There is no excuse for being told it will be a 5-10 minute wait for a taxi, and then waiting over 45 minutes for one. If you’re busy, give realistic wait times as people have lives and places that they need to be at on time. It’s not only my time you’re wasting, but other people’s as well. Absolutely horrible experience, will never call this company again.

Had a great experience this morning, they got me to work from penetangushine in the matter of 20 mins after I called so thank you for your fast and reliant services.

If I could give zero stars I would. The dispatcher lady lied to my father 3 times about how long it would be for a cab to arrive. Had a 67 year old man standing out in the cold waiting for over an hour and forty five minutes, no discount offered, not complimentary ride, no apology. What a joke of a company! Absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say we will never be using this horrible company ever again.

Used busy bee to get from a cottage into midland for dinner reservations. We pre-ordered 2 taxis. They arrived on time and within a min of each other, got us to the resteraunt quickly. Very nice drivers. Reasonably priced

The biggest rip off ever! $38.00 to go 12Km! Never again The driver was nice but I couldn't afford to tip him.

Been using busy bee for years. Always on time for my pickup. Reasonable rates and friendly drivers.

About 3 weeks back I called for a taxi, I am not normally in Midland area, was told it would be about 15 minutes, so I waited about 35 mins called them back to see what was up and they say "should be just another 10-15 minutes". By the 1 hour of waiting mark my friend called me to see what was going on and I ended up just getting a ride from him. 1 hour and 15 minutes after calling for taxi one finally showed up to which I said "sorry I made other plans for a ride because 15 mins turned into and hour and 15 mins". Next time I am in Midland I will either likely just walk an hour to wherever I am going or find another taxi company that gives me an accurate wait time. Not worth the frustration, if they wait time is longer than 15 minutes just be honest rather than frustrate someone on a deadline to get somewhere.

Long wait times, though it is a busy season. They have a building in Port McNicoll, but they keep pushing all their snow into the road and across the street filling in the sidewalk. Doesn't seem like there's any respect for the community.

Horrible service waiting for my taxi for 2 1/2 hours was told multiple times on the phone that I would be there within minutes over the course of 2 1/2 hours. After waiting 2 1/2 hours for a three minute car ride nobody ended up coming I decided to walk, I called the cab company and they hung up the phone. I was more than polite business owner, so I understand but I would never treated customer how they treated me I would recommend walking before taking their taxes.

I was also using them as a delivery service that will be no longer!

Used Busy Bee with my 5 year old in the car, the taxi driver did not stop for stop signs, never stopped for a red light. To top it off, when we came to the round about he was in the left lane, then switched to the right line in the round about and right back into the left. With my child in the car. No care at all for the rules of the road and he over charged me for the ride.

Took us from marina to marina on a busy holiday weekend. Small town cabs have a bit of a wait, just the name of the game.extremely grateful to busy bee.

Best Service in Simcoe! If you need a taxi in Midland, Penetanguishene, Coldwater, and lots of other places in the area. Friendly Staff and Drivers that simply go out of their way to get you where you need to bee, So don, t forget the Busy Bee when you need to get there!

Their new service using the trailer was perfect for what I needed today, it was done, today, quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much and we will keep this service in mind in the future!

Been taking Busy Bee since I was a kid! Friendliest drivers and punctual! Just used their new hauling service to get a washer and dryer delivered from Port to Midland for $60, CANNOT beat that!

Bee-Haul has been great both times I've called on them. Very fair prices and Paul is always willing to work with you with regards to timing and availability. Excellent service and much needed in our little town

I was walking my kids to school this morning on young street, when one of your taxi drivers, watched us walking and still continued to back up and almost hit us and still continued to back up with no cares in the world acting like she did nothing wrong. She shouldnt have a license if she can't see what's going on behind her while backing up. There are so many kids that walk that street to school every morning!

I contacted Busy Bee Midland to inquire about their new service involving Big Garbage pick up. The response back was very quick, within the hour, their quote was extremely reasonable so I did ask for their service. I am completely happy and satisfied with their service. Super nice gentlemen, and easy to talk to. I will most definitely be requesting their services again in the new year without a doubt. Thank you so much for your service Busy Bee I greatly did appreciate it. Would recommend them easily.

My experience was on Fri Oct 22/21 when my daughter and I were turning onto Baseline Rd S. We were turning onto the street and we saw one of your taxis coming along but we had enough time to turn. She also had enought time to slow down a bit. But she didn't. She did not break and next thing we knew she was passing us on the left and beeping her horn at us as she went past. Needless to say we were quite shocked! It was a dangerous thing she did and I felt the need to let you know.

First I tried to reserve a uhaul truck, big mistake as they failed me once again. So I called busy bee haul and within a hour or two they were at my place and hauled away the things I needed gone. I was so pleasantly surprised to how easy it was. This service is amazing and not bad on the wallet either. Plus I didn't have to lift anything. Thanks to the guys at busy bee haul for their awsome service. I would use them again and recommend it to everyone.

I was just passed by a busy bee taxi on 93 southbound he must have been doing 140 km in a 80 zone I don't know what his Rush was that's too fast I would never take a ride in a busy taxi after seeing the way this guy was driving everybody watch it on the roads for crazy taxi drivers

Tracey IS AMAZING! We live outside of Coldwater and door dash or skip the dishes or Uber eats couldn’t even come close to the service busy bee could offer. AMAZING company highly recommended! Gettin McDonald’s from midland, a crazy craving that Tracey and busy bee fulfilled.

Tried to take their taxi service which normally costs us $25. This time they said it was $45. We said we weren't paying that amount and they dropped us off on the side of the road. We called them back and they said we were rude to the driver so we were charged more. We were very pleasant when we got in and only asked to be dropped off when we were charged double. Our service was despicable. We waited for central taxi who were very pleasant to deal with. On our initial trip they tried to charge use $28. We told them it's always been $25 between these two locations and they changed that price. Busy bee is a scam! Don't use them!

*UPDATE TO RESPOND* both times we tried to use this company they initially tried to charge us the wrong amount. They make up prices for each trip whatever they feel like charging. It's a joke. Of course we called to complain and were mad for the terrible service we received. We also waited 70 minutes for our first taxi because the dispatcher wrote our address down wrong and then no one called us to say they couldn't find the house. The taxi driver just left the area. We had to call back and ask where the taxi was and the dispatcher said it wasn't coming. Disgusting service.

The drivers are generally great, friendly and courteous which is why I am giving 2 stars and not 1 However the condition of the cabs is terrible. The seats are mostly held together with ductape for starters. Various drivers have told me they are ashamed of the conditions of the cabs. They have obviously not been detailed and maintained for years.

Yesterday I booked taxi at 3pm they ask me to wait for 20 minutes after 20 minutes I called them that I'm waiting from last 20 minutes but they again ask me to wait.after waiting for 48 minutes I got taxi I didn't like there service and not going to book a taxi from there. Because it happens with me 3rd time.

Ordered a taxi to travel 3.6km one way in Port Severn today. After waiting 1 hour and 10 mins the taxi showed up - A PRIUS came…. To carry 4 adults…. I’ll take the fault for this as I didn’t tell the dispatcher there were four adults, however the driver would not let a masked adult sit in the front…. Understandable because it’s COVID. Called back to dispatch and we were told another Taxi would arrive in 20mins.

35mins later the second cab showed up! AGAIN ANOTHER PRIUS! This time the driver was very accommodating and allowed one masked adult to sit in the front and was very friendly. We all get in the cab and head down the road (ever tried to fit three grown adults in the back seat of a PRIUS?) and the driver asks how much we were quoted for the drive…. We were confused as no one said we needed a flat rate. The driver called it in and dispatch told him $40 EACH WAY! The route is EXACTLY 3.6KM away (not taking the bridge that is out of service) - 6 MINUTES! We refused this price and dispatch said we had to pay for the taxi to drive to our location from Midland. (I should add apparently taxis in Midland don’t have meters…. How is that legal?). We refused to pay the company for the drive to Port Severn from Midland…but gave the driver $20 for his trouble.

Absolutely horrible service on behalf of the company - NOT THE SECOND DRIVER. ABSOLUTELY ASININE TO PAY $80 to travel for 12 mins and 7.4 KM’s. My F-150 would cost $5 round trip… never mind an electric PRIUS! I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Waited over an hour for a taxi when the driver arrived in a Prius for 4 passengers and refused to allow someone to sit in the front seat. He was extremely rude and drove away without attempting to assist us further. Had to call dispatch and was told would have to wait another 40 minutes. We were attempting to infuse the local economy as we were visitors to this area. Won't try to again. I would leave 0 stars if able to

I wanted to share an experience I had on the weekend with Busy Bee. I was coming home and was paying with debit. I accidentally put in a $50.00 tip when I was aiming for $5.00. Paul Corriveau was the driver and he was attement that the dispatcher get a hold of me to look into this. Darlene called me a few times until she was able to reach me to go over the details. I was floored that Paul took the time to realize I "may" of made a mistake. This made me so grateful that they wanted to confirm the amount on the tip, becuase it was so high. I was so impressed with the true genuine honesty here. Very kind of him to think of me before accepting an oversized tip.

Thank you Busy Bee for getting me home safe and being honest I am so grateful.

It's so frustrating when you call a cab to go to work and they tell you 15 mins, but they actually are more like an hour. I cancelled after waiting 50 mins. I was late for work. I called well ahead to make sure I had ample time. But this seems to be the norm with all cab companies in Midland. NEVER AGAIN!

Called for a cab, was told 20 min wait. Not a problem. I stood outside in the cold waiting, called back was told another 5-10 min just had to clear a car up in my area, I watched a cab pull in next door let someone out and then someone else got in and it left, I called again was told that person called before me and just a few more minutes, it's not been another 15 min and still nothing! Dispatch is a liar and makes the company unreliable. If it's gonna be a 45 min wait say that from the start when I called yet again dispatch lied and said she told me 45 min wait she never did! Your dispatch has terrible customer service and really needs to stop telling lies. Happened to many times my family and I won't be using your services again. I'm sticking with georgian bay taxi. Their drivers and dispatch are honest, kind, reliable.

All the drivers i had were great the service the price all i have to say is keep up the good work

The drivers we had were very nice, but the dispatcher was absolutely brutal. I called for an simple update after waiting more than 20 minutes after the time I was originally told, but was faced with aggression and was rudely hung up on after being told he would send a driver that was going to be somewhat in the area. A little afterwards we made another call to them for the same pickup and drop off location and heard on the call that he radioed that driver to turn around and come to our location. He was not actually going to send the driver that he mentioned to me before rudely hanging up on me, and was going to make us wait!

The dispatcher was so bad that I don't plan to use this service again. I will gladly pay another company to drive us if we need it, even if it costs us much more.

Horrible and ignorant are perfect words for this company. When I call in they tell me one time, but never show. Then I call back and they say that they are on the way.

Finally I called back, only for them to say that they are busy and it will be a 40 minute wait! Why can't they say this in the beginning, not very business savvy!
