresh, as the quality is spotty late at night.

What a great service! One of the server was so friendly and wanted to double check my choice of cheese for my nachos.

We order here via Ubereats an absurd amount, and it’s always a great experience. We love the burrito bowls. They’re the perfect meal for feeling full and indulgent, without compromising our health. We’ll continue to keep this in our “favourites”!

Awesome place. If you know burrito boys you already know how good all their items are. The burrito bowl is fantastic and healthy. Another favourite is their chicken quesadilla as in the pic.

I’ve been to many burrito places and a number of burrito Boyz. This is the cleanest the fastest the friendliest and the best tasting burrito Boyz and burrito anywhere. Surly enjoy it.

Amazing! The service was outstanding, they followed COVID measurements really good so you feel safe. Food is delicious and a lot for a very good price. I ordered chicken tacos with rice, beans, guacamole (highly recommended) sour cream cheese and veggies.

Go to spot for 10+ years. Nice, friendly staff. Clean sneeze glass, good social distancing measures, easy app service. Need to add 4 or more lines for those that enjoy extra spicy.

Just ordered a steak found a black hair in it, the server tried to tell me it was hers, but he was blonde it was the cooks arm hair the only person with black hair, hair nets aren’t just for your head they are for all hair if your hairy you should cover it with long sleeves no one wants to eat someone’s hair

Make a great burrito as with all burrito boyz. Keep in mind they only have window bar seating at this location, no table and chairs if your planning to eat in. I usually do take out or decide to eat somewhere else if I want to eat in somewhere. Also, I’m disappointed they are now using plastic for their “naked burrito” bowl. It used to come in a biodegradable container. Please switch back! We’re all trying to reduce plastic waste, this was a backwards step IMHO. This location isn’t around a lot of night life so it closes earlier than other locations.

They rush you to make an order even if there's no people's waiting in line, especially the ladies, they're so annoying.

When SkipTheDishes completely flopped on the delivery of my order it was next near impossible to get in contact with anyone from SkipTheDishes to resolve the matter. I finally resorted to calling Burrito Boyz Lakeshore directly to see if they could possibly help, and they provided nothing short of spectacular customer service to help me get the issue resolved. Carly was the employee that went to bat for me, making several attempts to contact SkipTheDishes on my behalf and ultimately having the issue resolved for me. I’m aware of just how busy Burrito Boyz Lakeshore gets on a Saturday night and Carly was still unbelievably patient, helpful and understanding of my concern with SkipTheDishes not delivering my order. Thank you to Carly and Burrito Boyz Lakeshore for resolving an issue that was not even their fault to begin with) Incredible customer service! Oh and let’s not forget how amazing their food is)

Went there once with my son. Placed the order. Paid for it. Waited for 45 min until I started noticing that the customers who came well after us have already been served and eating. Ask a guy at the cash register about my order. When he returned, it turned out that the order had not even been placed. "It won't take more than 20 minutes", he tried to reassure me. No regrets. No apologies. I said: No. I want my money back.
He silently gave me back my money and again didn't even say "I'm sorry".
I will never be back and will stay from this establishment as far away as possible.

Needs 6 stars! Such yummy gluten free vegan options. I always buy 2 because 1 burrito is never enough. Great Mexican food at a great price. Take out for sure with minimal seating at this location. Friendly staff always willing to make it exactly the way you want it.

Friendly and fast service. Burritos here are always great, and I recommend steak over the chicken. Not a fan of the extra charge for guacamole. I always get it, so when the extra charge was added I wasn't pleased.

The "Naked Hali" and the bean burrito really get me going.but it's a full container of ghost pepper got sauce that takes me over the brink into pleasure-ville.

I visited this burrito boys on Halloween around 4/430 pm and Victoria and two other staff members were working. They were so amazingly sweet, helpful and friendly. They left a great impression on my friend who came in with me, having bboyz for the first time. Thank you staff for a great visit.

Fast amd friendly service compared to downtown location.

Not sure if they can do anything about the flies but you can see them landing on tortilla while they are filling the burritos. Maybe consider moving the garbage. Its pretty close to the side doors

My experience with them was bad. $12 for 6 pieces of calamari I dont know what the heck they are thinking.

So good! My wife and just moved to the neighborhood and this was our first stop after unpacking! The burrito and quesadilla were delicious! Guac was out of this world!

Nice small spot, its more a place where you order and eat on the go rather then a eat inside type of place since there are not many sits inside. The food is great and has large portions, the menu is large from burritos to nachos and everything in between, with different toppings, fillings, and sauces to choose from. The staff is always very nice and service is quick

Burritos are good, made fast, and definitely filling. I'm a hot sauce freak and always ask for the hottest stuff available but this site turned me down when I asked for more hot sauce which was a little surprising. Still a really good burrito though.

Had a Chicken Burrito from this location earlier and it was absolutely delicious, probably the best burrito I've ever had! It was fresh and tightly wrapped, not a single drop wasted and thats after asking for extra sauce! Very impressed, staff very friendly!

My chicken burrito was ok; husband's naked calamari was extremely gross, calamari was flavourless and unappetizing. Neither of us enjoyed our meal enough to finish them. Burrito boys used to be so tasty, not sure what happened. Won't return.

Burrito Boyz is great! I've always gone so the chicken with everything on it. I love how they grille it before serving it to you. Makes it all warm, melts the cheese, just delicious. I tend to buy a large and then split it over two meals. The large is simply massive (and like 1000 calories so keep that in mind) and will easily fill me up so it really is like buying two meals in one and thus very cost effective for eating out like this. Totally recommend!

Gluten free options! I really like how they ask if your gluten free order is a preference or allergy.

Lakeshore browns line location is excellent.after repeatedly having bad experiences at other locations, this burrito boys really stands out.thank you for your polite and efficient approach:)
