Burrito Boyz Waterloo

Was a nice spot to hit for a very tasty steak burrito. The staff was friendly and helped out with my decision and I was extremely happy with the whole experience. I'd definitely eat here again!

Unfortunately Burrito Boyz quality has gone down. Large burritos are now the same size as Small ones but just more filling to make it heavier. Essentially the large is just packed with rice. Definitely not what it used to be.

It’s okay, but the food i got was a pretty small portion and didn’t really taste that fresh.still fine for the price but i’ve definitely been to better burrito places that cost around the same

Unfortunately the quality of food and toppings has gone downhill. I’ve been going here for years since they opened, not sure what’s changed but their burritos are now full of rice, bland salsa, & weird texture chicken - very skimpy on fresh toppings now.

This place used to be the go to spot for a Burrito, the place every other Burrito joint was measured against. Not sure if it changed hands or what but all I can say is disgusting. Terrible taste, something just tasted wrong. Although the staff was very nice the burrito was terrible and ended up in the garbage. The sodium levels are through the roof. With so many better options out there now (like CascaBowl on King North, my current fav!) this place should be overlooked and forgotten.

The service was terrible and the food was absolutely disgusting and the order felt like items were skimmed I order a bowl and tacos and few burritos The guy on the front named Vismay was banging utensils and appeared to be terrorizing, aggressive and appearead violent while preparing and serving. The staff was very rude and hurling abuses to the customers laughing afterwards as if it was some sort game to them about avoiding the customers business. This was a very weird and traumatic experience as why would a restaurant avoid business as it's as if they want to get shut down. I would never go to this restaurant again neither recommend anyone to go their as we as customer come there for quick food and customer service satisfaction they guarantee and to that if could I'd rate the whole experience based on what I saw happening to me I'd rate them a (-5 star)

I ordered pork and steak food from them. The pork was raw and watery, not cooked well and the steak was literally drained and tasted the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been having severe bowel issues after consuming the food. I will never step back to any burrito boyz outlet again. The front guy, named Vismay as told when asked with a fury, was ramming utensils and appeared to be dangerously aggressive while serving. The staff was very rude and yelling abuses to other non Indian customers around. I don’t know how these people end up in Canada. This was a very traumatic experience. Avoid going to this store guys!

Delicious! I usually order through a third party delivery app, and the food always arrives hot, fresh and is equally as good as ordering in store.

We dance, picked up girls and the food was absolutely amazing. They even let us play music.

Burrito Boyz is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves Mexican food. I stopped by after my colonoscopy, yes it was a risky decision but my god, it was just what I needed. The food was delicious and fresh, with generous portions and a range of fillings to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the service was speedy. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a hearty meal, Burrito Boyz is the perfect spot. Highly recommend giving them a try!

First time ordering, instant favorite. We ordered the chicken nachos at 9pm after a failed dinner experiment, food came hot, fresh veg, GREAT salsa, crispy chips. If I had to pick a downside it was honestly the chicken, which was also good but not *as good* as the rest. Still wowed by the whole plate, will absolutely order again.

Best veggie burrito bowl i have had in the city, good and tasty food with enough quantity per person and staff is just amazing here

I'd give them 0 stars if I could they never delivered my food when I ordered through Skip the dishes. I will never order from them again. And I will never eat from this place ever again.

Ordered a bean and cheese burrito. It was mostly rice. Added very little refried and black beans. Even after checking the weight as it wasn't up to the standard, burrito maker just added extra rice. Lettuce was added on the side at the end, not sure if that's the new way or they just forgot in the beginning. Also forgot to add onions.
I have had burrito before here, and it was really good. Not anymore, looks like the owner has changed.

Love this place super friendly employees! Parth always give me the best recommendations! Best burrito spot in the city!
