Burrito Boyz Streetsville

Absolutely horrible. Do not go here unless you want a horrible dinner experience and disappointing your family. I ordered 5 burrito bowls for my family with extra guac and none of them had guac (even though I paid extra) We asked for spicy sauce and none had spicy sauce. We asked for jalapeños on the bowl but none had jalapeños. The rice was rock hard and tasted microwaved. We realized when we started eating, so we called the store and asked whether next time we could get free guac since we paid this time and didn’t get it. The employee was rude and demanded for picture proof, and wanted us to write an email to some “feedback” centre and hung up. Then… they called back and said that we were lying and that they put everything we asked for in all bowls. They argued that maybe we don’t know what the guac is… Disgusting customer service. Don’t know why they’re still open. It’s really frustrating when you want a nice dinner with your family and end up stressing, losing money, and being blamed for it.

I ordered a chicken and a bean cheese burrito and instead of chicken burrito a girl (short, heavy built) she gave me shrimp in it. I came back and told her why she did this. Without even apologizing, she said rudely “okay I make mistake, then what? “. I stood calm and asked about her name, she replied “ do whatever u wanna do, I am not giving you name”. Its was a unpleasant behaviour, I have been customer of burrito boyz since 4-5 years and that first time I saw this mistake and afterwards this behaviour. I never had shrimp in my life and I not sure how it will react to my body.

It’s really not fresh. It broke my heart because I had to throw the whole thing away.
Beans not fresh.
Veggies not fresh.
Beware?

It was ridiculous. So dry and toppings, they don't ask how much do u want from every toppings. Even poor sauces.

This is my go to Burrito Boyz. The staff is great, food is healthy and is served quickly, is always hot, and always delicious! If you're craving Mexican-fix, this location is it.

Definitely the worst Burrito Boyz location yet I still keep ordering it because it's close by. They burn the tortilla, you can taste the frozen after-taste in the haddock. Today I tried steak and it's literally unseasoned ground beef. Also burrito wrapping skills are atrocious. You're done.

Their burritos are incredible, the staff is kind, helpful and very friendly. All in all, had a great experience. Strongly recommending, do visit this place.

Bad costumer service been there couple of times first they make wrong order and not even know how to deal with the situation

Quality has gone down over the years.

Ordered a chicken shrimp mix.

There was hardly any shrimp and can tell the quality as well as the taste has gone down.

I’ve ordered from here many times in the past. The staff are awesome and the food is great.

I usually order a Naked Burrito. The portion is great and tasty.

This is my favorite Burrito Boyz location of all the ones we've been to/ordered from. I always get the halibut and the portions from this location are always generous. Everything comes perfectly cooked and packaged. Great job folks!

Ordered a naked chicken burrito, the tag says chicken but i was given ground beef. Tasted horrible. Lost my appetite after picking out as much ground beef as I could but it’s impossible to get all out (I can’t stand the texture of ground beef & dislike beef in general). Could not eat my food as all I can taste is the damn beef. 0/10 would never order again.

They remember what I had last time and what was on it, but this is the first time to this location amazing, I like the steak burrito

Absolutely my favorite Mexican place. I eat there around once a week and am never disappointed.

Service was slow, seems like only one person was trained on cash. Went in to place my order, cashier was called to the back of the store for an incoming delivery. We just had to.wait. Me and the cooks and the girl dressing the burritos were just staring at each other in silence. Besides that, food was decent, not prepared with much love. Not the worst, not the best

Horrible service. My sister and I ordered three burritos. All prepared incorrectly. The manager told me I ordered incorrectly. I have stomach issues and can’t eat pepper on my food and my mouth was burning. My sister is PREGNANT and can’t eat pepper. What are the odds that we BOTH ordered what we CANNOT eat. We all ordered extra sour cream and there was little to none. Will NOT be going back. I work too hard all day to argue with someone over the fact that they got our orders wrong. So disappointed.

Service needs work food ok portion small very light for 11 dollar. I have been to many location and this is one to avoid there is many so just keep driving

Had a awesome experience in this place with my daughter. The food comes out quickly and the service is just awesome. Prices are reasonable.

The best burrito I've had locally and great deals! Bought at this location many times and service is a hit or missed. Sufficient staff around but still takes time to hand over your order when it's all prepared and ready to pickup.

I have ordered from this location through Uber Eats 3 or 4 times now and it’s always AMAZING! Super fresh, great portions and crispy! I’ve even gotten a note back on my receipt from whoever packed it which is a nice touch. Excellent service team- thank you!

Great burritos right in Streetsville, fresh ingredients. More protein choices than other chains. Highly recommend!

Went here yesterday in the evening after not coming here for 2 years. Got a large burrito. It was so small, tiny. It was smaller than a small burrito. No sauce, very dry. I was told to wait outside while they make it and then it wasn't made very well. Lady taking orders wasn't particularly welcoming. You guys need to step it up with good portions, good prices, and good service.

I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. Well we passed a terrific evening and the venue was clearly one of the reasons for this strong gathering. The stuff helped in a graceful manner, the food was very good and my friends were extremely delighted. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Excellent naked chicken burrito. Quality was exceptional as usual. This location is best if you want burrito from Boyz. Staff is friendly and service is fast.

We haven’t come to this location in a long time even though it’s so close to us. We decided to give it a try and we are so happy! Lexi made our burritos and she did a great job! Glad that we can start coming back to our closest location!

I normally go to the Dundas location because I hate driving in streetsville despite this location being closer to me. Wont do it again, to be honest. Ordered on the app, was fine overall.

Ordered a large Haddock burrito, first off they gave me a small (I know how large the large is and this definitely isnt it), second i asked for less rice and they gave me standard (might have been an issue with the app) and third, it took like three bites down before i actually hit haddock (again, abnormal from the previous ones ive had at the other location).

I was overall very let down by this location.

My favourite Burrito Boyz located in Streeterville downtown. These guys make the best Quesadillas amongst all the Burrito Boyz I've visited. Very friendly staff. Not much seating inside and some parking outside the store.

This locaion left a lot to be desired. They were very stingy with the toppings and the taste of the burrito was sub par. I was so disappointed to have wasted my money. I will never visit this location again due to the small portion sizes and the bland taste. When I noted the difference In the portion sizes all the employees chimed in to tell me how much food I was getting and how the other locations must be doing it wrong. Poor customer service. I even waited to order while the employees stood around. Nothing like the other locations. Please dont waste your time or your money.

Have been visiting this place for a while now. Tried all vegetarian options here. Very fresh, warm and delicious! Good and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend others.

Rude cashier, bad customer service, the staff are not wearing appropriate clothing and no hair net.scoops are not used whch leads to inconsistent portion sizes for every customer compared to all of the locations arond Mississauga.the lobby of the store wasnt clean and needed a sweep, and the cutlery was barely filled.

OLD: Food is tasty, but much less filling than there used to be. I come occasionally but miss when it used to be a hearty burrito. I'd return often if there was more, they should bring back the weighing

The food quality and proportions (vegetables/avocado/meat) is well below par compared to other locations of burrito boys at port credit or Kipling Avenue. Occasionally the burrito is lukewarm and not grilled for a proper amount of time. There hasn’t been a standard set for the product that is being put out there compared to other franchises which are providing the same but better food.
The staff is really friendly and it only requires a little tweaks to improve the food.

Always have the best experience at the Streetsville location- great food and amazing customer service, the staff is very friendly and welcoming! I like the way they provide fresh mexican food.

Been coming here for about 8 years or so, it was always my favourite spot. Moved across the country 18 months ago and have come here twice since then and this place just isn't what it used to be.

The staff is friendly enough, food tastes decent enough, but it's just DEFINITELY lost something over the years. If I had recently discovered this place, I'm sure Id have a higher opinion. Probably won't be coming back.

Wow yet again missing half my order. Seems the lack of communication between staff leaves you with out items you've been charged for and not received. My wife likes their food that's why I go there but 4 strikes your out. Keep up the bad work guys you've lost my wife now and that completes our final visit.

At one time the burritos were a thing of legends. Great beef tons of sauces. Epic.

I love this place, I have been to a few location's and the only one I have had a problem with is there Meadowvale Town Center location.

One of the best burrito boyz ive been to! Very friendly staff, its like youre talking to your friends and the good is always made right. Theres been times where ive gone in while they were busy and the staff was still able to maintain speed, cleanliness and customer service
