Burrito Boyz London (Central)

This place use to be really good but over the last year it’s become the last choice if there’s nothing else open nearby. You now have to pre order toppings, yell to hear the person taking your order over the music from across the cash machine and down the line too to relay your topping. Not gonna be back to this location.

Amazing service.harsh, prince, urang & Fahad were all amazing and left me with a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Had my first burrito of London here. Great taste, a bit slow service and overall good experience. VEGETARIAN options are available and size is also great for the prize.

The worst Burrito Boys location in the country. Without a doubt. Management clearly doesn’t want to pay more employees or more qualified managers so the store is run by two or three sixteen year olds. Which are stressed to the point of literally screaming at customers, due to the fact that the store is located in the middle of the bar district and there’s literally hundreds of students that want a cheep, decent meal. They are completely overwhelmed and overworked. Out of the three times I ordered from here, not once did they make my burrito in less than an hour and 15 minutes. 75 minutes. To make a burrito. All three times it was both dry and soggy; as much as this should interfere with the laws of physics and logic, this excuse for a restaurant found a way to make it happen. When you order double protein, it’s barely enough for one serving. This location is literally bad enough to bankrupt the entire chain, should be closed down ASAP.

Forgot to pack my whole burrito bowl in my order! And no phone service so I couldn't call to get a hold of anyone. Not impressed at all. That's 15 dollars and my dinner wasted. This has happened a few times too.

Not bad, I wish they would layer my items better and out the extra that u asked for. Also, the ''steak" isn't steak, its ground beef!

Washroom was dirty and very difficult to understand what staff was speaking due to unnecessary higher speed

Busy place but great food. The employees were super nice even when the place was jammed packed. Thank you for a bomb meal and great service even during covid. I'll be back

Food and ingredients were tasty and fresh. I do think the portions are not bad, matches other places. The lady at the reg was very sweet. This plate was around $12.50 I think.

First time ordering from this location through a delivery service and the burrito was totally burnt. I have had burrito boyz multiple times and their burrito never looks like this. The entire burrito fell apart since it was wrapped poorly with multiple holes in it, I barely got to eat any of it. Very disappointed.

I enjoy this food chain, but half the time they don't drain the grease from their chicken. It leaks everywhere and has ruined clothes. Please teach your staff how to drain meat!

Terrible experience here last week! Went to make my order in person and they told me they’d text me when it’s done. After 20 minutes of waiting, I get a text saying my food is ready. I go inside to pick it up and they tell me they haven’t started making it yet! I was getting very frustrated at this point! Another 20 minutes go by and my food is finally ready. So I had ordered a large chicken burrito and a small bean burrito.they end up mixing up the sizes plus it was cold when they gave it to us! Never coming back here again!

Best burrito place in town. Lots of choices to choose from. The fact that you can make the burrito suicide hot is also amazing!

If you're into burrito bowls definitely try their naked burrito it's amazing:) great service and really follow covid guidelines here

Service is slow and the staff act somewhat disregarding, you can be waiting up to 20 minutes because there disorganized in getting orders out.

The chicken nachos were horrible and the customer service was even worse. Will never go back. A first and a last. Go someplace else!

We had put pick up order for new year eve for family of 7 members. They were super busy but we got our all orders perfect what we wants. The team work I saw when I want there to pick up the order. Very impressive

I went there today around 7.45 pm, to pick up a delivery, the girl working there asked me to wait outside in cold, there wasnt any rush at the restaurant. She was speaking like she want to throw us out. Very bad. Not human.

I would of given 0 stars if it was available! The steak burrito is just ground beef and disgusting! The customer service is the worst, I’ll never go back and definitely recommend people to find a DIFFERENT burrito place

My go-to nacho place. Always follow special instructions super well. I order from Uber and the nachos and burritos always arrive hot and super delicious. All of the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The prices are awesome for the huge portions they give you. They have SO MANY vegan/vegetarian options. I will never eat nachos from anywhere ever again because these are just way too good.

Great value for money. Their Guacamole is simply amazing. Bought Nachos and Burrito. Both were fantastic.

Ordered the 3 tacos. First was overcharged, granted new employee. Then the nachos and cheese part of my order was forgotten. Finaly got home (about 3 min drive) chicken meat was ice cold. I dont like to give poor reviews, usually just chalk it up as an off night. However ice cold tacos that have been prepared in front of me, consumed less than 10 min.after made, I'm sorry is unacceptable.

Food it alright BUT this place does not respect the guidelines put in place for covid-19. They have an extremely small lobby and allow way too many people to cram inside. Workers say nothing and do not enforce their three people limit. When I mentioned it to the lady at the till she shrugged me off. Some of the worst culprits are the food delivery services. This is the sort of behaviour that results in case increases.but they will be the first to complain when there is stricter rules put in place. If we all follow the advice of medical professionals this wouldn't be an issue.

Been going to Burrito Boyz long before there was one in London, always delicios and service and great service and seemingly every location.

I just a burrito thought skip the dishes yesterday and I received maybe the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. The first time I ordered skip I got 3 burritos but it only showed up with one. One week later I ordered again and asked for my two forgotten burritos to be added to my order. The girl on the phone said it was no problem and I was happy, until my order got there and the two burritos where forgotten at the store. So I called in yesterday and said what happened and the guy on the phone was very apologetic and said he would make sure they went out this time.

When the order got here, they where forgotten again. Now normally you would assume this would be a one star review and so did I because I was actively writing a review. However half way though writing I received all call from Burrito Boyz and it was the same guy on the phone. Again he was very apologetic and said he was on break when it got handed to the driver but that he would personally come and bring me my food on behalf of the restaurant and he offered me a drink on the house. I can't say I wasn't upset that my order was handled wrong but I can say the service there is 5 stars and that guy is top notch. I didn't get his name but he was wearing raybands and had a tattoo on his left arm.

Very impressed. More places should have customer service like that. Props to that guy!

I have been to many burrito boyz but this one is the worst one staff is very rude and food they make like they are in hurry so i don’t recommend this store.

Ordered the beef burrito and was pleasantly surprised by its size.initially was given a chicken burrito by mistake but the staff were quick to correct their error and make me a beef burrito with only a short wait considering they were very busy. The burrito itself was very tasty with a very authentic flavour profile. They offer take out and pick up and I believe they also deliver. Delicious and well worth the wait even when very busy. Try it out!

I’ve been to burrito boys 4 times since they’ve reopened and each time has been a disappointment. The music is so loud that the staff can not hear what you order which I believe causes them to screw up the order. I ordered a bean burrito and the only thing missing was the burrito, they’ve added things that I’ve been allergic to which I inform them of when ordering. Staff are too busy singing to the loud music rather than focusing on making the food.

I highly recommend going to the other location on oxford and wonderland as the service is great and they take their time when ordering and making the food.

Takes a lot of time to ready your order, consider placing order 45 minutes earlier than your pick up, it says 20-30 minutes but it will never be ready.

Good place to eat. Really good quality of burritos. It's a little pricey but what burrito place isn't now a days. Fun young staff.

Edit: 40 minutes for a 13$ burrito seems excessive. If the food wasnt as good as it is I'd advise staying home and making you're own. I've been twice and they have a text service due to covid but neither time did I get a message. I had to go in over a half an hour later and ask for it.

This restaurant is quick, delicious, and has some of the friendliest staff in London. I'd recommend the burritos; but the tacos are pretty yummy as well.

We picked up a burrito and they gave us the wrong one however when we called to tell them they fixed it and drove out a new one right away. Totally appreciate that kind of service.

We come here for the choices as the menu caters to a variety of diets/tastes. Did you know that if you choose non-dairy, you can add guacamole for free?
Watching the line is also pure entertainment as you wait for your food.
