Excellent staff, nice atmosphere. Good food! It would be a bonus to have a vegetarian soup alternative.

We come a lot and try different meals and all the food is good. We’ve had many breakfast options. Homefries are delicious The smoked meat, plant based cabbage rolls, custom burgers and wraps are favourites. We were there today for a birthday party with 17 people, all different dishes and Steve was amazing. Great service and super friendly. They also have so many different activities going on weekly. Great place to go with family and friends.

Tried breakfast for the first time. Nice atmosphere inside and we were seated right away. Breakfast came with coffee included which is a huge plus in my books. Food tasted great and service was great. Will definitely go back!

My wife and I used to eat there a lot before COVID. We went mostly for breakfast. It was very affordable and good. The price has gone up by 40 - 50% and the quality has gone down. We went for fish and chips.same thing, price went up by 50%, the plate size is now the size of a side plate and the fries were cold and the batter on the fish was soggy. My friend had the lasagna, it looked like a kids portion for $20, She ate some and brought home the rest that ended up in the garbage. I am aware that this is happening with a lot of restaurants.

A fun place to be. Excellent waitresses. Food good. Good range of beer. Many special evenings with live music. Very much worth a visit.

Food was bare good styl. Highly recommend the pulled pork Sammie styl. Big ups to Busters bare.

It was a great night there were 18 of us for a Birthday party everything was great including the band

Buster's Restaurant is conveniently located and serves fresh homemade food. The special recipe pasta sauce is great with spaghetti and meatballs. My favourite is salisbury steak. Generous portions. The breakfast is the best in the area. It has a bar and sports feel but is great for the whole family. Reasonably priced, great staff, good food

Met up with some friends for beer and food before hopping on the bus to get to the Redblacks Game. $5 cost for the bus. Amazing deal. Very convenient to get to the game. Really appreciated the friendliness of our server.

Stopped in for a late night now. Great food and the staff are friendly. They had live music which was awesome to experience after the last 2 years. The meatloaf is outstanding and the braised cabbage that came with it is amazing.

Made reservations for a large group (50) to have lunch between hockey games while we played in a local tournament. We were seated in a separate room with lots of space. The service was top notch and the food spectacular! Will definitely recommend and be back in the future! Thank you!

The service we had was extraordinary our server (Will) paid great attention to our meal and our beverages. Especially while being busy with many other guests.

Pretty decent menu options. Food was pretty tasty. Just wanted to get something quick, and the kitchen was open relatively late for Ottawa/Kanata (11pm)

Went for dinner to find out live music starting shortly. I had a roast beef dip (as I was undecided between several entrees, they all looked good!). My companion had the burger and fries. My roast beef dip was good, but I didn't expect (nor notice that is came) already drenched in gravy/sauce. I ended up discarding the bun and just eating the beef on its own. Very messy. Would have been better just served as is and not in a sandwich in my opinion. The fries were the good, fresh cut kind. My companions burger and fries were very good as well. We ended up staying to enjoy the band for a while and ordered dessert later. We had the chocolate cake which was very good and rich. Neither of us could finish. We have been to Busters a few times now. We will definitely be back to try more dishes and come back for live music in the future.

Thank you to the owners and staff who gave amazing service to our party of (65). The food was great and the servers well organized, courteous and accommodating. We were pleased with the many table setups and the use of the microphone. We will return, probably for our Xmas party. You deserve 5 stars and we thank you for making our evening so pleasant.

Friendly service. Good food. I had a reuben sandwich which had a good size portion of smoked meat and ample fries.

I wish I could say I "dined in", but I've been here 60 minutes and even after asking for a menu haven't been served by anyone. Waitress walked by at least 20 times and seem entirely uninterested in serving us or the table beside us. First time here and if not for the amazing Sunday afternoon band playing it would be my last.

Good breakfast, I liked the home fries, eggs over easy as requested, fairly standard pricing. The coffee wasn't great, hence the loss of stars.

The food was good but it seems the eggs were a small variety when they should be large. Service was a bit slow possibly because of the new location and employees still getting used to it.

As a family of four, were looking forward to trying the new Buster's in Kanata for breakfast. Very disappointing experience. Wont go back. The waitress was very sweet but first served us coffee and orange juice for the kids and we told her right then that there was no cream on the table for the coffee. She completely forgot it and so we waited until our coffees were getting cold and then grabbed the creamer bowl from an empty table near us. The restaurant was not at all busy - only a few tables with patrons when we were there. She finally remembered to bring the cream a half hour later as we were finishing our meals. The kids had orange juice and they were a small size but cost just about $5 for them and the worst thing was they couldn't drink them as they tasted so weird something like perfume? - very cheap stuff and watery. We ordered four breakfasts. One kid asked for bacon and got sausages instead - but ate them anyways. I ordered two over easy eggs. One was almost edible and the other was completely cooked through and rubbery and inedible. When I told the waitress as she was serving the plate, that they eggs were way over cooked, she simply said, "Oh, I'm sorry" and she walked away. She should have taken the plate and had the eggs done properly. Anyways, the sausages were good so I ate those. The home fried potatoes were weird and I didn't any of them. The salt and pepper on the table were small grinders that only let out chunks of salt and chunks of pepper. Weird.

Went to this new location for breakfast. The service was great and for the most part so was the food. That being said, I have 2 small complaints. The first is that there is absolutely no reason for a restaurant anywhere in Canada to serve fake maple syrup with pancakes or french toast. I can understand from a cost perspective, but at the very least, real maple should be available for an extra charge. The second is that the orange juice, well, it isn't orange juice. Im not sure what it is but it can be best described as watered down Five Alive or some sort of artificial orange drink.

I was told to get my drinks from the waitress not at the bar. I thought with a new bar in Kanata west they would leave the BS where they came from (carling Ave location) I guess nothing changes in life. Good luck with your bar in Kanata you will need it to success here in Kanata

I had the smoked meat and cheddar sandwich, which was okay. Dad had the meatloaf, which he said was bland. Mom had the cabbage roll, which she liked. It was supposed to come with mashed potatoes but it came with rice instead. My wife had a burger, which she also said was pretty bland. Our server forgot to enter my order, so I got my food 10 minutes after everyone else.

So the food we had wasn't great, but the food prices are pretty good. They have a decent selection of sandwiches and appetizers. It might be an okay place to go with a group to watch a game and share nachos or something. We didnt see anything like a chicken dinner or rack of ribs, which seemed odd for a bar & grill. If they had a dessert menu, we didn't see it and our server didnt mention it.

We aren't likely to go back.
