Great price, great portions.a small burrito is like a big burrito compared to other places.nachos the cheese they put a lot, very yummy over all.a must go and parking is simple.

One of the girls is extremely rude and acts as if you’re inconveniencing her when you walk up to the counter. If you hate it so much get a new job.

Large burrito is too small. Burrito is as cold as a cadaver! What happened? Are you people at BG trying to save $$$ by not turining on your food warmers, or the hot plate!
Not ok to pay mucho money for small portions, and then to eat it cold!

I visit Burrito Gringo sometimes primarily because of the taco Tuesday offer for 3 tacos. I like their selection of protein and toppings, but with the variety comes the risk of something not being as fresh as they should be. As I pretty much put everything on my tacos, it's hard to distinguish what exactly was off, but it has happened to me twice. On one of the occasions, I had a mild case of Montezuma's revenge as a result.

Will I go back? No doubt, but only on a Tuesday.

Horrible service. I said I needed a second to make up my mind, and the girl said 'ok, let me know when you're ready' then proceeds to disappear into the back room for the next 5 minutes, leaving me just standing there wondering where she went, or if she just didn't like the look of me or something. All three employees seemed to hate eachother as well, made it feel really awkward interacting with them. Then, for the food part, the tacos were horrible. Pulled pork+barbacoa beef had no flavor, yet were piled so high. Why? ! No room for the toppings was left. Then at checkout, I ordered a combo, went to grab a large size drink, only to be informed that the combo comes with small and no option to up-size. Tried to convince her to let it slide, but nope, she rang each item through individually, coming to $26 when it would have been $20 with the combo. How is there no option to upsize your drink for the combo? ! Just wild.

Whoever the managers are they are clearly telling their employees to skimp on toppings, especially meat. Always get less at this location compared to other locations

Used to be full 5 stars a few years ago. But all the staff is different now, and I've had some incorrectly made burritos recently.

I just ordered a burrito and some chips from this location to be delivered while I am home sick, and what I got was possibly the worst burrito I've ever had in my entire life. I understand that some days the ingredients aren't fresh or that something can happen in the kitchen, but this burrito was somehow stuffed full with bitter cilantro stems, missing several toppings that I ordered, and was just overall tasteless. Even worse, when I tried to call the restaurant to figure out what had happened it went straight to an unconnected voicemail, so there's no real form of customer support.

So congrats burrito gringo I guess - it's the first time in my life that I've just had to outright throw out a burrito.

Decided on take out tonight. Chose the beef burrito with pineapple coconut juice. Absolutely filling

Overpriced, poor quality container and unhygienic inside. Fruit flies flying around the toppings. The bottom of this takeout container is so soggy that I can’t use my fork without piercing the container. Not sure what restaurant doesn’t test or care about their products especially since I paid $17.46! $17.46 for that amount of food and a soggy fallen apart container (hand for reference). Exact same situation at the st Laurent location maybe even worse …They must be losing profits…. I’ll stick to mucho instead

This place is filthy. Layer of dust on walls, on photos by bathroom and most noticeably on the globe lights above the food.

Ordered a burrito bowl some days back. This one employee helped me with the order and was very patient with me as I was asking multiple questions about each items, shout out to Marufa! This was my first time in this place and I will be coming back very soon.

Did an Uber eats order and my burrito came in a big ball, didn’t even look like a burrito… if you go to this place make sure it’s in person

This used to be our goto place, however since last 2-3 times I am consistently finding employees rude. Last time we went the employee who was serving us was acting like she was doing us a big favour, I asked to add topping little extra and she literally put that topping which in quantity was more than all other toppings. We now avoid going here.

Food was terribly packaged and falling out of the container. Tacos had wrong toppings and food was cold on arrival. My second bad experience with this location. Won't be returning

Came here at 4pm, the staff was amazing and the food was good. BUT the atmosphere was horrible. The a/c in this place has not been working for a while, and there is a huge hole in the ceiling for years.

The food is 10/10 AMAZING and very filling would definitely get more burritos from this place. And the staff are very nice and friendly and the uber eats order was perfectly to my likeings.

4 pm Friday the girl ignored us she had the guy doing everything she is very lazy we didn't wait around while she did nothing the ignorance of her is outstanding can't believe this place has staff like this with her there it's not worth eating hear it was never like this in the past what happened to the friendly up beat staff that use to be hear total disrespected by this staff never to return

I normally love this restaurant but I feel the orders are being made while they are very rushed making for a sloppy presentation. However, the flavour is always dependable.

There burritos taste good but I’m constantly finding plastic from their gloves in my burrito so I wouldnt eat here unless you want plastic in your food or unless they change they gloves that they been using, I should get a free burrito for every piece of plastic I’ve found
